Maricopa County Supervisor Clink Hickman was on The Mike Broomhead Show today to discuss the Gateway Pundit’s reports with leaked audio recordings of Steve Chucri.

Steve Chucri has since resigned but we are still releasing the audio.

Chucri was busted saying that Clint Hickman lied to stonewall an audit because he “just didn’t have the guts”.

1632367634183.png

Hickman then went on the air and said he forgives Chucri and denied everything, but Hickman hasn’t heard everything yet and someone is lying.

KTAR reported,
Chucri issued a statement Tuesday night saying he was stepping down from his District 2 seat on the board that governs Arizona’s largest county effective Nov. 5 after serving for nine years.

The announcement came after conservative website Gateway Pundit released secret recordings of Chucri from a March 22 meeting with leaders from a group called We the People AZ Alliance as well as a Jan. 22 phone call in which he discussed the then-proposed audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election.

“We’re friends, we’re colleagues, and, you know, politics is rough and tumble, and I think we’re trying to process that a little bit.”

“I’ve never been afraid of an audit,” Hickman said. “We performed audits through the election and we performed two audits with independent certified technicians looking at the things I thought we were all looking at in March.”
“I know Steve. I know Steve’s integrity and character, and I would assume that he’s hurting right now,” Hickman said.

“And I will not be seeking out Steve because I know that he’s going to eventually seek me out and we can have a talk about it.”

Hickman agreed with Chucri’s resignation letter reference to a toxic political environment, but he said that didn’t apply to interactions among the supervisors.

“I have seen this, but that is not true when it comes to my colleagues on the board,” Hickman said. “We might not see things eye to eye, but this board is known for coming together and taking votes, and sometimes they align with each other and sometimes they don’t.

“But we truly have great respect, up and down the line, for both the people that are on the board that are elected, our other electeds, as well as all of our workers in elections and anything in public service for our constituents.”

Despite what Chucri said in the audio, he’s stood firm with the other four supervisors in opposing the Cyber Ninjas-led audit authorized by Arizona Senate Republicans. The review started in April, and the results are expected to be released on Friday.

“The picture some individuals are trying to paint about a cover-up, scam and other nonsense about my colleagues and myself is simply false,” he said in his resignation letter. “There was no cover-up, the election was not stolen. Biden won.”

He also apologized and said, “My colleagues have every right to be both angry and disappointed with me.”

“Steve is a great friend of mine,” Hickman said. “I am going to forgive him, and I am going to forget this and always roll towards our friendship.”
Here is some of what Chucri had to say about Hickman.

Rumble video on website 13:00 min

January
Clint Hickman had 2 auditors come out here and I don’t know if you guys heard this story, and I said “good let’s get them going” and our legal counsel said no, we still don’t think we should. and I said why in the hell did we spend money to get two auditors out here and then send them back? That was a stupid as* decision. Clint Hickman and I have not had a personal conversation since then.

Hickman, who I asked for two freaking months to bring it up for a vote, and now he’s doing this apology tour bullsh*t? That pisses me off. He had every chance to do it, every chance to do it. And then they got mad at me for voting against going against the legislature on these subpoenas and going to court? I just think that’s hypocrisy. It really ticks me off.
March
Hickman wanted, he wanted to have a conversation with an audit he just didn’t have the guts to do it at the end of last year, after I’d been asking for something.

[QUOTE
Those guys want to suck up and kiss up for your vote. And my biggest mistake and I said this to Eric, was, I should have never believed what I was being told about, we couldn’t do more than 2% of an audit before we certified the election, my biggest mistake was listening to that. I should have listened to Andy Biggs, and I think even Brnovich said you could do 30%. Hickman screwed up there because I didn’t know about it until it was too late.[/QUOTE]

Bill Gates has the backbone of a plastic fork. Hickman wanted to be anything and anyone and Clint screwed up. He did. He plain and simple screwed up.

Busch: He lied.

Yes he did. He absolutely did.

Clint wants to be proven right as Chairman for the things he said and how he acted, which is stupid. He wants to make sure that he’s vindicated, which he made some mistakes. It’s gonna bite him in the ass

Clint was obstinant as I’ll get out.

Jack kinda goes along to get along too. He is a wet noodle and so conviction isn’t his strength but if i can get him the evidence and prove to him…

Jack barely got in only 200 votes he barely won.

Gates barely got in. Then Clint just thinks he’s more popular than he is and he’s just been acting like an asshole.

That one vote cost me the vice chairmanship, wrinkled everyone else’s feathers including the attorney, because I wanted to come off the lawsuit against the Senate.

They wouldnt let you?

No I would have to resign my office and I think thats bullsh*t

The problem with Clint is he’s leading with his chin and he still thinks he was 100% right because people came to his house, well listen, they came to all of our houses. Get over it. Don’t run for office again. So anyway I think he’s butthurt that he was right and everyone was wrong but the reality is, he wasn’t right.

Clint only sees what he wants to see and to stoop to that level and to not have the self discipline.

You mean clint crying? grow up dude. grow up.

Clint wears it as a badge of honor. For clint to wear it as a victim,

I wouldn’t endorse a single one of them and I might even endorse their opponent because of their lack of courage and then to stab me in the back as the longest serving member

This is just embarrassing.

The Gateway Pundit also reported that Chucri said he does not trust Dominion and County Recorder Stephen Richer agreed!

1632367166944.png

Why did they spend $2.8 million on brand new Dominion machines?

can you imagine who else he tells in private about what a terrible job Clint Hickman does?

Who knows if Hickman will forgive Chucri for this one?

Somebody is lying and whoever it is needs to come clean.

Bombshell Report Proves State and Federal Election Crimes Were Committed – County Commissioner Leaks to Press Instead of Reporting Crimes

Posted bySeptember 21, 2021Posted inUncategorized

Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters in good faith delivered an initial forensic cybersecurity report covering election machine analysis to County Commissioners. The report proves destruction of evidence. One or more Commissioners misrepresent report to the press -fail to report crimes.

[Mesa County Colorado, September 21, 2021] – Tina Peters hand-delivered an initial peer-reviewed forensic cybersecurity report prior to the late Friday evening filing of her official defense pleading alerting County Commissioners of crimes. The extensive report vindicated citizens’ concerns about 2020 election malfeasance, justifies Peters preservation of election records obligated by federal and state law, and proves crimes were committed by others – not Peters. Instead of submitting the report to the authorities which is their civic duty, one or more of the Commissioners forwarded the report to the press. There is no question the Commissioner(s) leaked the confidential document given the version of the report was initial, lacking some detail which the official report included.

Official peer-reviewed forensic cybersecurity report – Mesa Co.Download

The expert-generated forensic cybersecurity report signed by cyber-expert Doug Gould, detailed a pattern of systematic destruction of election records in Colorado voting systems by the Secretary of State’s staff and voting system vendor during the “Trusted Build” updates that took place in Colorado over the summer. It’s expected the report will become a part of several pending investigations and lawsuits. Additional legal questions are now raised regarding premeditation and conspiracy.

Peters commissioned the detailed forensic examination by court-recognized expert cybersecurity witnesses including Gould as part of her duties as Clerk and Recorder. The report now supports her legal defense against Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold’s legal accusations.

The report proves a simple storyline of events and subsequent implications
  1. The Destruction of evidence. Destruction of election records, election-related data that’s required to be preserved under federal and state law.
  2. Thousands of election records were destroyed.
  3. Secretary of State Griswold and the vendor deleted the election records.
    1. Through the “Trusted Build” hardware and software election systems update.
    2. By way of Griswold’s approved procedures for the updates.
    3. Due to Griswold’s certified election system configuration. Configurations directed by the Secretary of State were designed to automatically overwrite election data.
  4. The election system was illegally certified. The report stops short of stating Griswold’s certification of the voting systems complete with an election record-destroying configuration was illegal. However, Colorado statute is explicit that the Federal Voting System Standards are mandatory. The SecState’s certification allowed the use of a non-compliant voting system in Colorado elections.
  5. The deleted election records eliminate the possibility of a complete forensic election audit. The type of audit SecState Griswold has sought to prohibit by her controversial election rules which were rubber-stamped into law through CO Attorney General Phil Weiser.
It is unclear whether the Mesa County DA has sole responsibility to investigate the criminal violations. Alternatives include whether the matter must be referred to Federal authorities, the Colorado Attorney General, or every state jurisdiction affected by the technical discovery. The next outstanding question is whether Mesa County Commissioners have any liability for failing to investigate and submit the report’s findings to the authorities as required by§ 18-8-105.

Mesa County Commissioner Rowland now faces a dilemma. On one hand, she is on the record interrogating Mesa County citizens in a hearing where the Commissioners apparently invited both press and anti-election integrity industry insiders. During the hearing, Rowland aggressively pressed why citizens didn’t “bring the proof [of fraud] to the authorities.” At the time, citizens explained that the production of the evidence Rowland was demanding required an investigation of the machines, which citizens had previously requested. On the other hand, at the time of Rowland’s irrational demands, she knew access to the voting machines was impossible, given the equipment was sequestered.

In the County Commissioner’s public hearing on September 20th McInnes stepped into the breach (~25:00) claiming Peters’ report was “anonymous” insinuating there was no official report author. Instead of McInnes successfully bashing the report that clearly is proof of criminal activity, McInnes showed he didn’t completely read; or grasp the contents of the report. McInnes beclowned himself by claiming the “goal posts have been moved” as damning election malfeasance evidence piled-up in succession over months. It appears McInnes lost the plot, or doesn’t care.

In a final attempt to disparage Peters, McInnes repeated false accusations by Secretary of State Jena Griswold. The false claim is Peters leaked passwords during her legal back up of election systems. McInnes is weak on the facts. It was Griswold who was in sole custody of the BIOS passwords in question; she bears the responsibility to prove she or her office didn’t lose control of their passwords. Mesa County Commissioners continue to show their fecklessness, dishonesty, and lack of understanding given the report Peters delivered was a courtesy initial version. The official report filed in Peters defense pleadings is complete with any information Rowland, McInnes or Davis claim falsely, to be missing.

Since May, citizens across Colorado have been asking Clerks to delay the “Trusted Build” to preserve election records and afford citizens the opportunity to conduct an independent forensic audit. But the shadow emerged of a coordinated campaign by the Secretary of State and the Colorado County Clerks Association (CCCA) leadership, to deprive citizens of knowledge of the “Trusted Build” schedule, and to cajole and coerce reluctant Clerks El Paso County Clerk and Recorder Chuck Broerman and Weld County Clerk Carly Koppes, the President of the CCCA. Both claimed in meetings with citizens that the Secretary of State’s and the Colorado Attorney General’s Offices issued formal warnings to them advising against allowing citizen access election records for audits, including electronic records generating from the Dominion voting systems; or they would be “sued.”

The result of forensic analysis of Mesa County’s system backups completely upends the accusations against Peters. It’s now clear Griswold’s and the media’s initial characterization of Peters was patently false. Peters acted in good faith, despite immense pressure from Griswold’s false accusations in what appears to be intentional attempts to coerce and intimidate her.

Also destroyed are current and former Secretaries of State Wayne Williams, and Griswold’s claims to “Gold Standard” security for Colorado elections. The expert report proves serious crimes were committed by Peters’ accusers and may save or implicate other Colorado County Clerks. Given this proof, County Clerks across Colorado are at risk of being responsible for election crimes simply for trusting Matt Crane the Executive Director of the CCCA, The Secretary of State Jena Griswold, and electronic voting machine vendors.

The report bears serious legal implications beyond Peters’ defense case and Griswold’s motivations to focus law enforcement resources on Peters. Now voting system vendors, the voting system testing lab, and U.S. Election Assistance Commission officials may have some explaining to do.

the mesa report: is there trust in a trusted build if the builders broke our trust?

Welcome, my friends, to the United Soviet States of America where Trust is now compulsory. Dare to question the State’s narrative or intent and you will be silenced, dehumanized, and destroyed. Just ask Nicki Minaj.

What we continue to learn from our current dystopia is that our Trust should definitely be withheld.

Is it me, or does Nick Cage have Jena Griswold eyes?

On Thursday, September 16, 2021, Tina Peters’ defense team delivered a copy of the Forensic Examination and Analysis of Mesa County images from both before and after the Dominion Trusted Build update (“the Mesa Report”) to the District Attorney in Mesa County, Colorado. On Friday, September 17, 2021, the Mesa Report was delivered to the three County Commissioners Janet Rowland, Scott McInnis, and Cody Davis.

These four elected officials are the only persons read-in on this report prior to it being filed at 12:00AM Saturday, September 18, 2021, outside of Tina’s defense team, the technical experts who performed the analysis, and the technical experts who peer reviewed the analysis — all of whom are under NDA and have kept the report’s existence quiet up until now.

And yet, Grand Junction Sentinel reporter Charles Ashby, whose beloved “beat” is attacking the Mesa County grassroots, reported this morning that he got a copy of the report on late Friday, September 17, 2021.

Are elected officials leaking confidential legal documents to hack reporters in Mesa County?

America’s Mom Sherronna Bishop certainly thinks so and took to Facebook this morning to share her take.

Regardless of the leak, the report centers on Dominion’s Trusted Build. You will hear a lot about the findings of this report in the coming days and weeks, but to truly understand the implications, it is critical that you understand the concept and intention of a Trusted Build.
So let’s dive in.

trust us, bro — the trusted build

Consider Microsoft Windows 10 as a Trusted Build. Educated consumers would decide to buy a personal computer (over a Mac, for example), in part, because of the familiar operating system: Microsoft Windows. It’s simple to install (often already installed), and you know what you’re getting.

Now, keep in mind that MS Windows 10 has averaged 337 discovered vulnerabilities per year, including 14 of the most severe possible vulnerabilities discovered just this year, seven years after Windows 10 was introduced.

Doesn’t matter: Despite the security vulnerabilities, Windows 10 would be considered a Trusted Build because all of the components have been vetted and verified — by Microsoft. And that is a very important point:

A Trusted Build is only Trustworthy if you Trust the Source.
The term Trusted Build is used by the U.S. Government to describe chain of custody for a specific configuration of applications inside elections technology. According to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC),

“A trusted build is a build that is performed with several security and verification measures to a [sic] such an extent that the executable machine code can confidently be shown to be a faithful and authentic representation of the source code.”

Presumably, every Trusted Build is evaluated with the same attention to detail they applied in that definition. (This is important and comes up later.)

