A 13 year Lowes employee is kind of rare.

After all those years she developed some type of attachment to the store.
She was overwhelmed with the idea of protecting Lowes.

She violated an important Lowe's policy and they broke it off on her ass.

Stores like Lowe's will have to adapt to this ever increasing entitlement mentality.

The use of a CC to enter the parking lot along with more anti theft tags on
products.

Store gated parking lots can be equipped with anti ram gates.

If the shoplifter leaves with an item, a debit on their CC occurs.

If all else fails, the anti ram barrier is raised and the police respond to make the arrest???

My point is, if places like Lowes want to keep their doors open for business, they will
have to adapt.

I have two Walmarts within maybe 5 miles of me. One is closer to blaxville. In that Walmart, it's a nightmare to go into. One day, about 2 weeks back, I go in and there are these odd security gates up everywhere. However, as I was walking in this large black chick was running out the gates. She had stuff in her hand and the sirens went off. No one batted an eye...just let her go. OK. I walked through the store and it's a travesty to what a store should be like in middle America. They have put in mazes, in sectioned off areas of the store. For example, they cordoned off the hair care products, razors, etc. You have to wind through a maze to find stuff...then there is another security gate there. WTH? Just to buy a razor. They have the pharmacy on one side of the store, then the drug store items on another side of the store cordoned off with a maze, too. All to keep black scum at bay. They didn't have the room near the groceries to cordon of drugstore items...so they had to do it on the other side of the store. Other Walmarts have put in glass locked cabinets everywhere to thwart black theft. The Walmart closer to me put all the black liquor in locked cabinets. Decent blacks refuse to do anything in their communities, too. It's not going to get better as the black plague spreads out more to the burbs, via gubmint programs.

This is why I've been shopping at Amazon, and other vendors online, like Woman Within, Catherines, etc. It's just not the headache to go to WM anymore. We don't have near the issues with feral humans here like most urban areas do, but our store is still a maze set up, making it impossible to get in and out in a short amount of time. And the self check out, ummmm yeah that's a hard no!

This is why I've been shopping at Amazon, and other vendors online, like Woman Within, Catherines, etc. It's just not the headache to go to WM anymore. We don't have near the issues with feral humans here like most urban areas do, but our store is still a maze set up, making it impossible to get in and out in a short amount of time. And the self check out, ummmm yeah that's a hard no!

I hate those self checkouts. You get no deal by doing your own work. I think the WM near me has just 3 lines now with real checkers. Mostly it has just one lane open on any given day. I contrast that with Meijer which is a better shopping experience. WM is the bottom of the barrel and I don't see their prices much cheaper than Meijer(it's a mixed bag sometimes but Meijer is just more pleasant).

Some chains (CVS, Walgreens, Walmart) have been closing stores in area and of course being lambasted for leaving “disadvantaged communities” without retail access. Of course, the fact that the DC are robbing the place blind doesn’t come into the discussion, except possibly for the enablers to justify the thievery as “redistribution”.

IMO, stores should return to armed security guards (preferably off duty police) and bring the consequences of criminal activity to the perpetrators.

In places that choose to have no laws or protections for retailers, close the damned stores and let them dumpster dive.

You are quite correct. As much as I hate it, I’d bet that the policy had been briefed, as asinine as it is.

We are long passed armed guards. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen. So, leave the black enclaves and go where whitey is going. Whitey continues to move on down the line still. Blacks roll into the burbs, which used to be good without the blacks. Now, there might be decent black folks, but the black folks all bring their hood kids and their hood friends. Eventually, the burbs turn into scumville. Whitey moves on down the line before their property values dive. I have seen this personally happen numerous times...especially in Cook County, IL, growing up. It's starting to happen where I live now. Eventually, either whitey is dead(what the globalists want...as blacks and hispanics are more easily controlled without desires for freedom), or whitey has to take it back by force(part of Civil War 2). Whitey is running out of places to go that the Demtards won't send blacks into.

My son works for Lowes and he is in the social media dept, the folks that deal with online complaints to media sites outside of corporate. He said that he was fighting fires all day yesterday over the firing. I told him better you than me, I'm glad I quit that company years ago.
