Somehow, Stacey Abrams really got out the vote in Fulton. You see, as of the April 2020 Census, there were 1,066,000 people who lived in Fulton County. When we subtract out people who can’t vote like those under 18 who make up 21.4% of the population, illegal aliens, incarcerated people, people over 65 who are cognitively unable to vote, and the homeless, you come up with about 262,000 ineligible voters.
Subtract them from the starting population of 1,066,000 and that leaves you with about 805,000 possible voters but 806,451 were actually registered! That’s a neat trick!
Let’s not forget that to accomplish this, Fulton county would have had to register nearly 600 people each and every day for a full year. When we pull the records, I doubt we will see that level of activity. Stay tuned!
In line with all the fake news outlets reporting on the audit results, Newsweek shares:Ducey, who is a Republican, took to Twitter on Friday to say the election outcome would not be decertified and that the law did not allow for decertification despite demands from Trump.
In reality, the audit found over 70,000 duplicate ballots or ballots with significant issues. In addition, multiple IT and Cybersecurity issues were prevalent in the audit, including likely criminal acts. The controversial audit found that President Joe Biden had won Maricopa county in line with the election results and three previous audits. It was conducted by Cyber Ninjas, a firm with no previous experience auditing elections.
Here is the page from the summary report — 57,734 votes with known issues and should not have been counted and should have been addressed. In the 2020 presidential election, the margin of victory was only 10,457 votes, a small fraction of the 57,734 ballots with known issues. Again, this is almost 6 times the margin of victory in the Presidential race and is multiples of the margin of victory in other races. Based on these factual findings, the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable.
Federal judge Reggie Walton ripped a Capitol riot defendant’s actions as “outrageous” during a Friday hearing in which the man pleaded guilty to parading or protesting in the Capitol.
“You’ve disgraced this country in the eyes of the world and my inclination would be to lock you up, but since the government isn’t asking me to do that … I won’t,” Walton, who sits on the U.S. District Court for Washington, D.C., told Anthony Mariotto. Prosecutors dismissed four other charges against Mariotto in exchange for his guilty plea, Politico reported.
Defendants may receive up to six months in prison for the parading or protesting charge.
As scores of Proud Boys made their way, chanting and shouting, toward the Capitol on Jan. 6, one member of the far-right group was busy texting a real-time account of the march.
The recipient was his FBI handler.
In the middle of an unfolding melee that shook a pillar of American democracy — the peaceful transfer of power — the bureau had an informant in the crowd, providing an inside glimpse of the action, according to confidential records obtained by The New York Times. In the informant’s version of events, the Proud Boys, famous for their street fights, were largely following a pro-Trump mob consumed by a herd mentality rather than carrying out any type of preplanned attack.
After meeting his fellow Proud Boys at the Washington Monument that morning, the informant described his path to the Capitol grounds, where he saw barriers knocked down and Trump supporters streaming into the building, the records show. At one point, his handler appeared not to grasp that the building had been breached, the records show, and asked the informant to keep him in the loop — especially if there was any violence.
Read the rest here. The use of informants always presents law enforcement officials with difficult judgments about the credibility and completeness of the information they provide. In this case, the records obtained by The Times do not directly address whether the informant was in a good position to know about plans developed for Jan. 6 by the leadership of the Proud Boys, why he was cooperating, whether he could have missed indications of a plot or whether he could have deliberately misled the government.
But the records, and information from two people familiar with the matter, suggest that federal law enforcement had a far greater visibility into the assault on the Capitol, even as it was taking place, than was previously known
In a written statement of his offense, Ericson acknowledged taking a beer out of the mini-refrigerator “while inside the Speaker’s Conference Room or other office space.”
He also acknowledged he took a photograph of himself in the conference room “and had someone photograph him seated with his feet on a conference table.”
He further acknowledged he made “cheering sounds” while in the U.S. Capitol and knew he did not have permission to enter there.
His plea was the result of a deal with prosecutors. He agreed to pay $500 in restitution.
In exchange for his plea, prosecutors agreed to ask the judge to dismiss three other counts against him at sentencing.
The sentencing is set for Dec. 10 at the federal courthouse in Washington, D.C.