2Ob8RM_gi7dkVvvin_EArNyH4Kok9jGYGG9hW1SZVMjEjxDLyYqE58zkF0LQC18WfOpoWNuuFbvyeuHxY7UwrisM42EvFqcNzuMnQwmjcR8xrhMMs2iFshwrqw2O17eDJF2ZVeSJ=s0

While the term Trusted Build is specific to elections, the concept mirrors a Golden Image in the business and consumer technology space. For non-technical folks, an “image” is basically a template for technology configuration. A Golden Image is where a technology team centrally builds a master template with the security, hardware, and software configurations needed for its purpose. The IT team can then confidently roll out their trusted build to all the machines in their technology ecosystem.

For Colorado (and any other state using Dominion), the Dominion team centrally created their master template for Colorado voting machines (Design) and installed it onto all the Dominion Colorado voting machines (Implementation) — 62 of 64 Colorado counties including Mesa.

This concept isn’t new — every entity with a computer system (i.e., all of them) must protect the fidelity of their systems and code to ensure the effectiveness and security of their enterprise (e.g., their business, agency, election infrastructure, etc.).

code fidelity? who is responsible for that?
On paper, for elections, it’s the County Clerks. The County Clerk is who the People elect to protect the integrity of our elections.

NFWz7U_J65SkgulMMkHkq_6TVAkxoPmYYLKlCiYPxWTQ5ttZLULImKM9WHQ8rLbKdXzYFTbP_fqsH9rTZ1jjGsMog99I2zdN-9cfZe3FYlig09JyDX6yzbPeJWszBgvK4XQHomXx=s0

#trustusbro The buck stops with the Secretary of State. Photo cred: Denver Post – Jena Griswold certifies the November 2020 election.

But here is what really happens:
  1. The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) accredits a Voting Systems Testing Lab (“the Lab”), such as Pro V&V or SLI, as able to test election technologies for certification.
  2. The election technology vendors, such as Dominion, Clear Ballot, or ES&S, complete their Trusted Build.
  3. The Lab tests the Trusted Build, and reports to the Secretary of State that the vendor’s Trusted Build is compliant with all Federal and State Voting System Standards (or not, in theory; but in practice, they always seem to be good enough).
  4. SecState, an elected official who historically has little to no technology experience, takes the word of (read: outsources her responsibility to) the Lab and certifies the Trusted Build.
  5. In a highly collaborative relationship, SecState’s staff and the election technology vendor’s team deliver and install their Lab-tested, SecState-approved Trusted Build in the County’s voting machines.
  6. At this point, the State team hands over the keys to the Clerk and her IT team. Keep in mind that the Clerk has responsibility for the execution of the election and accountability for the integrity of its outcome.

And also keep in mind that, up to this point, the Clerk has had zero involvement and has no authority over the design, build, testing, and certification of the system.

Further, the Clerk is contractually — and even legally — forbidden from doing anything other than complying with the vendor and SecState guidance and demands. Did you vote for that?
684URmXdncrBUqAzWUFOv3oJYMyEdmYa7Gk8zPprsuqCVu5oTGVdek7SK1e5gKC1YocGRZI3hq-yLPlnURpBVYp3XuxbRoovJfF_52Krf-CPhNnY4YyzuEvxmR_wd-I2o_UoQhi7=s0

On paper, the County Clerk is responsible to ensure the integrity of the election in her county. In reality, the integrity of the election depends on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the hardware and software delivered to them — into which she has no true visibility and over which she has no control.

7xt35pLDkOxnGYPdaJkd3CrT5vdVX-hNoNuTjY7tbEptb3HDhK9y27Q1mw2raRbpGci-q0Eo7il0dD0JAP-Rc8qU4Ioj2rRCMYMrOy3yq800hFuzc3QSIB_b5jeKfHa__5_HzrYQ=s0

In Colorado, our Clerks have been assuring the public of that code fidelity since November: It’s the gold standard; it’s the trusted build. That’s what the SecState told them. That’s what the Vendor told them. That’s what the Lab told them. That’s what the EAC told them. That’s even what Matt Crane and the Colorado County Clerks Association told them.

And most of them can’t pick a modem out of a line-up.

the use of “trust” in “trusted build” is tenuous at best.

PbzxSAbvde6BGffO-OildB8EKmkRPOnE33Eztc6KYxB4jCllsHo3zfa5mQZt1k-fdRcWzmatXiXH9Sgla1cRzuTcX0M6GTOAW9DzhGRJCW849jQ0UZsww5lsj6ErLAgDicCmoLBY=s0

As previously mentioned, the EAC uses the term Trusted Build to apply to election systems’ chain of custody across the nation. EAC regulates the Labs who are responsible for affirming that the Trusted Build complies with the law and all applicable standards. The SecState certifies the Trusted Build and also determines which election technology vendors can be contracted within the State. The Clerk selects which vendor her county will use from the SecState list, and any local technology needs for the Trusted Build are managed by either county IT or the vendor themselves.

But the TRUST that they demand we summon is trust in the actual coding and configuring of the systems — and that coding and configuration is done by the vendor.

Our Trusted Build is only trustworthy if we trust Dominion.
We talk a lot about how Colorado is the Election Fraud Test Kitchen for the nation. If you go search, “Trusted Build,” one of your first results will be the Law Insider definition, which provides samples of government Trusted Build documentation going back to 2012.

“Trusted build means the write-once installation disk or disks for software and firmware for which the Secretary of State has established the chain-of-custody to the building of the disks, which is then used to establish or re-establish the chain-of-custody of any component of a voting system that contains firmware or software. The trusted build is the origin of the chain-of-custody for any software and firmware component of the voting system.”

All of the sample government documents about Trusted Build that are provided at Law
Insider are from — wait for it — Colorado.

Three of these samples are below, and please note that the earliest example is from 2012, back when Republican Secretary of State Scott Gessler was at the helm. Gessler is widely known in Colorado for not believing in election fraud and for terrible judgement when talking to reporters. Here is a quote of Gessler talking about our Colorado elections:

“Colorado has one of the best and most sophisticated Risk Limiting Audits out there. When I say Colorado is better than other states, it is in a lot of ways, at a lot of levels. As much as we’re grumpy, as much as I’m grumpy about Colorado, compared to other states, it’s far better. Okay?”

Is it though?

So, for those counting, Colorado set the national standards for:
  • Mass Mail-in Balloting
  • Electronic Voting Machine Standards
  • Risk Limiting Audits
  • Automatic Voter Registration
  • Trusted Builds
  • and more…
What might happen if the nation’s Gold Standard of Elections turned out to be the nation’s Election Fraud Test Kitchen?

eyes on the trusted build
The release of the Mesa Report — which forensically compares the backup image from before the May 2021 Dominion Trusted Build update with the backup image from after that update — is quite concerning. (Note: This has been updated to reflect May, rather than March which I posted in error — come on, man, they both start with M. Thanks to canncon.locals.com for pointing it out!)

Remember: Image = centrally designed computer template. Let’s consider the implications.

SoO87wVrJAOdRrfPt2Jaax2Xc44_BRKIb3CVCJoFa3BIdb1y3auSc7JJouhM3F-f2GocXnIMkSTAp3nTclRzRXwJITzMns2aMdesnjKT6P42PToWZvcroA5uB3ROCvRPDfg5jcaX=s0

The Mesa Report image analysis reveals that Election Records, required for preservation under current document retention laws, were deleted. This is a violation of the law, and it appears the Trusted Build was designed and implemented to remove those records.

In other words, the Trusted Build was designed and implemented to violate the law, and…
  1. The Lab knowingly or incompetently reported the Trusted Build as compliant with the law, and…
  2. The EAC knowingly or incompetently accredited the Lab that reported the Trusted Build as compliant with the law, and…
  3. The SecState knowingly or incompetently certified the Trusted Build as compliant with the law, and…
  4. The Trusted Build wasn’t compliant with the law — as shown by the forensic comparison of the images before and after the Trusted Build update, and…
  5. The above players — along with local law enforcement, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, the FBI/DOJ, and likely others — knowingly or incompetently covered up the violation of the law, including the flaws in the systems design and potentially other more devious, actions.
Those are what I see as the major implications.

So, what happens next?

we are about to find out what happens next

PmEDJIY--pTvi-7kX7ETgH_OtxeDUuriaAx-UP3tJbAqHPfchNLdd3M7t17p57aX7PrJs9bp60HAvUqHkqj4BivLONyTZm5b_lNEHSmg6n-ZZ7QAihz-rqwnWlsBVRsvypoHm1Wk=s0

Did you notice who is missing in the list of implications above? The for-profit and, in Dominion’s case, foreign election technology vendor that actually builds the Trusted Build. That is by design, and we can thank our elected officials for this reality where companies like Dominion Voting Systems have all of the power over American elections and none of the accountability or, on paper, liability.

Does it really matter if it was “knowingly” or “incompetently?” For prosecutorial reasons, sure. If the Trusted Build was DESIGNED to remove election records — as this peer-reviewed report alleges — the answer to that question is pretty clearly “knowingly.”

But I am more interested in the Public Trust.

“Knowingly” or “incompetently?” Either option is pretty damning.
How can we ever again TRUST any of the individuals, companies, agencies, or institutions that are involved in our current election nightmare? Remember, they’ve all been telling us the system is perfect and that November 2020 was the most secure and transparent election in history.

What if they are proven to be lying?

SaO4rYtTZRDSlbV1Oyu4DR2Up1_d8G5pb1Gw_mIIPSYXglZs88cXiojk97j8Cn3KNyBc1aYJ66Ynx-50Mts8xu_XJnmdq6J0KNpi-mYiKvfl7bXJsbeYqE6FDuCkRyxecQglfiTK=s0

Let’s be honest: Trust cannot be restored until Accountability is realized. When #RussiaGate happened, I realized something that I now know is a pattern of behavior by our enemies in this fight:
They had to know they’d get caught; and they decided to put the country through it anyway.
Don’t ever forget that.

Sidney Powell Announces Her Legal Team Will Depose Dominion’s Eric Coomer for Questioning Later Today

By Jim Hoft
Published September 23, 2021 at 8:26am

Attorney Sidney Powell announced during a recent interview that her legal team will depose Dominion’s Eric Coomer for questioning later today.

Coomer has sued several Trump supporters, media outlets and media personalities following the 2020 presidential election, including The Gateway Pundit and Jim Hoft.

Powell will have 2 hours to depose Eric Coomer later today.

Via The Freedom Times:

Eric Coomer — the security director at the Colorado-based Dominion Voting Systems — two hours worth of questions in a deposition on September 23rd.
The deposition was granted by the Colorado court overseeing a defamation lawsuit filed by Coomer that alleges Powell and other parties falsely accused him of being a key actor in “rigging” the election for President-elect Joe Biden.

Asked by Richard Harris of Truth and Liberty Coalition if her legal team gets to ask Mr. Coomer questions in a deposition, Powell exclaimed, “Yes, we are! I can’t wait!”

Harris followed by asking, “The court is going to give you some discovery in that case?”

Sidney replied: “Yeah, actually the court in Colorado, which is the first case and that’s the one Coomer brought against us, has given us a short but two-hour deposition of him before we even get to deciding what is called an Anti-SLAPP issue.’ That’s a whole other legal thing. I won’t even get into it. But basically you have a right in Colorado by statute to talk about issues of national importance without being slapped with a deposition lawsuit, which is exactly what we were doing and there’s a hearing on that later this month. But we’re going to get a first deposition of Mr. Coomer on September 23rd as it stands now.”

Former Arizona Senate President, Arizona Secretary of State and Senate Forensic Audit spokesman Ken Bennett joined John Fredericks on Outside the Beltway on Wednesday.

Bennett provided a few details on what to expect from Friday’s Arizona Senate hearing.
Advertisement - story continues below

Via The Storm Has Arrived:
– Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan will present on behalf of his company and their work in Arizona

Ben Cotton, founder of the digital forensics company CyFIR, a subcontractor on Senate President Karen Fann’s audit team, will provide what he found when he looked at the machines.

It was reported in may that Cotton was was able to recover data that the Senate’s election audit team accused Maricopa County of deleting.

SHOWDOWN: Biden Regime to Release Info on Trump and Jan. 6 to Congress – Trump to Cite “Executive Privilege”

By Cristina Laila

The Biden Regime is contemplating releasing information to Congress about what Trump and his inner circle were doing on January 6 during the Capitol protest.

Trump however said he will cite “executive privilege” to block requests from the Democrat-led House select committee.

“The highly partisan, Communist-style ‘select committee’ has put forth an outrageously broad records request that lacks both legal precedent and legislative merit,” Trump spokesman Taylor Budowich said in a statement. “Executive privilege will be defended, not just on behalf of President Trump and his administration, but also on behalf of the Office of the President of the United States and the future of our nation.”

According to the Washington Post, the Biden Regime will likely disclose the documents to Congress in an effort to harass Trump and create more legal problems for the former president.

WaPo reported:
The White House is leaning toward releasing information to Congress about what Donald Trump and his aides were doing during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol despite the former president’s objections — a decision that could have significant political and legal ramifications.

Trump has said he will cite “executive privilege” to block information requests from the House select committee investigating the events of that day, banking on a legal theory that has successfully allowed presidents and their aides to avoid or delay congressional scrutiny for decades, including during the Trump administration.
But President Biden’s White House plans to err on the side of disclosure given the gravity of the events of Jan. 6, according to two people familiar with discussions who, like others, spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe the private discussions.

In response to the House panel’s request, the National Archives has already identified hundreds of pages of documents from the Trump White House relevant to its inquiry.

As required by statute, the material is being turned over to the Biden White House and to Trump’s lawyers for review.

The committee’s Aug. 25 letter to the National Archives was both sweeping and detailed, asking for “all documents and communications within the White House on January 6, 2021, relating in any way” to the events of that day. They include examining whether the White House or Trump allies worked to delay or halt the counting of electoral votes and whether there was discussion of impeding the peaceful transfer of power.

The letter asked for call logs, schedules and meetings for a large group, including Trump’s adult children, son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner and first lady Melania Trump as well as a host of aides and advisers, such as his attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani.
Meanwhile, the House Democrats are simultaneously working on new legislation dubbed “Protecting Our Democracy Act” to be able to go after ex-presidents (Trump).

“The measure would limit a president’s pardon power, require presidential candidates to be transparent with their tax records, and extend a deadline for prosecuting former presidents and vice presidents for federal crimes committed before or during their time in office.” NBC News reported.

House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler popped off on Thursday and said once a president leaves office, the statute of limitations will have run out.

“This policy has turned presidency into a get-out-of-jail free card,” Nadler said.

BREAKING – Steve Chucri AUDIO: Chucri Was BULLIED OUT OF AUDIT PT.1 – “I’ll Tell You What I Question This.” – Colonel Waldron – “I Like Him A Lot, He’s a Great Guy, I Really Like Him”

By Jordan Conradson
Published September 23, 2021 at 3:52pm

The Gateway Pundit has received groundbreaking audio recordings of Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri which reveal how he truly feels about his colleagues, who have fought the Arizona Senate audit from the beginning.

