corpsemanYes, 18 D's actually DO need to go to school to become nurses.
AND they need to go to Medic School to understand the differences between combat medicine and civilian trauma care...
Barry, talk about what you know.
Did the O' just mention Reardon Steel???
My daughter was in the Army as a medic and that enabled her to be certified as an emt? I don't know the certifications. At any rate there was nothing in the Army that was equivalent to a nurse, lpn or rn.

They don't like our films eitherI hate it when O says in Egypt we stood by the side of democracy, the Muslim Brotherhood is the farthest thing from democracy and their hatred of the US has increased, not decreased.
Appeasement does NOT work and apparently neither does paying them.

Funny - tho't the O' was the Prez for these past 4 years - WTF has he been doing???
I cannot believe what I am hearing on this debate...
Zipper-head A and Zipper-head B are basically saying the same things about interventionism (as if this is good and dandy) and war (as if this is our natural state now)... they are just disagreeing upon the implementation details.
Now imagine if Gary Johnson was included in this debate--and you would get completely different responses to these puff-ball questions.

Of course there are Army nurses--both male and female.
To be an RN requires a 4 year degree for a BSN, or a two year degree at a community college. Or 3 years at a Diploma Professional Nursing School (DM)
EMT training is just a few months.
OR: Two year degree to be a Licensed Paramedic(DM)
Completely different animals.
In Iowa a licensed paramedic is NOT a 2 yr degree.