The NY Times piece corroborates what was only recently labeled a “far-right conrpiracy theory”: The FBI had undercover agents working the January 6 faux-insurrection who essentially did nothing to stop extremist groups from turning the Electoral College into an utterly chaotic mess. The Times provides details of how the FBI agent was working one extremist group during the developing Capitol riot:In the middle of an unfolding melee that shook a pillar of American democracy — the peaceful transfer of power — the bureau had an informant in the crowd, providing an inside glimpse of the action, according to confidential records obtained by The New York Times. But the records, and information from two people familiar with the matter, suggest that federal law enforcement had a far greater visibility into the assault on the Capitol, even as it was taking place, than was previously known.
The Times underscores that the FBI had far more advance and real-time knowledge of the developing riot than previously admitted; this came amidst highly questionable and suspect decisions handed down from the highest levels of the government to limit the National Guard presence due to purported concerns about “optics” and to limit the capability of Capitol Police to adequately respond. The Times report once again shows that there was no “preset plot” among one of the most high-visibility extremist groups to disrupt the Electoral College certification proceedings. At the same time, the new information is likely to complicate the government’s efforts to prove the high-profile conspiracy charges it has brought against several members of the Proud Boys.
On Jan. 6, and for months after, the records show, the informant, who was affiliated with a Midwest chapter of the Proud Boys, denied that the group intended to use violence that day. In lengthy interviews, the records say, he also denied that the extremist organization planned in advance to storm the Capitol. The informant’s identity was not disclosed in the records.
The records describing the informant’s account of Jan. 6 — excerpts from his interviews and communications with the F.B.I. before, during and after the riot — dovetail with assertions made by defense lawyers who have argued that even though several Proud Boys broke into the Capitol, the group did not arrive in Washington with a preset plot to storm the building.
In June, Fox News host Tucker Carlson took a significant amount of heat from the mainstream media for highlighting a Revolver News piece that attempted to shine a spotlight on the FBI’s suspicious activities prior to and during the January 6 riot. They also raise new questions about the performance of the F.B.I. in tracking the threat from far-right groups like the Proud Boys.

Conradson: One of the astounding statistics was 255,000 ballots seem to have appeared out of nowhere. What is the next step here?
Finchem: Well, I think the next step, Jordan is for us to take a closer look at a number of issues. Number one, we’ve got the cyber intrusion, which was shown categorically, so that totally debunked the argument that Maricopa County put up that “no it was never connected to the internet.” That one thing alone is a national security exposure. I don’t know if people really understand the gravity of that. If a foreign actor, a nefarious actor is able to penetrate our system, they can do anything they want to with a vote, they can install the President of their choice, not the President of Arizona’s choice. And I think some of the other things we’ve got going on. One is our ballot integrity project. That’s something that Doug Logan talked about, you know paperweight, dimension, a watermark, the ability to have full-spectrum transparency with trackable ballots so that the voter can track your ballot, but the government can track the voter, just things like that. We’ve got a lot of public policy stuff to do. And we’re also going to have to, I believe, put some teeth into Arizona election law that if you don’t do these things, you’re looking at jail time. Whether that’s a second-degree misdemeanor a third-degree misdemeanor, doesn’t matter to me. As long as there’s a penalty behind it, and I would really love to see a fine. If somebody knows that there’s a $10,000 fine for filling out that form or doing that thing that will interfere with somebody else’s election, somebody else’s election to be governed. That’s why we call it an election they are electing to be governed. You’re asking a person to work in your stead. And when we have these nefarious actors, Dr. Shiva showed us some people signing 2, 3, 4 times. Submitting 2, 3, 4 ballots. Every one of those that was an extra deprived somebody else, and it could have by the way have been a Republican, a Democrat, a libertarian. Somebody else who voted was deprived of their vote.
Finchem: At the end of the day, this is about one thing. It’s about having a transparent election system where people can be assured that when they give their consent to be governed. It counts. That’s what this is about. The whole point of…