The audio recordings were obtained by Shelby Busch and Steve Robinson, the founders of

WeThePeopleAZAlliance

The Gateway Pundit reported that Chucri admitted there was ballot harvesting and dead voters. He also admitted that the audit performed by the County was “bullsh*t” and Supervisor Clint Hickman lied to stonewall an audit.

Chucri has resigned in utter embarrassment after being exposed, saying that the election was not stolen and Joe Biden won.

1632433514867.png

He does not really believe this, otherwise, he wouldn’t have said what he did behind closed doors.

The truth is, as you have heard and will continue to hear, Steve Chucri 100% thinks that fraud occurred but he was stonewalled by his colleagues who have “the backbone of a plastic fork” and may have lost their race.

He says that he’s “persona non grata” with his colleagues and that his vote against fighting the Senate cost him the Vice Chairmanship of the Board.

Now, because he does indeed want to remain in politics, and even run for Governor someday, he is playing into their hand by continuing this charade so that he doesn’t lose his career.

Maricopa County Supervisor Clint Hickman broke the silence on a Phoenix radio station yesterday almost brushing this debacle off as no big deal, saying that, they’re friends, they’ll get over it.

Yesterday The Gateway Pundit released 13 minutes of Chucri ripping Clint Hickman, calling him a liar, an asshole, accusing him of crying, and more.
Advertisement - story continues below

1632433330124.png

Chucri said these comments were made during a “turbulent time” but he did not deny anything that he said.

The following audio from a January phone call shows that Chucri was in favor of cooperation with the Arizona Senate but this cost him politically.

Chucri also says that Colonel Phil Waldron, who the left and Maricopa County have attacked with rage, is a “really good guy”
Chucri: We are going to work with Senator Fann and others and it’s not just going to be us, and the more you can give them ideas as well, this is going to be a joint effort.
I’m embarrassed to say that my colleagues were challenging the legislature on these subpoenas. I mean to fight fellow republicans on an audit? That’s why I voted against them. But if we can do this in a joint venture and talk to Warren Peterson and Karen Fann and say were demanding this because I don’t know how tough my colleagues will be on making sure we have certain things looked into. And I wanna make sure we have a lot of things looked into. This cant just be window dressing, this has to be a real audit.

I am Persona non Grata right now with my colleagues. I was passed over. I was supposed to be Vice-Chairman. They chose Mr. Gates because of my opposition to this. They’re not saying that’s why. They’re just saying they thought I was really busy and I couldn’t do both, which is horsesh*t. So you have to remember there are a lot of politics at play.

My effort would be to have us do it jointly because that way, I think we can have more done. Because remember I want a laundry list of things done. My colleagues might say were only doing A-B when I want A-F. So I think by doing it in a joint effort with the legislature, we’ll have a better audit.

I’ve never been this disappointed in my colleagues. I’ve never been this disappointed. It shouldn’t be this hard. Do you agree with me that there’s no way we can use Dominion even if this audit comes back clear?

I Like Him A Lot, He’s a Great Guy, I Really Like Him… He’s a decent guy. (Colonel Waldron)

I challenged our legal counsel to where we were yelling at each other. And you know who’s really understanding this after like five days of being in office, is Stephen Richer. You should have a conversation with Stephen Richer. He’s already frustrated. He’s only been in office five days. Some folks always want to be right or they make it about themselves and that’s what my colleagues are doing, unfortunately. Instead of making the decision for themselves, they just want to follow the gospel truth of whatever legal counsel is telling them.

I wanna say, hey guys, yeah we might have pulled off an election by way of logistics but there’s some questions and concerns about the software and we should look into it. Don’t just try to defend something because we don’t know if it’s good or bad we’re not techno-geeks we don’t know anything about this.

And it’s not just Arizona, right? It was Georgia it was Michigan it was all these other states so it’s not just like it was an isolated incident with no proof. I think that’s the answer because I’ll tell you what I question this. If you remember about a month ago, actually clint Hickman had 2 auditors come out here and I don’t know if you guys heard this story, and I said good let’s get them going and our legal counsel said no we still don’t think we should and I said why in the hell did we spend money to get two auditors out here and then send them back. That was a stupid ass decision. Clint Hickman and I have not had a personal conversation since then.
Legal counsel is probably telling them not to do anything that gets them arrested but Chucri wanted to do the right thing all along.

Criminals often use legal counsel to avoid penalties.

The Board needs to do the right thing.

EXCLUSIVE: Jovan Pulitzer Shares His Thoughts on the Arizona 2020 Election Audit Report Out Tomorrow Along with Breaking Information

By Joe Hoft
Published September 23, 2021 at 4:15pm

This morning on 93.3 Real Talk in St. Louis, Jovan Pulitzer shared his thoughts about tomorrow’s 2020 Election audit report coming out of Arizona, including some information, never shared before.

Jovan Pulitzer was on with Real Talk 93.3 this morning with Joe Hoft and Kell Brazil to discuss tomorrow’s audit report scheduled to be released in Arizona. The report will be a culmination of lots of work by a number of individuals.

Pulitzer complimented the audit team and the Senate led by Senator Karen Fann. He shared that he was on pins and needles like everyone else. All the findings are monumental according to Pulitzer because an effort like this has never occurred before.

Pulitzer complimented Doug Logan as well. Logan led the Cyber Ninjas team and received much abuse from Democrats who didn’t want to audit to take place and did all they could to prevent it. Hurting Logan and anyone involved in the effort was part of their strategy.

Ultimately, no one knows now what will be in or out of the report.

Arizona-Audit-Hearing-1.jpg

The agenda for tomorrow’s meeting is above. Pulitzer didn’t know who Randy Pullen was when he first saw his name. He is a former GOP Head in Arizona. Ken Bennett hadn’t been heard from for a while so it was news to see him on the agenda.

Pulitzer then shared some brand new news related to the Arizona audit (listen to the audio below).
Then again there’s that damn thing we call politics that has to be involved…
I can tell you something first hand. When you look at Jack Sellers’ precinct, and you look at the adjudication rate… You find a few recurring trends and one of those recurring trends were his precincts were much harder on allowing a provisional to be voted. In other words they had a higher rejection rate than most overall and more importantly he sits in the one precinct that if you look at it how the precincts were rated. We went in and created a rating system that had never been done before, so when you either get a R or a D for how you went Presidentially, he sits in the one district that has the most that were all R’s until 2020 and then magically became a D.
And so I think he’s probably going to have some interesting questions to answer about, why is this very unique to your district that the places that were traditionally all R’s went D? And then you only won by a few hundred votes?
Listen to more here.

Stop Le Steal: France’s Macron is Quietly Changing Election Dates and Pushing Mail-In Voting to Hold onto Power.

France’s summer was marred by the rollout of a national vaccine passport and the ensuing protests which continue to take place every Saturday across the country. In the midst of this social tension, a politically significant event was given little note.

In July, the French Interior Ministry – responsible for organizing national elections – presented the official dates for the upcoming and much anticipated 2022 Presidential election. While every French Presidential election runoff has occurred in early May since 1974, the government, with the approval of the nation’s council of Ministers, opted to advance the dates of the election to April 10th for the first round and April 24th for the runoff vote.

This change is significant because it conflicts with national public holidays.

French families typically align their vacations with the public school holidays. In fact, employers frequently require their employees to take their vacations during these breaks as a way of managing workflow.

School holiday dates are staggered depending on the different administrative regions of the country to avoid overcrowding of the domestic transportation system, and French workers often make use of their time off by traveling outside their home town to visit family and friends. During holiday seasons, certain regions experience an outflow of residents.

As a consequence, if a vote is scheduled during one of these periods, turnout is lower in regions where employees are on holiday because there is no early voting in France.

By scheduling the runoff election in early May when the workforce isn’t on break, the government was able to avoid conflicts with national holidays. Alternatively, when the dates did create a conflict, the government selected weeks when all regions’ vacations overlapped so as not to create regional discrepancies. This Presidential election will be different however because only a third of the country will be on holiday at the time of the vote. It’s the makeup of the regions which are on break during the runoff that gives rise to concern among the French opposition.

On April 24th 2022, the date of the runoff election, the northern region of France called “Hauts-de-France” and the southeastern region of “Provence-Alpes-Côte D’Azur” will be on holiday. Significantly, these are the two most unfavorable regions for the incumbent President Macron.

On the one hand, the north of France is very blue-collar, a consequence of the dying heavy industry and mining sectors of the country. The electorate is very sympathetic to the populist political platforms advocated for by Marine Le Pen as well as the national left-wing opposition to Macron. The southeast on the other hand is a conservative bastion and favors the traditional right wing parties and Marine Le Pen over the incumbent President.

In France’s regional elections this past June, President Macron’s party did not make it into the runoff round in the north of France. His party achieved a meager nine percent of the vote despite even the French Attorney General campaigning on behalf of the President. In the southeast, Macron’s party decided not to field a candidate at all because the polls were so unfavorable.

During the 2017 French Presidential election, these two regions were the areas where Marine Le Pen performed the most favorably against Macron. Polls concerning the 2022 election suggest the runoff will once again pit these candidates against one another.

If Le Pen is to stand a chance of defeating the incumbent, she needs very high turnout in both the north and southeast of the country. It is unsurprising, therefore, that she has expressed concern about the election date and has called for the schedule to be modified.

Over the past two decades, voter turnout has been on the decline in France. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, elections have seen the lowest participation levels in the country’s history.

According to political commentators and public officials, it is critical that the 2022 Presidential election see high voter turnout. The health of the country’s democracy depends on the perceived legitimacy of this election because of its central importance under the current constitution. The incumbent French administration’s decision to advance the runoff vote date coincides with talks of allowing for mail-in ballots which have been banned in the country since the 1970s because of the risk of fraud.

These moves by Macron’s government open the door to allegations of voter suppression and manipulation by the opposition which further polarizes and already tense French political landscape.

EXCLUSIVE: Big News – Founder of Email Dr. Shiva Will Be Presenting Tomorrow in Arizona at the 2020 Audit Findings Presentation

By Joe Hoft

Tomorrow the results of the audit of the 2020 Election results in Maricopa County will be presented. One individual presenting will be Dr. Shiva.

Here is the agenda for tomorrow’s meeting.

Arizona-Audit-Hearing-1.jpg

The audit of the results of the 2020 Election in Maricopa County will be presented in Arizona.

One of the presenters will be Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai. We first noticed Dr. Shiva shortly after the 2020 Election on November 14th.

1632452469049.png

We studied his work and even confirmed his results in Michigan in a separate exercise.

1632452384470.png

We later held a presentation with Dr. Shiva where he presented his results and work from prior exercises and we shared some of the work and results we had uncovered as well

1632452267262.png

The fact that tomorrow Dr. Shiva will be presenting in Arizona gives us comfort that some of our efforts in the past were noticed and that Dr. Shiva’s work was noticed. Dr. Shiva has shown in the past that ballots were switched in Michigan and other states.

We reported on Dr. Shiva’s presentation in Arizona previously where he showed that that only way Biden could have won Arizona was if Democrats votes came in at 130% for Biden and only -30% for Trump. This is impossible.

(Unfortunately the tweet of Dr. Shiva’s presentation was taken down by Twitter for what can only be political purposes.)

1632452168657.png

We look forward to Dr. Shiva’s presentation tomorrow. Will the auditors show that it was impossible for Biden to win and support this with evidence? Let’s hope so.

Heartbreaking Letter from Jan. 6 Prisoner in Solitary Confinement! DC Gitmo Violates International Codes on Torture

By Cara Castronuova
Published September 23, 2021 at 6:10pm

Mellis-3.jpg

Prisoner Jonathan Mellis in jail after his arrest.

Jonathan Mellis, a detainee from January 6th, wrote us from solitary confinement last week.

Mellis has been detained without bond since his arrest in February. In May, U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan denied his request to be released from custody for a week so he could attend his father’s funeral.

Here is the direct letter from Jonathan Mellis addressing the American people:

“My name in Jonathan Mellis. I am a January 6 Capitol detainee being held in the DC jail. In the last 7 months I have experienced and witnessed the most inhumane and hateful treatment of my 34 years of life.

The DOJ and the Biden Administration are doing everything in their power to break me.

I write this from solitary confinement on September 15 with no clear explanation as to why I’ve been isolated or how long I will be here. I have been locked in this small concrete cell for over a month at this point. They call solitary confinement “the hole”. This is totally appropriate because I feel like I have been dropped to the bottom of a deep and dark hole in the ground and forgotten. I am alone. My mind is all I have to keep me company. And that can become quite a scary thing after weeks all alone. What makes this much worse is that I’m not told exactly why I was put down here or when this lonely torture will end. Every deadline given by the policy book to the jail to explain to me why I am in solitary confinement has been totally ignored. If I were in trouble I would have been served a Disciplinary Report within 2 days. I was not. I should have been seen by the Housing Board within 7 days. I was not. I get no answers. All I get is lied to by Sergeants and Lieutenants.

This kind of isolation and disrespect is very harmful to one’s mind and body. At first being locked in a small moldy cell is horrible and sad. You miss human interaction and your mind is racing.

After a while this turns into desperate loneliness and frustration. You get headaches for days at a time and try to sleep all day. It has become a real depression. You feel worthless and ignored.

Then as your energy starts to come back from sleeping all the time, it brings with it a ball of rage in your gut. You feel injured, angry, and helpless. You know you are being mistreated and there is nothing you can do about it. Your head hurts and your back muscles are tense. All the normal things in your life that give you stress are amplified and you are now consumed by bad and negative emotions. They are really hurting you. There is the feeling that you just want to collapse emotionally and physically. You just want to give up. The 4 walls of this concrete box are closing in on you. Your skin is crawling and you feel claustrophobic. It’s a nightmare.

How long will they make me do this? I don’t know. But I already know from experience that all of us January 6 detainees were held on solitary confinement until July. So I know first hand how long these monsters are willing to do this to me. This is inhumane and people think its OK because I’m a Trump supporter. I love people and I try to live a virtuous life. But because I like Trump they don’t see me as human. They enjoy watching me suffer. It makes them smile. How sick is that?

The pure hate within the Justice Department is obvious in their actions. They are a sadistic bunch.

It’s actually quite scary. There were over 500 violent riots last year. All of them were Left wing.

