Colbert Calls For Abolishing The Senate, Democrats Push INSANE Authoritarianism As U.S. Falls Apart

Jan 21, 2022

Colbert Calls For Abolishing The Senate, Democrats Push INSANE Authoritarianism As U.S. Falls Apart. Democrats continually claim democracy is dying yet keep calling for plans that would end the US constitutional republic. Mass voter overhaul, abolishing the senate, or even the filibuster would cause serious escalation in our cultural crisis. But its consistently Democrats that want dramatic and revolutionary change while supporting BLM riots and antifa

The people of the world just aren’t buying into the world elites and their sophisticated plans for world domination.

Citizen Free Press reported on the world elites attending the World Economic Forum and their shock that the world doesn’t like them.

Maybe it’s more than that. Italian Archbishop Vigano is very outspoken on the world elites and their destruction of the very foundations of the rule of law. He also offers hope, knowing that those who stand and resist the New World Order will have the help and protection of God.

The people of the world aren’t fools. They just don’t like world elites like world elites do.

Is America Heading For A Systems Collapse?

FRIDAY, JAN 21, 2022 - 11:40 PM
Commentary authored by Victor Davis Hanson via The Epoch Times (emphasis ours),

In modern times, as in ancient Rome, several nations have suffered a “systems collapse.” The term describes the sudden inability of once-prosperous populations to continue with what had ensured the good life as they knew it.

A woman walks a dog near the ruins of an ancient Roman aqueduct, in a park in a suburb of Rome, on July 28, 2017. (Andreas Solaro/AFP via Getty Images)

Abruptly, the population cannot buy, or even find, once plentiful necessities. They feel their streets are unsafe. Laws go unenforced or are enforced inequitably. Every day things stop working. The government turns from reliable to capricious if not hostile.

Consider contemporary Venezuela. By 2010, the once well-off oil-exporting country was mired in a self-created mess. Food became scarce, crime ubiquitous.

Radical socialism, nationalization, corruption, jailing opponents, and the destruction of constitutional norms were the culprits.

Between 2009 and 2016, a once relatively stable Greece nearly became a Third World country. So did Great Britain in its socialist days of the 1970s.

Joe Biden’s young presidency may already be leading the United States into a similar meltdown.

Hard Left “woke” ideology has all but obliterated the idea of a border. Millions of impoverished foreigners are entering the United States illegally—and during a pandemic without either COVID-19 tests or vaccinations.

The health bureaucracies have lost credibility as official communiques on masks, herd and acquired immunity, vaccinations, and comorbidities apparently change and adjust to perceived political realities.

After decades of improving race relations, America is regressing into a pre-modern tribal society.

Crime soars. Inflation roars.
Meritocracy is libeled and so we are governed more by ideology and tribe.

The soaring prices of the stuff of life—fuel, food, housing, health care, transportation—are strangling the middle class.

Millions stay home, content to be paid by the state not to work. Supply shortages and empty shelves are the new norm.

Nineteenth-century-style train robberies are back. So is 1970s urban violence, replete with looting, carjackings, and random murdering of the innocent.

After the Afghanistan debacle, we have returned to the dark days following defeat in Vietnam, when U.S. deterrence abroad was likewise shattered, and global terrorism and instability were the norms abroad.

Who could have believed a year ago that America would now beg Saudi Arabia and Russia to pump more oil—as we pulled our own oil leases, and canceled pipelines and oil fields?

Our path to systems collapse is not due to an earthquake, climate change, a nuclear war, or even the COVID-19 pandemic.

Instead, most of our maladies are self-inflicted. They are the direct result of woke ideologies that are both cruel and antithetical to traditional American pragmatism.

Hard-Left district attorneys in our major cities refuse to charge thousands of arrested criminals—relying instead on bankrupt social justice theories.

Law enforcement has been arbitrarily defunded and libeled. Police deterrence is lost, so looters, vandals, thieves, and murderers more freely prey on the public.

“Modern monetary theory” deludes ideologues that printing trillions of dollars can enrich the public, even as the ensuing inflation is making people poorer.

Critical race theory” absurdly dictates that current “good” racism can correct the effects of past bad racism. A once tolerant, multiracial nation is resembling the factionalism of the former Yugoslavia.

The culprit again is a callous woke ideology that posits little value for individuals, prioritizing only the so-called collective agenda.

Woke’s trademark is “equity,” or a forced equality of result. Practically, we are becoming a comic-book version of victims and victimizers, with woke opportunists playacting as our superheroes.

Strangest in 2021 was the systematic attack on our ancient institutions, as we scapegoated our ancestors for our own incompetencies.

The woke have waged a veritable war against the 233-year-old Electoral College and the right of states to set their own balloting laws in national elections, the 180-year-old filibuster, the 150-year-old nine-person Supreme Court, and the 60-year-old, 50-state union.

The U.S. military, Department of Justice, FBI, CIA, Center for Disease Control, and National Institutes of Health until recently were revered. Their top echelons were staffed by career professionals mostly immune to the politics of the day.

Not now. These bureaus and agencies are losing public confidence and support. Citizens fear rather than respect Washington grandees who have weaponized politics ahead of public service.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley, Attorney General Merrick Garland, former FBI heads like James Comey and Andrew McCabe, retired CIA director John Brennan, and Anthony Fauci head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases—have all politicized and vastly exceeded their professional purviews.

They sounded off in public fora as if they were elected legislators up for reelection. Some lied under oath. Others demonized critics. Most sought to become media darlings.