Finchem: This is his interview.
Fischer: okay.
Finchem: I’ve never seen you that rude. I’ve never seen you that rude. I was in the middle of a sentence.
For doing that I got nothing to say to you.
That’s shameful! I have never seen you stoop that low.
Conradson: How do you feel Howie? Did you hear the Steve Chucri audio recordings?
Fischer:I heard some of them and I guess the issue is that’s why we report them. That’s why I do my job.
Conradson ran out of storage on Howie, and off-camera, Howie lost his mind.Conradson: You didn’t report jack. Why did you interrupt my interview with Mark Finchem right when he was saying something? Did you laugh?
Fischer: No

Exactly. Well said, and spot-on.Dear Fake News Media,
Yes – the AZ audit found no big discrepancy between the original ballot count & the hand count
NO – that does NOT confirm Biden's "win"
WHY? Because (more importantly) the audit found that tens of thousands of those ballots SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN COUNTED

Sounds like a Democrat.“Once again, these ‘auditors’ threw out wild, damaging, false claims in the middle of their audit and Senate leadership provided them the platform to present their opinions, suspicions, and faulty conclusions unquestioned and unchallenged. Today’s hearing was irresponsible and dangerous.”
Maricopa County Republicans are calling on Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward to resign, following the release of the state Senate’s election audit that certified President Joe Biden’s 2020 victory. County Supervisor Clint Hickman urged Gov. Doug Ducey and other top state officials to call on Mrs. Ward to leave her position.
“She has caused a fracture in our party. She has operated outside of it for the purpose of helping herself,” Mr. Hickman said Friday in an interview with KTAR News.
Mrs. Ward echoed former President Donald Trump’s unproven claims that the 2020 election was mired in fraud, urging the state Legislature to conduct a controversial audit in Maricopa County. A report by Cyber Ninjas, who was hired by Arizona Senate Republicans to conduct the audit, confirmed Mr. Biden’s victory with a hand count and showed a net gain of more than 300 votes for him.

“I feel like there’s this window of opportunity, this key moment in history that if we don’t stand up now and protect the Constitution and rule of law, we’ll never get it back,” said Brnovich, who compares himself to the sheriff played by Gary Cooper in the classic High Noon Western.
He is especially concerned that Washington Democrats will succeed in pushing through Biden’s liberal agenda before the election, in which Republicans are now favored to take control of Congress.
“We’re facing two maladies in this country. One was created in a Chinese lab. The other is coming out of D.C.,” he said. “If we don’t have this fight now, I don’t want to look back 25 or 50 years from now and have people ask, ‘What did you do when the United States was becoming a socialist or Marxist country?’ I want to be able to say, ‘I stopped it.’”
Garland Favorito: “On August 24th VoterGA sued the State of Georgia to permanently ban the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 voting system. I knew you were going to like that.”
Now that the audit of Maricopa is wrapping up, we need to Audit Pima County – the 2nd largest county in AZ. There are 35k votes in question from multiple sources & I want answers. Please sign my petition to get this done. We need 500k signatures. Sign: https://action.votefinchem.com/auditpima/
After hearing the evidence in the Arizona Audit report I call for decertification of the Arizona election, arrest of those involved in tampering with election systems, and an audit of Pima County as a next step.
The executive summary highlights numerous issues with ballot integrity, including57,734 ballots with serious issues were identified in the audit. These issues include improper voter registration, improper votes, and discrepancies in the registration. This is a conservative estimate, as there were other identified problems that were not quantified nor included in that total, likely resulting in a much larger number of flawed ballots. Additional issues identified: backdated registrations, multiple voter registrations linked to the same voter affidavit, voters without records in a commercial database, and printing defects rendering thousands of ballots as suspicious.
A key piece of the data is currently missing: how many of the votes in the top three categories went to each candidate? Let's talk about how many of the 23,344 ballots sent in from the wrong address went for Biden and how many for Trump. Remember, this report came from Republicans. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time.
As a guest on Bannon's War Room said on Saturday.I assume that it's possible to argue that Cyber Ninjas' conclusions about invalid votes are wrong but one cannot argue about the fact that Fann’s letter misrepresents the key point in the audit; namely, that invalid ballots exceeded Biden's margin of “victory” by almost six times, making the election certification erroneous. Her chipper assurance that the computer tallied all those paper ballots, regardless of how fraudulent or erroneous those ballots were, is tantamount to a fraud by omission.