Nobody is searching for these people. As a matter of fact, anyone who was arrested has most likely had their charges dropped. They were even encouraged by the Democrat politicians. They were applauded as they burned buildings down, destroyed businesses, killed people, and looted cities. They attacked police officers and took over police precincts. But nobody is sitting in jail for it. Much less being subjected to the inhumane treatment we Trump supporters experience. We live in constant fear of being shackled and beaten by the correctional officers. This has already happened. Several of us have been beaten by the correctional officers. Yet nobody really cares because we are Trump supporters.

I am currently engaged in a deep spiritual battle. I will not let evil win. I am strong. But it is hard. They want to break me. I will not let them. My love for this country will never end. Please do not believe everything you read about me in the news. They are crucifying me before my trial. I was trying to help the people being crushed by police.

I also am pleading for any help you can afford (even it is just a few dollars) to help with my legal bills so I can get justice. There is no where else I can turn than to my fellow citizens. Please pray for me on the outside.
Strength and Honor,
Jonathan Mellis #376907.”

Mellis was in solitary confinement for over a month and released only a few days ago, a direct violation of the United Nation’s “Nelson Mandela Rules”.

Other detainees have reported being held in solitary confinement in periods up to six months since January 6th.

The Mandela Rules are a minimum standard of United Nations rules that defines solitary confinement as “the confinement of prisoners for 22 hours or more a day without meaningful human contact.” According to the rules, solitary confinement can only be used in exceptional circumstances, and “prolonged” solitary confinement of more than 15 consecutive days is regarded as a form of torture.

“Look Ahead America” and Citizens Against Political Persecution appealed to The United Nations by formal letter in August on behalf of the prisoners. January 6th Defense Attorney Joseph McBride also appealed directly by letter to the ACLU and Amnesty International. All parties say they have not yet received a response from any of the organizations.

In his letter, McBride called the District of Columbia jail “DC-GITMO,” a reference to the Guantanamo Bay detention camp, a U.S. military prison in Cuba.

“Solitary confinement is considered torture under the Nelson Mandela Rules,” said McBride. “Democrats agree. Both Elizabeth Warren and Dick Durban, as well as the ACLU, have all agreed on this issue.”

“If the United States Government is going to argue for the indefinite pretrial detention of American Citizens and frame them as terrorists, then the US Government should be subject to and constrained by international law (specifically The Nelson Mandela Rules) which prohibits prolonged solitary confinement and deems it torture,” said McBride.

According to Mellis, he did not use violence until he witnessed the police continue to brutalize other protesters.

Mellis has long held that the reason he was defensive with police was because he witnessed police brutalizing females and heard people screaming for help.

See the video below.

Rumble video on website .22 min

One of the people Mellis said he witnesses being brutalized was Roseanne Boyland.

Boyland died that day around the time period that eyewitnesses saw her crushed by other citizens that were pushed on top of her by other police and then beaten aggressively by Officer Lila Morris with a stick on the West Capitol stairs.

1632452787046.png

Mellis faces ten riot-related charges, including assaulting officers using a dangerous weapon (a stick that he was seen with at the scene of fellow protester Roseanne Boyland’s death). His attorney pointed out in open court and the prosecutor did not object that the police officer he is being charged with assaulting was not injured by Mellis. Mellis faces upwards of 40 years if convicted.

Shane Jenkins, another detainee and witness, said that many in the crowd around the West Entrance were incited by the violence of police towards Boyland.

“She was laying unconscious and when one of the officers kicked her out of the way like a piece of trash, that is when the crowd reacted and got involved,” said Jenkins. Jenkins’ statement has been documented by video proof.

Jenkins statement also substantiates the testimony of Mellis. There is video that shows police officer Wyatt, badge number 5737, kick Boyland and that is when Mellis seemingly springs into action.

Mellis said he acted in defense of others in using non-deadly force to defend individuals who were being crushed by advancing police officers. The D.C. Pattern Jury Instructions provides the law of defense of a third person- “that every person has the right to use a reasonable amount of force in defense of another person if s/he actually believes that the other person is in imminent danger of bodily harm”.

Mellis’ girlfriend told us that they are desperately seeking new representation outside of their court appointed lawyer but have no funds to hire a private attorney.

Jonathan-Mellis-913x479.jpg

Mellis and his girlfriend Kelly before Mellis’ detainment in DC Jail.

They are crowd sourcing to raise adequate funds to hire a lawyer who is responsive, trustworthy and will fight for Jonathan.

Many believe Mellis’ case is instrumental in proving what really happened on the West Capitol steps as he is being charged with attacking police officer Lila Morris.

We reported exclusively a few weeks ago that Lila Morris is the police officer who is seen beating Roseanne Boyland viciously as she lay unconscious on Capitol stairs.

1632453357107.png

Therefore, Mellis is entitled in his pre-trial discovery to the bodycam footage of Officer Morris. Mellis is yet to see his discovery.

“They are holding it in the jail somewhere,” said Mellis from prison. “I do not know who has it. They are not allowed to hold it for this long. They can be altering it, deleting it…I don’t know why I haven’t seen it yet after being in here for eight months.”

“That clear body cam footage is what we need, what we need America to see,” said video analyst Gary BcBride of “The People’s January 6th Commission”. “This information is being sealed and withheld from the public by the government, even though they are using it in court proceedings. If Mellis gets an attorney who is willing to appeal to the courts and have it released to the public, then the entire narrative the government has painted about people arbitrarily attacking police at the Capitol changes. The real narrative of the West Capitol steps is that citizens were defending a woman who ultimately died at what many believe to be at the hands of police. If Officer Morris’ full body cam footage gets released, all charges against those on the steps with Roseann Boyland should be dropped.”

The organization “The People’s January 6th Commission” demands to see all the body camera footage of Officer Morris from the day of January 6th, 2021, including the video documenting Boyland’s death at the West Terrace of the Capitol. They will continue to file FOIAs for this information and sue if it is not legally handed over in a timely manner.

Mellis-4.jpg

“This has been a mental and spiritual test beyond anything I have ever experienced,” said Mellis. “Things get really bad in here but I’m closer to God now. I look forward to the day I am free again.”

BREAKING: County Supervisor Steve Chucri Leaked Audio: “I’ve Had DEMOCRATS Telling Me They Don’t Have Confidence, They Don’t Like DOMINION – Why In The World Would Governor Ducey Really Say No To Giuliani?”

The Gateway Pundit has obtained exclusive audio recordings of Maricopa County Recorder Steve Chucri expressing his doubts in the election and his despise for his colleagues.

Chucri says many hateful things about his colleagues who fought against a full forensic audit of the 2020 election because he knows that there was fraud in 2020 and they are trying to sweep it under the rug.

In one recording Chucri states that he believes “multifaceted” election fraud occurred with dead voters and illegal ballot harvesting.

1632454109522.png

In another, he admits that the Maricopa County audit of the 2020 election was “bullsh*t” and that his colleagues were too scared to do an audit.

Supervisor Bill Gates “has the backbone of a plastic fork” according to Chucri.

Supervisor Clint Hickman “just didn’t have the guts” either.

1632453980886.png

In this release, Steve Chucri gives his true feeling about the public perception of the election.
He also says that his colleagues do not have a backbone again and loops Governor Doug Ducey into the conversation, saying it looks like Ducey has something to hide.
January

Chucri: People are trying to say “oh this is the far right, these are just the Trumpers.” No it’s not! This is middle-of-the-road republicans too like my 82-year-old mother, my contractor building a house for me, same thing! I’ve had Democrats telling me they don’t have confidence, they don’t like this Dominion.
So look, I think we have to do an audit to see what happened or didn’t happen.

I still think even though all of these audits have been done, I still think there’s a lot of uneasiness not even from Republicans. I’m just talking about people you don’t even know, I don’t even know, they’re just your average Arizonan that still has doubts, like my mother.

I’ve even had democrats email me about it.

They just don’t have backbone. Why in the world would Governor Ducey really say “no” to sit down with Guliani. I mean it only makes it look like you have something to hide.
A majority in the country knows that this election is not what Maricopa County pretends.
How could Steve do this to his own mother?

In another audio recording, published earlier today, Steve Chucri acknowledges that elections problems occurred in all of the states that used Dominion “so it’s not just like it was an isolated incident with no proof.”

He also rips into his colleagues and attorneys for preventing this audit, giving us more clues into what was happening behind the scenes.

The Supervisors knew this election was stolen and they did nothing!

GateHouse Media merged with Gannett in 2019, they now represent over 550 newspapers. TAR has dispatched a cabal of 15 journalists and photographers to cover the audit. Their articles are distributed to Yahoo News, MSN, USA Today affiliates, and other GateHouse rags. The negative audit coverage by TAR reporters has been rewarded with appearances on MSNBC, CNN, Rachel Maddow, Nicolle Wallace, etc.

Jen Fifield is the worst of all the audit reporters. Last September the Arizona Republic promoted her to cover elections for the very first time, for Maricopa. The newspaper’s leadership has molded this young lady into a hammer looking for a nail, while absorbing all this paper’s liberal groupthink.

In a recent online “Media Misinformation” meeting, Fifield dismissed election mistakes. “People and the public need to understand every election has glitches”. She gave a pass to the Maricopa election department, which has decades of practice, massive budgets, and full-time staff. She then published anything remotely damaging about the Senate audit. She disregarded the fact it was a new, very complex process, the first in the world.

fifield-az.jpg

As shown above in red, Fifield would like to censor facts released by the Senate audit. Using pre-arranged statements from Maricopa County, social media giants could restrict news distribution. Fifield posts as many as 40 tweets a day about the audit, always a negative slant.

She’ll ask for help with names, spelling, or praise makeup put on her face by CNN Senior Correspondent Kyung Lah. She became a sycophant of CNN as soon as their Los Angeles team arrived in Phoenix. For months Jen Fifield has attacked the audit process, vendors, volunteers, conservative media, politicians – everything not on the left. She’s encapsulates everything Americans hate about major news organizations.

Fifield went on to post an aerial image of the rural home of CyFIR employee Ben Cotton.

Minutes later she posted the name of his small Montana town. Following CNN’s lead, Fifield demanded non-profit financial documents for weeks. Imagine what she’d do with that donor list. Community Editor Carrie Watters is Fifield’s supervisor and clearly supports this radical behavior. Greg Burton is the Executive Editor of the paper and Regional Director for USA Today.

Burton’s a well documented and public hater of the audit.

A few months back Senate President Karen Fann pleaded with media to be respectful with images. Fann asked they not DOX audit workers. TAR photographers went on to capture images over 18 different days. Three weeks after Fann’s request Fifield posted a story using a massive slideshow with nearly 200 images. It was published on MSN and elsewhere. They are the faces of floor workers, loading dock staff, officials, visitors, security guards, and outside supporters.

CNN used a similar tactic to discourage and intimidate audit workers and potential volunteers. It’s was disgusting.

Some might remember news reporters were banned during the setup of the Coliseum audit.

But Fifield registered as a volunteer to sneak in. Shortly after her first break at 10AM, she tweeted that “blue pens” were being used, claimed she was worried audit staff could change ballots. But there were no ballots. The story spread through fake news media for hours. Then at 2:30PM Fifield came clean. She said all pens were switched to red and green before any ballot hit the floor. She never apologized. The Fake News media used her on the talk show circuit to develop this first negative narratives about the audit.

Her reporting always excludes Democrats and Maricopa County from any negative coverage. She questioned the security of election data being reviewed offsite by CyFIR. But she said nothing when the entire election database was leaving the MCTEC tabulation center nightly, on a Dominion employees orange USB drive. She complained about the privacy of voters ballots at the Coliseum audit. But she said nothing when the signatures and phone numbers of nearly 2 million ballot envelopes were scanned at Runbeck Election Services headquarters, with no supervision. The list of her hypocrisy is just to extensive to list.

Fifield recently “spent months investigating Doug Logan”. She partnered with the Florida paper where Mr. Logan’s family lives, the Sarasota Herald Tribune (USA Today). The Detroit Free Press, The Republic, and other reporters joined this effort. As if straight from the Democrat playbook, the story was published this week to discredit the audit results. It’s a whopping 7,000 words.

That’s nearly 15 pages of a Word doc. They went to Doug’s home, his small town, talked to friends, locals, took pictures, even posted an image of his PO Box building. Their story mentions Doug’s rural lifestyle, ranch house, country roads, cows, religion, homeschooling, plaid shirts, January 6th insurrection, and so on. They use “prayer” and “Christianity” over a dozen times.

These are all attempts to paint Mr. Logan as religious nutjob. This is truly some despicable sh*t. What horrible people.

Those who truly know Mr. Logan, including his friends, say he is a highly intelligent, honest, family man and very skilled cyber expert. TGP readers know he is an American patriot who has made tremendous sacrifices to help audit our elections. He’s a quiet soul with incredible integrity and faith. We are sure his family and children are proud of him. It’s disgusting that other news outlets also published personal attacks on Mr. Logan this week.

BREAKING: House Committee Investigating Jan. 6 Issue Subpoenas for Steve Bannon, Dan Scavino, Kash Patel and Mark Meadows on Night Before AZ Audit Results

By Jim Hoft

Here we go.

The House Committee investigating the protests on Jan. 6 issued subpoenas for Steve Bannon, Dan Scavino, Kash Patel and Mark Meadows.

The FBI already admitted their was no conspiracy and no insurrection. But Democrats need a headline. On Friday the Arizona Senate will release their results from the Maricopa County Forensic Audit.

The FBI, DOJ and House leaders already know these men had NOTHING to do with the rioting at the US Capitol on January 6th. This is all a smokescreen for their falling polling numbers and their dread of what may be released on Friday.

Trump-hating Republicans Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger sit on Pelosi’s Jan. 6 Committee.

Politico reported:
The select panel investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection is issuing subpoenas to four current and former top aides to President Donald Trump, including his most recent chief of staff Mark Meadows.

The committee issued its first subpoenas on Thursday to Meadows; former Pentagon official and longtime House Intelligence Committee aide Kash Patel; former top White House adviser Steve Bannon; and longtime Trump social media chief Dan Scavino. It marks a turning point in the investigation as lawmakers begin homing in on Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 election results.
The Jan. 6 committee’s chair, Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), had foreshadowed Wednesday that the first subpoenas would go out imminently, as the panel kicks into high gear with the goal of finishing its work by next spring. The four Trump associates will be commanded to produce relevant documents by Oct. 7 and appear for depositions the following week.

Ten questions the Arizona election audit could answer Friday
From ballot papers and serial numbers to poll books, a forensic audit has examined almost every imaginable aspect of voting in Arizona's largest county.

By Natalia Mittelstadt and John Solomon
Updated: September 23, 2021 - 9:46pm

Ten months after the bitterly contested 2020 election, the Arizona Senate's long-anticipated forensic audit of ballots in the state's largest county will be released Friday during a live-streaming event certain to rekindle the passionate debate in America over voting integrity.

Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, will be briefed at 1 p.m. EDT in public on the findings from Cyber Ninjas and CyFIR, two contractors hired by the Senate to inspect voting machines and review the 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County, home to the city of Phoenix.

President Joe Biden was declared the winner in that state by a narrow 10,000 votes last November.

Fann told Just the News earlier this summer she did not expect the audit to turn up evidence of widespread fraud that would warrant overturning the election results in that battleground state, but rather she anticipated finding ways to make voting and ballot counting easier, safer and more trusted by the public.

"If we do in fact find some major irregularities or problems then our job is to fix it and make sure this doesn't happen again so people can go to the polls ... and know that it's gonna be on the up and up, and nobody's playing any games," Fann told Just the News in May. "The Senate has no authority and nor are we looking to overturn an election or decertify. That's not our job.

Our job is to make sure we have safe, secure elections in the state of Arizona."

You can listen to that interview here:

John Solomon Reports 34:23 min

Democrats have long tried to impugn the audit, as did some GOP members of the Maricopa County Board, which resisted the audit every step of the way.

Even before the audit was released, it claimed its first victim earlier this week when Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri announced he would be resigning after recordings surfaced of him deriding two of his colleagues on the board as "too self-serving" and suggesting they wouldn't support the audit for fear it might affect their election outcomes. Chucri apologized for the comments.

Part of the audit — related to digital counting capabilities — won't be released tomorrow, in part because the Senate and the county just struck a deal for contractors to gain access to the county's computer routers and election related data that might be stored on them.

But the general performance of the vote counting machines, the reliability of paper ballots, and the regularity of integrity measures like signature matching are expected to be evaluated during the Friday session.

Here are 10 meaningful questions the audit could answer:
  1. Did election ballots that were mailed in get lost or damaged before they were counted?
  2. Did all mail-in ballots have required signatures that matched eligible voters?
  3. Were Election Day ballots treated differently during the counting process than mail-in ballots?
  4. How many ballots were flagged by vote counting machines — and why were they flagged — to undergo a separate review known as digital adjudication, where humans looked on screens to confirm the intent of the voters? Republicans have said they believe as many 200,000 ballots went through this process.
  5. Did election clerks handle duplicate ballots correctly? These are ballots that didn't scan properly and required a clerk to manually make a replica of the ballot to run through the scanners a second time. Maricopa County officials told Just the News that 27,000 such duplicate ballots were made and counted in the November election.
  6. Was there any evidence of illegal ballot harvesting, where a third party collect multiple ballots from voters and delivered them?
  7. Were all paper ballots on the required security-enhancing paper and identified by requisite serial numbers? Cyber Ninjas has told the Senate it was making an effort to "identify any ballots that are suspicious and potentially counterfeit."
  8. Did Arizona's SiteBook system, used for checking in and tracking voters, work properly, and did any voters improperly skip through that security check?
  9. Were there any voters who cast ballots but aren't listed as voting or who weren't listed in the poll books as legally allowed to vote?
  10. Were there any discrepancies in vote tallies during the various stages of the process, from registration through vote casting, vote counting and adjudication of disputed or provisional ballots?
Kelli Ward, the chairwoman of the Arizona Republican Party, told Just the News this week that while Friday's long-awaited release of the audit was essential it was not the end of the process.

She suggested an official canvas of voters conducted by the state attorney general is still needed to survey whether any people cast ballots that never got counted or whether ballots sent to departed residents were instead filled out by other people.

"The report from the Arizona Audit team that is scheduled to be released this Friday is just the beginning of our election integrity journey," Ward said. "The digital portion of the 2020 election must be audited. After months'-long delays from Maricopa County, the Arizona State Senate is only now getting access to the election system router and splunk log data that is critical to completing a full forensic audit.

"Finally, after seeing the report from an AZ grassroots group, it is clear that an official canvass must be done by the Election Integrity Unit at the state Attorney General's office. In order to restore voter confidence, all three segments of the process must be reviewed: the paper ballots, the digital process & tabulation, and an on the ground canvass of 2020 voters."

In her earlier interview, Fann said she hoped the audit would quell growing doubts about vote counting, noting a poll found 45% of her state's residents didn't trust election results.

"That means at least 45% of people think that there's a problem," she said. So that's not acceptable. This was not a polling as to whether you take your milk in your coffee in the morning. This is election integrity, that number should either be zero or 2%, not 45%. So when asked why I'm doing this, this is exactly why we are doing this."

Maricopa Audit ‘Draft Report’ has been leaked…
Posted by Kane on September 23, 2021 11:49 pm

Wendy Rogers confirms this is only a partial report. This report details the recount results but not the forensic examination of the ballots. Until we hear the full report tomorrow, we don’t know what Cyber Ninjas found.

Biden gained 99 votes, Trump lost 261 votes

Volume 3: Results Details

Summary — Draft Report has leaked…

According to a draft copy of the findings obtained by KJZZ, a hand recount of the nearly 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County hewed closely to the official canvass of the results approved by county leaders.

The hand recount for Biden says he gained 99 votes, while Trump lost 261 votes.

Randy Pullen, a spokesman for the election review, confirmed the validity of the draft.

“It’s not the final report, but it’s close,” he said.

The leak comes less than 24 hours before a scheduled presentation in the Arizona Senate, where President Karen Fann and Sen. Warren Petersen, the Republicans who issued subpoenas that obtained the ballots and voting materials needed for the investigation, are giving the contractors they hired to conduct the review a platform to explain their findings.

“What has been found is both encouraging and alarming. On the positive side there were no substantial differences between the hand count of the ballots provided and the official canvass results for the county.”

Pullen confirmed that the hand recount was “relatively close” to the official tally.

“Was there massive fraud or anything? It doesn’t look like it,” he added.

However, the draft report raises concerns about the county’s elections systems and record-keeping, and accuses Maricopa County officials of stonewalling their effort to perform “a complete audit.”

“Had Maricopa County chosen to cooperate, the majority of these obstacles would have easily been overcome.”

Pullen said other reports that will be presented in detail tomorrow have not yet been leaked, and that “anomalies” found in voting records are vast enough to cast doubt on the final vote count — despite the hand recount’s confirmation of the result.

Just means there are ballots that were counted. Were ballots from illicit voters, counterfeit ballots, unfolded mail in ballots? Copier paper instead of security paper, sharpie bleedthru?

ATTORNEY MATT DEPERNO RESPONDS TO AZ SENATE LAWYER WHO CLAIMED SENATE COULD NOT DECERTIFY

The following is a legal opinion submitted to Sen. Wendy Rogers by attorney Matt DePerno, in response to the opinion published by the Arizona Senate lawyer who incorrectly declared that the Senate could not decertify the election.

“In light of the Behringer Memo, we ask again whether a State Legislature can recall the state electors or decertify a national election upon proof of fraud in the election? After again considering the constitutional authority of the State Legislature, the Constitution itself, and U.S. Supreme Court authority and precedent, the answer is definitively ‘Yes.’

“States have authority over their elections, including national elections. ‘Congress has never undertaken to interfere with the manner of appointing electors, or, where (according to the new general usage) the mode of appointment prescribed by the law of the State is election by the people, to regulate the conduct of such election, or to punish any fraud in voting for electors; but has left these matters to the control of the States.‘ In re Green, 134 U.S. 377, 380 (1890) (emphasis added).”

Tucker Carlson: Media will never admit there was no insurrection

The media is attempting to rewrite history when it comes to Jan. 6
Tucker Carlson

By Tucker Carlson | Fox News

Tucker: What really happened on Jan 6
'Tucker Carlson Tonight' host shows how the media uses history as a tool to distort the truth

In March 1971, a bomb went off in the U.S. Capitol building. There was no mystery about who did it. A Marxist group called the Weather Underground took responsibility for it, even before the explosions. The Weathermen weren’t ashamed of what they did. They planned to overthrow the U.S. government, and they wanted everyone to know it. Yet even at the time, many Americans weren’t aware of this. The media immediately began telling a very different story about what happened. The Washington Post, for example, explained that the radical left wasn’t actually to blame for the Capitol bombings. Instead the culprit was something far more general, something called quote, "the easy contagion of extremism in a time of dark frustrations and deep disillusionment." (Whatever that means. It probably means that there was a Republican president at the time.)

The actual bombers remained welcome in polite society. Years later, one of them became a quote, "distinguished professor" at a supposedly prestigious American university. Even now, fifty years after the fact, the whitewash continues. "Politico" just ran a long piece telling us that the real villain in the 1971 terrorist attack on the Capitol was Richard Nixon, who was not there.

According to Politico, the bombing, quote, "supercharged Nixon's paranoia" and led to Watergate. The story ends this way: "Fifty years on, it seems remarkable how fast the 1971 attack faded from collective memory."

Oh, but is it remarkable? Maybe not so remarkable. Leftists commit violence and the media covers for them? That’s something most of us are highly familiar with. It’s been happening for a very long time. To this day, there are a lot of Americans who think a right-winger killed JFK. Of course, the gunman was a man so committed to communism that he defected to the Soviet Union. But the media told the public it was a conservative, so many believed them. The point here, the thing you should remember, is the first draft of history is very often a lie. That’s not an accident. Partisans understand that history is a tool they can use to accumulate power. So they lie about something to suit their ends, they keep lying, and before long their lies are recorded as truth. They’re on Wikipedia, and your kids believe them. We’ve watched that happen all this year in real-time. We’re living through distorted history as we watch the events of January 6 described by everyone. Here’s how the media described that day:

TARA SETMEYER, CNN: That day will be another day that lives in infamy in history, similar to Pearl Harbor and 9/11

CHUCK SCHUMER: We can now add January 6th, 2021 to that very short list of dates in American history that will live forever in infamy.

BIDEN: The worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War.

ANDERSON COOPER: 150 days since the worst single act of political violence since the Civil War.

CHRIS HAYES: The worst attack on American democracy since the Civil War SCHUMER: The greatest attempt at insurrection since the Civil War.

STEVE SCHMIDT: The 1/6 attacks are likely to kill a lot more Americans than were killed on the 9/11 attacks.

MATTHEW DOWD: Though there was less loss of life on January 6th, January 6th was worse than 9/11.

For the record, we really try our hardest not to put liars, people we know who lie for a living, on television, because we are responsible. Other channels do it every day.

Because we are literal, let’s go through the evidence: only one person was killed on Jan. 6, and that person was an unarmed female protestor, shot in the neck without warming by a Capitol Hill police officer who happens to have a documented history of extreme recklessness. The protestors, meanwhile, killed no one. Yet they’re telling you those protesters were worse than the imperial Japanese army that attacked Pearl Harbor, killed thousands of Americans and led to the Second World War, the biggest war in history. They’re also worse than al Qaeda. As a talking point that seems a little — how do you say? — over top. Actually kind of insane. But no. It’s apt. Everybody argued that what we saw on Jan. 6 was exactly like 9/11, Pearl Harbor, and the Civil War. Including a guy who writes popular histories for airport bookstores – he assured us that, historically, those are entirely valid comparisons. Here he is on NBC:

Plea deal in sex abuse case leads to outrage
Video
1:51 min

BESCHLOSS: Think of the 6th of January. If those terrorists who committed that attack on our Capitol had been a little bit faster, they could have and probably would have executed the vice president, executed the speaker of the House, executed other members and leaders of Congress.

They probably would have, therefore, they were as bad as people who did. You look at that, and say ‘that guy’s stupid,’ and that’s fair, by the way. But then you look at 15 other guys just like him saying exactly the same thing, and you have to ask yourself, why are they all saying the exact same thing, maybe there’s a purpose here.

And that might lead you to ask what actually happened, and how can we find out? How can we make up our minds for ourselves? It’s clearly a significant day in American history. It’s being used to change the country. So maybe we should get to the actual facts of that day, what are they?

Well, it turns out, the Biden administration didn't want to tell us what they were. They refused to release thousands of hours of surveillance footage from within the Capitol on January 6. Why wouldn’t they want us to see that? Well, we’re not sure. But we know they really didn’t want us to see it. In fact, they went to court to keep the footage under seal. In one court document, the Justice Department argued that releasing the camera footage from January 6 would "compromise the security of the United States Capitol and those who work there." The footage might "create a visual pathway which other bad actors could use in planning their breach point and pathway for future attacks."

No word if ISIS-K was involved in those plans, or even if ISIS-K, in fact, exists. But that’s not the point. The point is they can’t let you see the video because it’s just too dangerous to national security. Keep in mind, the Capitol is a public building, which technically speaking, you own.

You’ve probably been inside, because until the other day, you were allowed to, because it’s your country, or was.

So, the idea that you’re not allowed to see the inside of the Capitol is insane. The idea that the public has a clear interest in knowing what happened that day is real. Footage we have seen up to this point -- shot by journalists and citizens -- contradicted the official storyline. The Chewbacca guy, for instance, was wandering around in the Senate chamber, looking more like a confused street performer than an insurrectionist:

CHEWBACCA GUY: Heeyy, "F*** A, man, glad to see you guys, you guys are f*** patriots.

OFFICER: You good, sir? You need medical attention?

RIOTER 2: I’m good, thank you, I got shot in the face with some kind of plastic bullet.

OFFICER: Any chance I could get you guys to leave the Senate wing?

RIOTER 2: We will, I’ve been making sure they ain’t disrespecting the place.

OFFICER: O.K., I just want to let you guys know—this is, like, the sacredest place.

CHEWBACCA GUY: I know, I know.

So if you look at the guy in the Viking horns, the Chewbacca guy, you may reach the obvious conclusion maybe Psilocybin mushrooms aren’t good for you. And that’s fair. But no honest person could look at that video and decide America is under attack from terrorists. So then you have to ask, is that what the rest of the so-called insurrection looked like? Now we answer that question. A federal judge just rejected the Biden administration's strenuous attempt to hide some of the surveillance footage from January 6.

The footage that was just released, and obtained by Buzzfeed, covers 15 minutes on January 6 -- from 2:25 p.m. to 2:40 p.m eastern time. Those were key moments in the so-called insurrection.

When you see images from a surveillance camera positioned at the entrance to the Senate wing of the capitol, you don’t see people hiding bombs, or using bayonets or firing weapons, trying to take over the country, an insurrection. You see people walking around taking pictures. They don’t look like terrorists, they look like tourists, and all of them, by the way, are Americans. The rest of the footage, including shots from surveillance cameras outside the crypt at the capitol, is similar. You can look up all of this footage online right now.

