Southern Scoop has been going pretty good here with Continental but I am sure this will come to an abrupt stop if it stays in the $30's.

I told Sherree to put that up 'till I could bring my computer up, and I told her wrong, sorry for the heart attack.

Bloomberg has said they have gone into "limited trades" because futures hit 2819. I have no idea what that is, because the market is at 27??? and is down 1100 pts.

May need some help here

30 year bond below 1% for first time.

Crude oil is at 32, and gold at 1700

The Japanese market is down 4.5 % if that and the futures hold, it looks to be a bad day.

Energy stocks will get beat up, the oil patch will go through a bust cycle, and the oilhands who work there will suffer for a while. But then the oversupply will work its way through the market and demand will climb again. In the meantime, all kinds of other industries will flourish thanks to the cheap energy. So while one sector might be hurting, cheap energy is more associated with strengthening economies than dragging them down.

No yanks here. :D But the other gas station up the road is down to 2.06 as of yesterday - that's over 8 cents in 3 days.

If there is ‘support’ in futures market would expect it early morning during CNBC and Fox pre market shows. I am sure they would like to see some recovery from whatever lows are generated overnight.

FYI for those who are kind of watching:

Looks like all markets have sort of stabilized. They initially dropped off a cliff at open, and now are bouncing around in those areas, meaning not really moving one way or the other.

Notice, silver is as useless as always. Gold, the real deal, is soaring. Silver is still barely hanging onto 17.38 while gold is flying. I keep some, but haven't bought in a long time and probably will never again.
