Hmmmm… Put on your thinking caps, and ponder this. Ring of Fire is big, and very connected. Volcanos and earth faults are also in close proximity. An earthquake can affect volcanos, and vice versa. Both can, and do affect the weather. Of course, weather affects crop production, logistics, etcetera. World is mentally becoming more unstable, vis-a-vis disease/pandemics, politics, and typical human assholery.

Wow, the map says that is near Avila beach where I grew up swimming! Eight feet high is huge and could do a lot of damage to things like piers or any properties or businesses along the beach.