And you should. Because you'll notice that contrary to what the DOJ – we’re going to have to start putting air quotes around that - claimed, none of the footage shows a secret route into the capitol. Oh, that ISIS-K could use. So why did they keep it secret? Here's one theory. You can compare the footage that was released with what Democrats showed us during the impeachment hearings earlier this year.

Surveillance footage shows a squad of people, dressed in all-black, systematically entering the capitol and kicking open one of the exterior doors on the Senate side. They appear to be well-trained and coordinated. They’re not high on hallucinogenic mushrooms. The question is, who are they? And why don’t we know their names? And why aren’t they dressed like any of the other people in the footage that's just been released?

Remember, we were attacked for saying this, but we have already been vindicated for this. We still don't know how many federal agents were involved in the events that day, but we have reason to believe from court documents that it's a significant number. And here’s one clue: at a recent rally in Washington, the feds managed to arrest one of their own undercover agents.

How many undercover agents. There were so many feds at the event, that they lost track of each other, and arrested one of them. So we ask again: how many federal agents were there on Jan. 6? Why can’t we know?

What is clear is that, once again, this footage reveals that the first draft of history was a lie. An intentional distortion. A mirage created to control you. It was the work of a specific political party, it was the work of the Democratic party.

So it turns out, the vast majority of people inside the Capitol on January 6 were peaceful. They were not insurrectionists. They shouldn’t have been there, they weren’t trying to overthrow the government, that’s a total crock. And with that in mind, some of the other lies about January 6 start to make more sense. Remember this?

ANA CABRERA, CNN: Officer Brian Sicknick died after being hit in the head with a fire extinguisher in the hours-long attack.

NICOLLE WALLACE, MSNBC: They beat a capitol police officer to death with a fire extinguisher.

ANDERSON COOPER, CNN: Officer Brian Sicknick died after being hit in the head with a fire extinguisher after the fight.

CRAIG MELVIN, MSNBC: He died at the age of 42 after he was bludgeoned with a fire extinguisher.

So here's a rule of thumb going forward if you ever watch television again or read the newspaper: When they are absolutely insistent that you believe something, when they keep beating you over the head with the same talking point again and again, beware. There’s a reason they’re saying that. When all of them are using exactly the same line, maybe there’s a reason for that. Maybe it’s coordinated. Maybe they’re lying. In this case, they were lying. Brian Sicknick was not murdered – there’s no evidence of that at all, the medical examiner said he died of a stroke. So, the reason they told you that is they wanted to establish a storyline before all the facts were in.

That's a common theme for virtually everything that happens in the news right now. Something happens, you’re not exactly sure what the outline is, you don’t know all the facts, nobody does, and all of a sudden, they hang a story on it that helps them politically, and they ram it down your throat day after day. It used to be called propaganda. Now it’s so ubiquitous, I don’t know what to call it. Remember the lies you heard again and again about the McCloskeys, who were White supremacists, or the Covington kids, who were also White supremacists. Remember how they claimed George Floyd was choked to death, even though an autopsy showed he had a fatal level of fentanyl in his system and zero signs of suffocation. That’s what it said, we’re not making it up. What, medical reports don’t matter anymore? That’s true. And remember what they said about the laptop showing that Hunter Biden was selling access to this father for years, but no it wasn't real:

FRANK FIGLIUZZI, MSNBC: disinformation that he knows to be fabricated and supplied by a foreign intelligence service and despite the warning, he’s still doing it.

TIFFANY CROSS, MSNBC: You have said this entire thing is so obviously a Russian plot.

JOHN AVLON, CNN: It’s sort of a crazy quilt that has all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation. That said it wasn’t for lack of trying.

NICOLLE WALLACE, MSNBC: Rudy basically functioning as a Russian asset by pushing Russian disinformation.

BRIAN STELTER, CNN: CNN reported on Friday that U.S. authorities are seeing if those e-mails we just talked about, are connected to an ongoing Russian disinformation effort. Huh.

These people are so shameless. They know they’re being used by liars and the Democratic party and the so-called intel community and they just mouth the words anyway. They say whatever they’re told to say. And then, of course, the tech community gets involved and shuts down all conversation about it. Facebook and Twitter censored the New York Post for this reporting the truth. Joe Biden went on stage at a presidential debate and repeated the lie.

BIDEN: We are in a situation where we have foreign countries trying to interfere in the outcome of our election. His own national security adviser told him that what is happening with his buddy, Rudy Giuliani, he's being used as a Russian pawn. He's being fed information that is Russian. Information that is not true.

They all knew it was true at the time. They knew within hours of the first New York Post story that really was the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop. Everybody knew it. Everybody. Especially Joe Biden. His texts and emails were all over the laptop. Of course he knew they were real. He wrote them.

But, the media lied on his behalf, and Biden got elected because they covered for him. And now that he is President, they can admit it is, in fact, all true. Too late, it’s true.

Politico finally got around to confirming that every bit of the New York Post's reporting on Hunter Biden's laptop was absolutely accurate. It wasn’t Russian disinformation, it was totally real. When are they going to admit there was no insurrection? Never.

What Will Democrats Do about the Maricopa County 2020 Election Audit?

By George Walsh

Maricopa County's failed 2020 election is back in the news. First, an independent canvassing of Arizona's Maricopa County voters revealed a possible 173,000 "lost" ballots and 96,000 "ghost" votes. Add this to the soon-to-be-released Maricopa audit, and — hopefully — the people responsible can be held accountable.

Maricopa's guilty parties are not going down without a fight. We need to be ready for what comes next. Lucky for us, we already know what the adversary's next few moves will be; it's not the first time the Democrats have been caught rigging elections. The Democrats' standard response is denial and misdirection. Denial needs no explanation. As for misdirection, here are an explanation, a demonstration, and a practical exercise in how the game is played.

The explanation: The Democrat party, like every leftist organization, is divided into two groups — a small inner cadre of senior party members called the Nomenklatura and all the others. All others are apparatchiks. Apparatchiks are expendable items. When fraud and other crimes can no longer be denied, the Nomenklatura toss an apparatchik or two under the bus. The public, seeing this, thinks things have changed. The public is wrong. The Nomenklatura remains in control, and the corruption continues.

Broward County, Florida is the best demonstration of this misdirection. Swapping out just two people enabled eighteen years of corruption. After joining neighboring Palm Beach County's last-minute attempt to steal the 2000 presidential election, Broward County Democrats needed a scapegoat. They settled on the Republican supervisor of elections, the 70-year-old Jane Carroll.

Carroll promptly resigned, allowing the Nomenklatura to swap in Miriam Oliphant as supervisor of elections. A career bureaucrat in the local school district, Miriam didn't know squat about elections and had never managed anything of comparable size and complexity. But none of that mattered. Miriam's real job wasn't running elections; it was assimilating the department into the Democrat party. Miriam began replacing career civil servants with party hacks. One hire didn't know the difference between a primary and a general election. Another of Miriam's miracle workers was a homeless drunk hired to the mailroom.

In 2002, despite repeated offers of assistance, Miriam ruined the 2002 primary elections.

Polling stations opened late, were shorthanded, suffered equipment failure, and closed early. In the media firestorm that followed, Miriam attacked the press and her subordinates rather than accepting responsibility. Then the news leaked that she gave her pet drunk a $5,000 raise after he "mislaid" hundreds of mail-in ballots. Later, Miriam fired a subordinate for cooperating with state investigators when she thought it was safe to do so.

Hanlon's Razor tells us to "never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity." It may just be that the election had more moving parts than Miriam, never the sharpest tool in anyone's shed, could handle. But consider this: if Miriam's mission was to bring the elections under Democrat party control, then why not create a public disaster that you then solve by bringing in your new people — people loyal to the party?

Consider also that at the time, many mail-in ballots were from military personnel based in Florida but deployed overseas. The military leans conservative. You could say Miriam Oliphant, Democrat apparatchik, rewarded a subordinate after he "mislaid" hundreds of presumably Republican votes, and you'd be right.

On one level, whether malice or mediocrity caused the debacle is irrelevant. Growing public outrage meant that Miriam's usefulness was at an end. Under the bus she went. First, the Nomenklatura cut a deal with the Republicans: no criminal investigations or charges if Miriam goes away. Next, her supporters publicly turned on her. Her mentor, Broward County public defender Alan Schreiber, went on record saying Miriam "had pre-existing psychiatric conditions."

That's kind of harsh, but don't feel too sad. Miriam was offered a golden parachute. After a short time in real estate, her pre-existing conditions magically vanished, and she returned to public education as a $76,000-a-year high school guidance counselor. (That's twice the average pay rate for that position.) The left takes care of its own.

The Nomenklatura reached back into the same educational talent pool that produced Miriam and anointed Brenda Snipes as the new supervisor of elections. Once again, the public just assumed that a fresh face solved the problem. Once again, the public was wrong. In 2004, 58,000 absentee ballots were "misplaced." In 2008, 6,000 ballots were destroyed just before a mandatory recount. In 2012, another thousand ballots were misplaced. In 2016, during a hotly contested primary involving Debbie Wasserman Schultz, more ballots were illegally destroyed.

In 2018, when the Democrats needed to win back control of the House to impeach President Trump, Brenda Snipes was there. Half of Broward County's election precincts produced more votes than registered voters. So many Democrat ballots were popping up that Columnist Wesley Pruden quipped, "One box (of ballots) was ... at an elementary school, and it was not even show-and-tell day." As jokes go, that was rather lame, but even less amusing were the 2,000 mislaid ballots and still more shady activities related to Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Thanks to some mean tweets by Donald Trump, Brenda's 2018 election performance became a national story. The led to growing public outrage and a trip under the bus. Brenda's golden parachute was being allowed to resign, which allowed her to keep her Broward County pension.

Add in the pension from the school district, and it's clear Brenda didn't suffer much at all.
With its lost and ghosted ballots, Maricopa County was to the 2020 election what Broward was in 2018. Our practical exercise begins when public outrage forces a few apparatchiks under the bus. We need to back the bus up and spin the tires. Decertify the elections if you can, but above all else, put an end to token resignations and golden parachutes. Hold the guilty, all of them, accountable. When illegal activities have consequences, when the apparatchiks are guaranteed three to five years upstate instead of doing nothing jobs and double-pensions, we will see a lot fewer rigged elections.

BREAKING: Texas Secretary of State’s Office Announces FULL FORENSIC AUDIT on 4 Texas Counties

By Jim Hoft
Published September 23, 2021 at 8:10pm
texas-audit.jpg

In August the Texas Senate passed the Republican election integrity bill after an unsuccessful Democrat filibuster ended after 15 hours.
Via the America First Audit Channel.
The vote passed by an 18-11 margin.

Democrats tried to shut this audit down too — IN TEXAS!

Why are they so terrified of audits?

On Thursday the Texas Secretary of State announced it will conduct a FULL AND COMPREHENSIVE FORENSIC AUDIT in four Texas counties including the two largest Democrat Counties in the state.

This is great news for the rule of law and for the future of this country.

Of course, Democrats are against it.

CBS Local reported:
The Texas Secretary of State has announced on Thursday, September 23 it will conduct a full and comprehensive forensic audit of any election and has already begun the process in Texas’ two largest Democrat counties and two largest Republican counties—Dallas, Harris, Tarrant, and Collin—for the 2020 election.

In a statement sent to CBS 11, it said in part: Under existing Texas laws, the Secretary of State has the authority to conduct a full and comprehensive forensic audit. We anticipate the Legislature will provide funds for this purpose.

Earlier in an open letter to Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Former President Donald Trump has backed House Bill 16(PDF) that calls for a “review of the results of the 2020 general election.”

“Bills to audit elections in your great state’s House and Senate were considered during Texas’ Second Special Session. Instead, the legislature passed a watered-down amendment that doesn’t even apply to the 2020 Presidential Election,” said President Trump. “This short amendment doesn’t answer the questions Texans have about the last election. Texans demand a real audit to completely address their concerns.”

Seth Keshel investigated the fraud in Texas earlier this year.

Leaked Audio… Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri: “Dominion, Whether They’re Right or Wrong… The Damage Is Done”

By Jordan Conradson
Published September 23, 2021 at 9:58pm

The Gateway Pundit has more leaked audio of Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri talking about his desire for an Arizona Senate audit of the fraudulent election his colleagues’ contempt for the voters.

Chucri said many horrible things about his colleagues, the election, and he actually admitted that County-led audit was “bullsh*t”.

These releases have totally destroyed the County’s false narrative about their “bullsh*t” audit being legitimate.

1632472154617.png

Chucri also said that he had democrats emailing him because they did not feel comfortable with Dominion.

He agreed with them and so did Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer.

1632472112998.png

This “multifaceted” election fraud with dead voters and ballot harvesting did not just occur in Arizona though. Steve Chucri said that this was a nationwide problem affecting states like Georgia, Michigan, and others.

These recordings came from We The People AZ Alliance’s Steve Robinson and Shelby Busch.

Steve has resigned from office effective November 5th because he could not take the heat.

This recording from March gives us more from Steve Chucri uncensored.

Chucri: We really gotta crackdown on the ballot harvesting and some of these things.
I agree with you on Dominion, I agree with you on the mask mandate and I agree with you we should have never fought.

We aren’t going to investigate one of our own. Why would we fight a third party meaning the legislature to come in? If we feel so confident about our audit why wouldn’t we bring someone else in to look at it? What is the problem and harm in that?

After I met with Guliani after we were all there together “we’re not going to have a problem with an audit. Are you kidding me?” Oh my god was I wrong?

I said shame on us for you having to do what you’ve done.

Tom Liddy really overstepped his bounds. In fact, I’m going to have some conversations with the County Attorney. Attorneys should give input and that’s it. They shouldn’t talk between you and I as supervisors and something I tell you intercedes, that’s just wrong. And Tom Liddy was arrogant.

What do you gain from fighting all the time? You don’t gain anything. The lawyers win because they’re getting paid all the money but you don’t gain anything and so I said to my colleagues, why would we fight our own Senate? Now, look warren Peterson can lead with his chin and he can be a cocky SOB.

Put yourself in my position, the only voice that was opposing all of them and really our county attorney’s office. It just made no sense to do what they did.

I think one thing Karen did learn is it ain’t easy to find a good auditor that’s credentialed and everything else. As much as I like Colonel Waldron, I don’t think he’s a crazy nutjob like some are trying to put him out. That guy’s very sharp. I think the term Patriot has been overused but he’s a good American. I grew up in the car business, I’ve been screwed by the best so I know the bad actors out there. He is not a bad actor.

Richer’s been good. He caught on about what Liddy was doing very quickly and it was me and him against the other supervisors.

If we didn’t pick somebody and the Senate did, of their own volition, I think that’s smart just like I go back to the MCSO thing. You don’t bring in your same department to investigate one of your own. You bring an outside department in to do it and that’s what I’ve always been supportive of.

