I don't think so either. Obama is pretty calculating in certain ways and it's been reported in many ways that the Clinton's despise him and he returns their affections in kind. Obama [for whatever reason] is still well liked in the country and I don't think the Trump justice department will go after him. Several reasons but chief among them is it will drive the racism crowd even more crazy than they are now if that be possible. OTOH nobody likes Hillary and even Bill's approval is waning as he is getting older and the younger generation now has no recollection about him while in office. Whatever Obama does or doesn't do he has a little less than 4 days to do it.

They really could care less, because they will spin it as preventing the mean GOP going after the Democrats as a Nazi-esque political persecution, and the libtards will buy it hook line and sinker.

Yeah if they think Sessions, or one of the states are coming after them, they will boogie out to Qatar. I am pretty sure that is a non extradition country. They have enough money to live like royalty the rest of their miserable lives !

President Ford pardoned Richard Nixon and Nixon had not been convicted of anything.

I don't think Bozo will pardon any of the Clinton's. He is getting a huge amount of criticism today about pardoning Bradley Manning from both sides of the aisle. He is not going to want to "tarnish his legacy" any further by letting them off. I read an article a few weeks ago about the pardoning process. The person who wants a pardon must officially request it and the request has to be considered and processed in the system before being acted upon. Pardons are not granted at the whim of the president. Manning made that request as did Snowden through legal counsel, but there has been no information about Clinton requesting one. It would mean an admission of guilt and I don't think the Clinton's will ever publicly acknowledge their crimes. Plus, Obama is not a friend, I doubt if he would do anything to help them now.
