I know they’ve been attacked before but it just feels different this time!

Army radio in Israel is telling everyone to get up to 90 days of food, water, meds, and anything else you might need. I am being told the public is panic buying everything they can. The government just announced they will be supplying new military grade rifles to qualified individuals. Ammo is in short supply.

Because they relied on modern communication media. They thought that all the info was going back and forth on the internet. But were outsmarted when Hamas/Hezbollah/Iran, et al went back to paper and pencil and runners. Just like all the "youngins" today, they dont know how to make relationships and talk, they do wonderfully with computers.

I understand you, but I was referring to the lack of preparations generally. How did a people who've been at war intermittently since 1948 turn into such a bunch of complacent doofi? They now have to be TOLD to keep a deep pantry, to be ready for lights out, to be sufficient for a month. Incredible softness in what should be the toughest population on earth.