Robinson: Everybody feels like the Board of Supervisors protected the County but none of them protected the voter base, the people.

CHUCRI: THAT’S A GOOD WAY TO PUT IT.

Which is sad which we all should be celebrating because we actually took elections back from Adrian Fontes who is a very bad dude.

Liddy kept pointing to his record of wins, and that’s dangerous. That’s not why we’re in this business.

I think Gates knows this could be it for him, so maybe that will help him come around, which is sad, it shouldn’t cost you an election to come and do the right thing.

It should be the right thing and whatever happens, happens. Jack is Jack.

I think I was too nice to my colleagues by not being more vocal, to not put them in a bad spot, but I’m done, but I’m done.

But let’s say there’s nothing wrong with Dominion, it’s like Tylenol in the ’80s.

Remember when somebody laced Tylenol? how long did it take for them to build that credibility back? And so I don’t care if anything is found or not found on Dominion it’s gonna be so hard to build that credibility back for next year.

And then we’re right back in the same place.

Well, I’ll tell you what you’ve got my support on that because I totally agree with you just because of the sheer fact that so many of the public has a doubt about it.

At a minimum, I’m happy to say that I would like to see an RFP for a new company to come in because so much doubt has been cast on Dominion that no matter where your political stripes might lay, because I’ve heard from Democrats and Republicans that are concerned about Dominion.

At some point, they’re gonna see it.

None of them will get re-elected.

I have already brought to my colleagues’ attention primarily Jack since he’s current Chairman, that we need to look at something else for tabulation next year, because Dominion, whether they’re wrong, right, or indifferent it is what it is. The damage is already done.

Jack-Sellers-China-e1632430171547.jpg

Jack Sellers, Chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors

Busch: They will be calling for heads on a swivel

Chucri: Rightfully so because that would mean whoever we had as auditors were horrible and we picked them…
It seems like Tom Liddy owns the Board of Supervisors and calls all of the shots. What is going on here?

Why did Chucri vote unanimously with the Board of Supervisors to spend $2.8 million on brand new Dominion voting machines after the old machines were audited?

1632472046877.png

Supervisor Bill Gates claims that all of this is “elections misinformation” but we have it from the horse’s mouth.

1632472000287.png

To Steve Chucri:

These people silenced you and prevented you from doing the right thing, and look who paid the price.

Your political career is over and you are now the most unpopular man in Arizona, but anybody can be redeemed.

Come clean, Steve. Make this right.

The Arizona audit report will be released today during an Arizona Senate Hearing scheduled at 1 p.m.

The Gateway Pundit broke this story last week.
1632496394095.png

Today, we will finally see the long-awaited results from the Arizona Senate’s historic full forensic audit of the 2020 Maricopa County election.

Maricopa County officials and Steve Chucri continue to claim that this was the most secure election in history and that no fraud occurred.

The Gateway Pundit has been dropping nukes on this fake narrative after obtaining secret audio recordings of Steve Chucri, where he confirms almost everything that we have been reporting for months.

Steve Chucri resigned from office, citing a hot political climate. What a joke.

The Arizona Senate Audit was extremely in-depth and some called it a “logistical masterpiece”.
Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers reminded us how deep this audit went yesterday during an interview with Ivory Hecker.
Christina Bobb told followers how to contact Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and tell him to take action on the fraudulent activity.

UPDATE: Final Arizona Audit Report Will Be Released at 1 PM – The Draft Report Making the Rounds Is Incomplete and a Draft

By Jordan Conradson
Published September 24, 2021 at 7:45am

The mockingbird fake news media is parroting claims that CyberNinjas confirmed a Biden win through a preliminary audit draft.

The results aren’t even out yet.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, CNN’s worst audit correspondent, declared victory last night.

Yes, he is actually writing articles for CNN.

He tweeted total bogus claims last night and continued tweeting for hours about how Biden won.

1632497539203.png

Randy Pullen told The Gateway Pundit that this was a misrepresentation and he did not say this.

Randy Pullen did say that the ballot totals were not drastically different from the certified totals.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Liz Harris organized volunteers, canvassed thousands of doors, and found mass discrepancies in where ballots came from and where ballots ended up going.

She estimated a total of 96,389 lost votes and 173,104 ghost votes, meaning they don’t know how they were returned.

1632497616550.png

Stephen Richer, the “Republican” County Recorder is fitting in at CNN quite well.

In addition to this, it was admitted multiple times by County Supervisor Steve Chucri in leaked audio, that the Maricopa County Supervisors are not trustworthy when it comes to elections and the County-led audit was “bullsh*t”.

Steve Chucri has since resigned from office in humiliation.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers was not happy that this was happening again.

The fake news did the same thing on election night when fake news Bret Baier lied, sending voters home early, thinking there was no shot.

Rogers also gave us the real scoop straight from CyberNinjas CEO Doug Logan, who reminded us that this battle against good and evil is in God’s hands.
I just talked to Doug Logan via phone. The leaked draft is simply a draft and is only a partial report. Tomorrow’s hearing will render findings of great consequence. Then he said “God is in control”. Please pray for our audit team tomorrow as they present their findings.
1632497734536.png

With the firestorm of bullsh*t coming from Maricopa County on Twitter, Christina Bobb reminded everybody of three things.
  1. The report has not been released yet.
  2. Illegal votes don’t actually count in a free and fair election
  3. Attorney General Mark Brnovich is looming

EXCLUSIVE: 2020 Election Improper Governmental Operations Report – Presented To Arizona Senate and Will Be Submitted To Attorney General

By Jordan Conradson
Published September 24, 2021 at 7:30am

All evidence of fraud presented in the Arizona audit report on Friday will be referred to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich.

We The People AZ Alliance drafted a report on Improper Governmental Operations of the Maricopa County Elections Department and Board of Supervisors and have presented it to the Arizona Senate to possibly be used today.

The Gateway Pundit has obtained a copy of this report which details statute and policy violations that occurred before, during, and after the 2020 election.

The report says,

Our team used multiple means by which to formulate this report, including interviewing witnesses, reviewing information in the public domain and reviewing hours of video footage from MCTEC nest cameras.

Scribd doc on website
1632498865959.png
IGA Report by We The People… by Jordan Conradson

The report details eyewitness testimonies which show violations of Arizona statute and elections procedures.
We interviewed a Maricopa County election worker who was tasked with manning the ballot drop boxes. Her job was to collect ballots from voters at the drive-thru drop boxes, verify they contained signatures and place ballots in the drop boxes. We will refer to this worker as Witness 1. A formal affidavit can be provided to the Senate.

“I worked at multiple drop box locations in the valley. I witnessed cars with one or two people dropping off as many as 20 or 30 ballots at a time. Also, on multiple occasions, ballots were returned to them because they were missing signatures and I witnessed them pull out of line, sign all of the ballots and return through the line. I was instructed that we are not allowed to refuse to accept a ballot.”

“Ballot drop boxes at Turf Paradise location were left open and unlocked and when I reported it, I was reassigned to a different location. “
This indicates that ballot harvesting was allowed and evidence from the Maricopa County Canvass showing lost votes, ghost votes, and inaccurate voter registration data indicates that our voter rolls are not current and clean. This was County Recorder Adrian Fontes’ job to ensure voter records are accurate and up to date.

In leaked audio tapes made public earlier this week by The Gateway Pundit, Steve Chucri acknowledges these issues and says Adrian Fontes is a “scumbag”.

1632498809742.png

In an affidavit from an election worker in signature verification (known as, Witness 2), the following claims were made:
– Signature verification standards were constantly being lowered by Supervisors in order to more quickly process that higher amount of early and mail-in ballots (from approx. 15 points of similarities, to a minimum of 3, lowered to 1, and ultimately to none – “Just pass each signature verification through”) “There are too many rejections of ballots each day, so push them through.”.
– Even in the 3-person teams assigned to review REJECTED signature verification, there was pressure to approve a ballot signature with just 1 point of similarity.
– Challenged signatures on envelopes where the signature was a completely different person than the name of the listed voter, was let through and approved by supervisors.

– Challenged runs or batches of envelopes for signature verification observed by me to be the exact same handwriting on the affidavit envelopes on numerous envelopes. When I asked if the County Attorney would be alerted for possible ballot fraud, I was told no, but supervisors would take care of it (batches with book numbers can be provided by witness 2, if needed).
Witness 5 indicated that:
– I worked at #8600 (Anderson Polling Center) for a total of 6 days. During that time, the staff consisted of 8-10 poll workers and I was the only registered Republican at the center. I was made aware of this fact on Thursday, October 29th, when the poll Marshall asked voter affiliation of each worker to assist curbside voters.
Policy and Procedure adopted for early voting centers required those voting in person to provide ID to obtain a ballot on demand. Once their ballot was filled out, they were then required to place their ballot into an envelope and sign the ballot.

Ballot signature is considered a form of ID. This subjected voters to having to prove their identity twice and could have resulted in ballots/votes being rejected AFTER valid identity was previously established. This is a concern as it violates equal protection under the law (US 14th Amendment). Further analysis would need to be done to determine if any ballots from this process were rejected or if any voters were required to “cure” their ballot from early polling centers.
Witness 4 expressed similar concerns regarding possible problems with Sitebooks.
– I was working at a South Phoenix polling center and the Sitebooks software was undergoing an update. This update resulted in multiple ballots being issued to a single voter without an alert or need for override. When I questioned this with the supervisor, I was told that “there are issues with the Sitebooks currently being resolved, don’t worry as this may occur again and they will catch the problem during tabulation.”
– I sent a “yellow rod”, incident report to the IT department and when I called to follow up, I was told they had no record.
Witness 5 indicated:
– I was in charge of checking in voters at the polling location and the following incident occurred.
– “An update was made on I believe either Monday or Tuesday morning, Inspector, Judges, Marshall were out of the room. Another poll worker said we open in 5 minutes, and we do not have our site books on…we need to get ready. I turned 3 of them on before the others returned. Judges returned very upset, stated “you should not have turned them on…we are in the middle of an update. Updating the voter information.” I apologized and spoke to the Inspector and he indicated that I was not aware of an update.”
Witness 6 stated:

– There were constant problems with the Sitebooks requiring rebooting of the system and the ballot on demand printers had many issues printing properly. “They had to replace the printers 3 times in just a few days.”

Duplicate Ballots:
We have interviewed two completely independent witnesses that state that ballots that are duplicated were loaded into a thumb drive and driven to Runbeck for printing.

Those printed ballots are then returned to MCTEC for tabulation. Our witnesses both indicated that this was done by one, unaccompanied election worker. We have identified that election worker as __________.

This is a serious chain of custody issue as electronic ballots are to be treated with the same protocols and security as paper ballots. The observers at the tabulation center were denied the right to observe this process, accompany ________ or follow her to Runbeck. One witness indicated that she made several trips to Runbeck daily and that she worked very close with the Dominion representatives in the tabulation room. Violation of A.R.S. § 16-625 and AZSOS Policy and Procedure Manual Chapter 8, Section III (C), Observation Transport of Ballots.

We have video evidence to show _____, an MCTEC IT employee who tore apart the equipment and left it out unsupervised for others to gain access for multiple days. There were no tamper evident seals placed on the equipment prior to transport and no affidavit was provided to the Senate to attest that the equipment was NOT altered or tampered with. Based on the criteria Secretary Hobbs has used, the equipment was already made unfit by employee ______ and MCTEC and they should be held accountable financially and otherwise to the voters of Maricopa County for the replacement of voting systems. (Exhibit 3, Equipment tampering video)

This video also shows lack of tamper evident seal:

View: https://youtu.be/cIvhCjWv7Q8

Video observation of the MCTEC building as employees were packaging and prepping equipment for transport to the Senate shows that equipment was handled boxed and loaded for delivery without appropriate safety or security measures adhered to. There were no observers present at the time.

This youtube description says 11-2020, but the upload date is October prior to election day. Should the machines have been decertified then? If you went by Katie Hobbs recommendations then these systems should not have been used in the 2020 election.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

During the Senate audit, there was a question regarding files being deleted or altered. Logs showed this occurs on 4/12/2021. Video review of MTEC server room shows Subject 1 (______) using her key card to allow Subject 2 (_________) and Subject 3 (________) to enter the server room and leaving them unattended at the approximate time the log shows files being deleted/altered. (Exhibit 7, Server Room)

This is a violation of A.R.S. § 16-625. Electronic data and digital images; ballots; security, A.R.S. §16-624. Disposition of official returns and ballots, 52 USC 20701: Retention and preservation of records and USC 42-1974 Retention and preservation of records and papers by officers of elections.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer and Board of Supervisor Jack Sellers both made a public statement that they did not have the passwords necessary to provide to the auditors hired by the Senate.

They admitted that those passwords were supplied by Dominion (the vendor). Testimony by Ben Cotton, cyber auditor for Cyber Ninja testified in the Senate hearing that the passwords they did have access to had not been changed in over 2 years.

Components of the electronic voting system:
  1. Must be password-protected (for voting system software);
o In addition to complying with any system requirements, passwords must: (1) contain mixed-cased and non-alphabetic characters, if possible; (2) be changed on a regular basis and may not be a vendor-supplied password; and (3) may be known only by authorized users.”

In several videos we have discovered the auditors themselves do not appear to follow the election procedure manual. They often ignored clear procedures for convenience. The audits had a limited scope of machines yet drew broad

conclusions. On Page 4 of the SLI Report (Exhibit 14, SLI Report) the scope is defined the following way:

“The Maricopa County forensic audit was conducted on the Dominion Democracy Suite (DS) 5.5B system and included examination of the following items per direction given by Maricopa County Elections Department:
  • 100% (9) of the County’s central count tabulators (ICC) (4 Hi-Pro high speed scanners and 5 Cannon high-speed scanners), which are used for processing large quantities of ballots.
  • 100% (4) workstations and (2) servers used to operate the election management
system (EMS), which includes pre-election functions for creating the election definition for the specified election, as well as post-election activities including accumulating, tallying and reporting election results.
  • 10% sample (35) of the County’s 350 precinct-based tabulators (ICP2s) that were utilized in the election, at the polling centers.
  • 20% sample (4) of 20 adjudication stations, which allow ballots with exceptions or outstack conditions such as over-votes, blank ballots, write-ins and marginal marks, to be resolved.”
This audit is not comprehensive to a forensic audit, had a limited test sample and has unclear criteria for selection. It is not a proper examination for malware nor an exhaustive audit of all equipment. Yet with such a limited scope, many conclusions were drawn, and it raises concerns as to why the choice would be so limited and restrictive.

