0bama as president is like being in a car with no brakes, a madman putting pedal to the metal, on a downhill road that leads off a cliff.

Romney as president would be like being in a car with breaks, going slower, not pedal to the metal, and the driver may veer away from the cliff. At the very least, it gives us time to switch drivers, make sure the car gets on a different road, etc.

Saying Romney is just as bad because he's not Ron Paul or someone else is like planning to continue to sit in the car with the madman and no breaks heading off the cliff and hoping for a pony in the morning - I mean wishing that you were in a different car, with a different driver, on a different road. Wishing and hoping are worth jacks***.

Romney gives US - American citizens - a breather from the madman bent on destroying our country, so we can elect Constitutionalists to state legislatures, governors, judges and Congress. With 0bama, it's the madman off the cliff.

There is no third choice.

After observing many of the answers on this thread then we ask ourselves why things never change for the better. We are given two smelly choices it's just that one stinks a little bit less than the other one. And yet both candidates are beholding to TPTB. We've voted for the lessor of two evils for many decades now and what has it accomplished for us? Nothing.... No matter who is elected we continue to go down the same road and the one political party with two different faces tells us that to vote for anyone other than a R or D is a wasted vote. Albert Einstein was arguably the most intelligent man of the 20th century and he had a very interesting observation to make.

I don't buy this because in my State, MO, out state democrats are very pro gun. We have a good concealed carry law, and the dems were in charge when it passed... we are not the only state in the union that is democratic and the pro gun folks outvote the anti gunners... I admit on a federal level it is a bit different, but if a MO representative votes anti-gun, he has to deal with his constituents back home... what I am saying is that it may not be as easy as it seems for O to get his garbage through, if he is re-elected.

I agree completely. I preferred rp over everyone else, but I realize that rp has little chance of winning president. Just would never happen.
When I said dennis has to be an rp supporter, I don't mean the realistic ones, but the hardliners who spew hatred as soon as anyone questions ron paul. To me Ron paul supportes should concentrate on getting people like ron paul elected to congress and the senate, as that is their most realistic chance to get the change they want.