Violations of AZSOS Policy and Procedure Manual:

AZSOS Manuel, page 97 item 3: Electronic storage media shall be physically secured at all times. No physical access should be given to any person unless the election officer in charge of the electronic storage media specifically grants that person access. Secured locations must be provided for storing electronic media when not in use, coding an election, creating the election media, and transferring and installing the election media into the voting device.

Page 98 item 8: If a stick or device was received by mail:
  • The stick or device should only be accepted from a trusted, third-party source.
  • The stick or device must be encrypted by the third-party source, and the password to decrypt the stick or device may not be included with the mailing itself; and
  • Upon receipt, the stick or device must be scanned with antivirus software prior to opening or otherwise executing any file contained on the stick or device.
The board of supervisors, Katie Hobbs, and Stephen Richer make a point to discuss Pro V&V and SLI as certified auditors, yet they are not certified as forensic auditors or cyber security experts. They are certified to audit the software and certify machines by the EAC.

Recorder Fontes hired Rey Valenzuela to be Director of Elections. Mr. Valenzuela is also the Chair of the Standards Board for the EAC (Election Assistance Commission). This would appear to be a direct conflict of interest.

There are 5 categories of malfeasance observed in the Maricopa County 2020 General Election with supporting evidence (attached or available upon request):
  1. Non-Compliance with Election Security Protocols
  2. Poor adherence to National Institute of Standards and
Technology (NIST) protocols which serve as a baseline for election security standards.

We The People AZ Alliance Preliminary Report, August 15, 2021 | 23

Influence on the finances and infrastructure and possibly the source code of Dominion’s system(s).”

The full report can be found here.

All of this evidence will be presented to the Arizona Attorney General after the Arizona Audit showcase that is scheduled today.

These violations could explain many of the discrepancies that were previously found by auditors.

The Gateway Pundit has reported on many of these discrepancies in the past.

The rest of the findings from the Arizona audit will be presented at 1 p.m. (Arizona) today.

If this was a free and fair election, then why were all of these laws broken?

“REPUBLICAN” Maricopa County Recorder “Sloppy” Stephen Richer Writes CNN Hit Piece Against Audit & Supporters
By Jordan Conradson

A17BB96C-9B96-46DF-87C1-CE306AB067BE.jpeg

The Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer is CNN’s newest audit correspondent.

Stephen Richer, a “Republican” actually wrote a piece for CNN, his most trusted news source.

It wasn’t that long ago that Richer was a Democrat graduate student.

Stephen Richer Back In The Day

An astute Thomas Sowell fan destroyed his ridiculous analogy relating a full forensic election audit to a car repair.

1632499777163.png

What happened to trusting the experts? by RINO Stephen Richer
Stephen Richer is not only out of touch with the people that elected him, he is utterly out of touch with reality.

Stephen writes,
When I hurt my knee, I went to an orthopedic surgeon. When I built my house, I hired an architect. I give my taxes to an accountant, my teeth to a dentist, my car to the Nissan dealership and my hair to Great Clips (there’s not much left of it anyway).
These people have experience, education, certificates and recommendations.

And yet, in the arena of government and public policy, many no longer seem to care about expertise.
The Arizona Senate hired the CyberNinjas who are application security experts and Cyfir who are digital security experts. The Arizona audit is in good hands.

In fact, a few years ago CyFir was demonstrating some software with the Federal Office of Personnel Management.

Steve knows too. He isn’t stupid.

Over the past year, much of the country has ignored the consensus health advice of epidemiologists and virologists, instead putting stock in random YouTube videos and internet conspiracy theorists.

In schools, the opinion of teachers about how kids best learn no longer matters to some. Average Joes somehow know better, despite the fact that “Joe” hasn’t set foot in a high school classroom since he graduated at age 18.

Regarding whatever the most recent Supreme Court opinion may be, many Twitter users happily subscribe to the catchy analysis of somebody who hasn’t gone to law school, has never practiced appellate law, has never written about appellate law and has seemingly not even read the Court’s opinion.

Perhaps some of this is understandable. Bureaucratic experts have failed the country and even lied on several occasions. President Joe Biden promised to listen to experts for White House decision-making, and yet commentators of all political stripes agree that the Afghanistan withdrawal was a deadly demonstration of incompetence.

And the past year and a half has produced a confusing, ever-changing and sometimes contradicting series of edicts on Covid from the local, state and federal officials.

We must demand better from our public policy and government experts. We must make sure people in government leadership positions are installed due to their abilities, not because of the political favors they offer or because of the donations they’ve made. We need to make sure decisions come from groups of experts and aren’t derailed by the ego or intellectual prejudices of one person. We also need better ways of assessing government bureaucratic experts. And we need to be able to immediately and easily fire government employees should they fail.

But regarding expertise, we shouldn’t throw the baby out with the bathwater.

You wouldn’t do this in your personal life. If an auto repair shop failed you once, you wouldn’t react by taking your car repair to somebody who had never before worked on a car.
This is called a red herring.

This is not a COVID-19 issue and health advice or medicines including Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, which are censored on youtube, have been proven to be effective against COVID-19.

This is also not an Afghanistan issue. It is, however, the root cause of the current Afghanistan crisis. Stolen elections have consequences.

He even attacks his own constituency, calling us “average Joes” who “somehow know better.”

Yeah, you probably do know what is best for your kid.

Then, he says you wouldn’t trust someone who screwed you once.

Why should we trust the Government right now after they’ve been screwing us for our whole lives?

How woke is this guy?

Unfortunately, that’s essentially what has happened to elections in Arizona.

Following the November 2020 presidential election, Arizona worked to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the vote. The number of checks and tests run are too numerous to exhaust in this article, but they include:

Political party designees working in bipartisan groups of three to perform a hand count audit of over 47,000 votes. Those votes matched the machine count 100%
A post-election tabulation accuracy test, overseen by both the Arizona Secretary of State and the political parties, to make sure the tabulation machines weren’t manipulated during the election
The hiring of two, experienced, reputable, certified companies to test that the tabulators hadn’t connected to the internet, hadn’t been hacked or manipulated, hadn’t somehow misread ballots and didn’t have any malware installed
The assessment of a sample of affidavit signatures as proof of identity by multiple handwriting experts
Eight court cases alleging different widespread flaws or fraud, all of which ultimately failed
Stephen Richer ran on a platform of removing the “incompetent criminal” Adrian Fontes from office after the horrible 2018 election that he oversaw. He said he was going to clean up the voter rolls, clean up our elections, and “Make The County Recorders Office Boring Again” To us this meant that he was going to do his job right, fix our elections, and we would probably never see his face.

He used his cheap Trump slogan to utilize Trump’s enormous grassroots army and win a campaign because of the hard-working volunteers that he now stomps on.

What he is doing now is the exact opposite of what he ran on. He now applauds the amazing work done by his predecessor last year, the one he ran on being a criminal election thief. He is opposed to a canvass of the 2020 election, to ensure accurate voter rolls. He is opposed to a Senate-led audit. Instead, he would prefer his own department to investigate itself.

And he is actually writing news pieces for CNN. He ran on the disgusting anti-Republican behavior out of Adrian Fontes, saying that it was a threat to the elections. This guy is now writing news pieces for CNN.

Are you freaking kidding me?

Who the hell does this guy think he is?

Doug Logan is 100% correct. This audit was 24/7 live-streamed with numerous checks and balances to ensure security and accuracy, probably more than our current government and volunteer observers from both parties.

Maricopa County failed to comply with legal and enforceable subpoenas for routers too. What a hypocrite!

“Dark money?” Who? The people of The United States of America? See, that’s what Steve pretends he doesn’t understand. This was the people’s audit.

After repeated delays by the County, the audit report is due to be released on September 24.

“Experts fail us”? did he just acknowledge that we were failed last election?

1632499869664.png

Our government fails us often. They seem to always lie to us. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Stephen Richer has also failed his party by abandoning the principles and fully embracing the left.

Stephen is not a leader. He is an establishment follower and his true colors are showing.

Stephen Richer despises us. He will never win another Republican election again less fraud is involved.

BREAKING – ‘WISCONSIN HOT’ – Grassroots Group Uncovers 23,000 Votes with Same Phone Number and 8,000 Voters Registered in 1918 All In One County!

By Joe Hoft

A group in Wisconsin that goes by the name of Wisconsin HOT (Honest Open and Transparent) released a telegram where they ask Wisconsin election officials why over 23,ooo individuals in Wisconsin’s voter roles have the same phone number? Here is their note.

Attn: Meagan Wolfe of The Wisconsin Election Commission

Tara Coolidge City Clerk of Racine
Lisa Tollefson Clerk of Rock County and

All SIX Wisconsin Board of Commissioners
Sept. 22, 2021

We demand your immediate resignations for lying to us all about the happenings of the November 3, 2020 election.

Why are there 23,203 voters registered right now in Racine County all with the same phone number? There are another 63 registered statewide with this same number. Why didn’t you know this? The same 23,263 were registered last year on your voter registration list proving you didn’t even know.

Tell us who owns the phone number. It is a 262-9XX-XXXX number. It does no good to search it on google or other search method as hundreds, even thousands, of different names show up; these are innocent people who don’t even know their names have been associated with the number.

Meagan Wolfe: why are there forty-five more same phone numbers registered to about nine hundred different registered voters? Why didn’t you know this, for years? Tell us who owns the phone numbers.

A list will be mailed to the Board. Tell us when it was assigned to each of these 23,203 voters in Racine County…with more voters across the state.

Tara Coolidge: how could you not know about this phone number assigned to that many people? 95% of them are in your jurisdiction. Why are you on extended leave right now? If you did nothing wrong, come talk to us and we will help you.

Lisa Tollefson: why are there over 900 registered voters in your County with the exact same address?

Why are there over 8,550 registered voters in your County registered in the year 1918?
It is a default you say, who keeps such a shoddy database? We demand you to require all of these people to re-register.

Meagan Wolfe: why did you repeatedly lie to the Wisconsin Board of Commissioners over years? You lied to all of us at your dog and pony show on September 8 falsely claiming all is safe and secure with our elections.

Commissioners: why don’t you know about these 23,200+ people with the exact same phone number?

Why didn’t you know about 543,000 people registered for the year 1918? A voter registration list isn’t kept like that, it is ludicrous.

When are you going to re-register all these people so their date of registration is known?
Advertisement - story continues below

SIX commissioners: did you know there are 543,000 on your list without a date of registration?
Why not? What steps are you taking to correct this major error? A database is not run like that, in particular one which is used for casting votes. The source for all this information is WEC’s own database.

End WEC now! It has been a complete failure and absolute mess. They have constantly violated state statutes and citizens constitutional rights.

Signed,
Volunteer No. 1776

To date the group has received no response from the state. It’s doubtful Republican Speaker Vos will do anything. The people of Wisconsin will have to uncover the fraud in Wisconsin themselves.

President Trump has released his second statement about the Arizona audit this morning. In this statement, the President shares:
The Fake News is lying about the Arizona audit report! The leaked report conclusively shows there were enough fraudulent votes, mystery votes, and fake votes to change the outcome of the election 4 or 5 times over.

Cyber Ninjas Fail To Find Election-Tipping Fraud In Arizona, But Raise Serious Concerns Over 'Alarming' Procedures

FRIDAY, SEP 24, 2021 - 12:13 PM
An election audit ordered by the GOP-controlled Arizona state Senate did not find widespread election fraud in Maricopa County, and actually showed former President Trump losing the largest Arizona county by a slightly wider margin than the certified count, according to the Arizona Republic, which received a draft of the final report.

The three-volume report by the Cyber Ninjas, the Senate’s lead contractor, includes results that show Trump lost by a wider margin than the county’s official election results. The data in the report also confirms that U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly won in the county.
The official results are set to be presented to the Senate at 1 p.m. Friday. Several versions of the draft report, titled “Maricopa County Forensic Audit” by Cyber Ninjas, circulated prematurely on Wednesday and Thursday. Multiple versions were obtained by The Arizona Republic. -Arizona Republic
The Cyber Ninjas - who were mocked by Democrats for months while they were performing a hand-recount, were paid millions to compile the report. According to the draft, the report does raise questions about the election process and voter integrity. The draft also shows that there was less than a 1,000-vote difference between the county's official count and the Cyber Ninja's hand count.

The Cyber Ninjas' draft report of Maricopa County 2020 election results details a hand count showing President Donald Trump losing votes and challenger Joe Biden gaining votes (courtesy photo)

Per the draft report:
What has been found is both encouraging and alarming. On the positive side there were no substantial differences
between the hand count of the ballots provided and the official canvass results for the County
. This is an important
finding because of concerns ahead of the audit.
However, while it is encouraging for voters, it does not allay all of the concerns:

  • None of the various systems related to elections had numbers that would balance and agree with each other. In
  • some cases, these differences were significant.
  • There appears to be many ballots cast from individuals who had moved prior to the election.
  • Files were missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.
  • Ballot images on the EMS were corrupt or missing.
  • Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General Election had been fully cleared.
  • On the ballot side, batches were not always clearly delineated, duplicated ballots were missing the required serial numbers, originals were duplicated more than once, and the Auditors were never provided Chain‐of‐Custody documentation for the ballots for the time‐period prior to the ballot’s movement into the Auditors’ care. This all increased the complexity and difficulty in properly auditing the results; and added ambiguity into the final conclusions.
Had Maricopa County chosen to cooperate with the audit, the majority of these obstacles would have easily been
overcome. By the County withholding subpoena items, their unwillingness to answer questions as is normal between
auditor and auditee, and in some cases actively interfering with audit research, the County prevented a complete audit.
The draft report was issued in three parts adding up to approximately 110 pages, and recommends several areas of concern to be investigated by the Arizona attorney general.
We're sure we haven't heard the last of the AZ audit saga.

BREAKING: Indications Arizona Audit Appears to Show Crimes Committed Related to Tampering with Public Records

By Joe Hoft

There are hints that there may be criminal charges recommended today after the results of the Arizona audit are produced at 1pm Pacific time.

President Trump mentioned in a statement earlier that the results in Arizona appear to show that the election data was “intentionally deleted and ballot images were ‘corrupt or missing”.

1632503310537.png

In an earlier statement today, President Trump shared that “This is a major criminal event and should be investigated by the Attorney General immediately.”

1632503265245.png

Liz Harris, one of the leaders who pushed for a canvass of Maricopa County shared the following and a tweet:
Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 13-2407 – Tampering with a public record;
A. A person commits tampering with a public record if, with the intent to defraud or deceive, such person knowingly:
4. Destroys, mutilates, conceals, removes or otherwise impairs the availability of any public record https://t.co/Oy9LiwGloU
Here is the Rassmussen tweet Harris shared.