This governmental freefall is overseen by a tragically bewildered, petulant, and incompetent president. In his confusion, an increasingly unpopular President Joe Biden seems to believe his divisive chaos is working, belittling his political opponents as racist Confederate rebels.

As we head into the 2022 midterm elections, who will stop our descent into collective poverty, division, and self-inflicted madness?

Renting Robots For Less Than Minimum Wage Is A Boon For Companies

FRIDAY, JAN 21, 2022 - 11:20 PM

Automation has rapidly expanded in businesses of all sizes to cope with rising wages and labor shortages. Robotics help firms streamline otherwise inefficient tasks and slash labor costs amid an inflationary environment.

Orders for robotic machinery have jumped for automotive, agricultural, construction, electronics, food processing, and warehousing companies. The benefits of employing a robot over a human are now being realized for small and medium-sized companies.

Jose Figueroa, who manages Polar Manufacturing, a small company that produces hinges, locks, and brackets in south Chicago, told Wired that he employed a robot on the production line that costs only $8 per hour versus a minimum wage of $15 per hour for humans. He said the robot has allowed workers to concentrate on other tasks while increasing output.

"Smaller companies sometimes suffer because they can't spend the capital to invest in new technology," Figueroa said.
"We're just struggling to get by with the minimum wage increase," he added.
Polar pays $8 an hour to use the robot, making it very affordable for small businesses. The manager expects 25 of these production line robots within five years. As for the 70 employees, he expects to retain them but said robots had made it so that no new hires are needed.

Over the last two years, the virus pandemic has created a shortage of workers and a whole host of inflationary pressures, from wages to transportation to energy costs, squeezing margins and forcing companies to become more efficient and or pass along the extra costs to consumers.

Another small business, called Georgia Nut, a confectionery company in Skokie, Illinois, struggles with labor shortages and employs robots for $8 an hour.
"Anything that can help reduce labor count or the need for labor is obviously a plus at this particular time," Steve Chmura, chief operating officer at Georgia Nut, said.
Companies like Formic make it possible for small and medium-sized firms to reduce operating expenses and increase capacity by allowing them to pay per hour for robots. Renting robots is a gamechanger for smaller companies than outright purchasing one.

Robotics as a service is driving a new wave of affordable automation. This will only accelerate the automation wave (something we've described for years) that will displace millions of workers by the end of the decade.

iHuman: Blurring Lines Between Mind and Machine’ — The Royal Society (2019)
By Joe Allen/Singularity Weekly

January 21, 2022

Download PDF here

Humans are a tool-making, tool-using species by nature. This leads transhumanists to ask, quite reasonably, if there’s an essential difference between a spear-throwing caveman and a jacked-in cyborg controlling a drone swarm with her brain.

In iHuman: Blurring the lines between mind and machine, Royal Society scholars note that in ancient Rome, a physician would slap an electric ray on a patient’s dome to treat headaches.

The implication is that today’s transcranial magnetic stimulation isn’t really new, so why stop now?

Out of all the documents in this collection, the Royal Society of London shows the most enthusiasm for merging the embodied soul with god-machines:
Linking human brains to computers using the power of artificial intelligence could enable people to merge the decision-making capacity and emotional intelligence of humans with the big data processing power of computers, creating a new and collaborative form of intelligence.
People could become telepathic to some degree, able to converse not only without speaking but without words – through access to each other’s thoughts at a conceptual level. This could enable unprecedented collaboration with colleagues and deeper conversations with friends.
The authors warn about possible dangers and abuses, but overall, their reservations seem obligatory. These are ivory tower brainiacs, and nothing gets the intelligentsia’s mojo rising like the promise of unlimited intelligence:
Efforts to enhance memory, learning, decision-making and attention may also provide new solutions. Today’s basic, cheap headsets are likely to be supplanted by more advanced enhancement technologies, possibly including platforms such as multiple micro-implants. Animal tests have already shown ways to create memories, control motion by human thought or embed learning.
Electromagnetic brainwashing may seem unnatural, you pitiful caveman, but if you think about it real hard—until your head explodes—it’s obviously part of natural human progression.

Pages 48 and 49

Just as Neanderthals were no match for Homo sapiens, we humans should tremble before the power of The Machine:
“Brains are flexible, imprecise, error-prone and slow; computers are inflexible, precise, deterministic and fast.” …
Creating interfaces that allow us to link the sophistication of human thought with the processing power of AI could open the way to game-changing applications.
If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.

Page 73
Back here on Earth, a more practical justification for establishing total technocracy in the West is to keep pace with China:
The ability to read mood from brain signals is already reportedly being used by Chinese companies to monitor employees for signs of anger, anxiety or depression, via devices fitted to safety helmets and caps. According to media reports, companies involved say they are using the data to help workers, but critics say the technology invades privacy.
Those concerns notwithstanding, if the CCP is turning their population into a digitally enhanced superorganism, we should probably do the same:
People who work in hazardous environments could optimise their performance by training in immersive simulations, and in the service sector, people who have caring needs could be empowered to live more independently if they were enabled to command robots using brain signals while having their mood monitored remotely.
So high-steel riggers will train in virtual reality, and caregivers will don electro-helmets to tend to the elderly. No one can accuse the Royal Society of romantacizing the value of a hard day’s work—especially dangerous or dirty jobs. It’s just another problem to be solved by experts.
Which brings us back to the US military-industrial complex:
Interface technology will also inevitably be studied for potential military applications, such as augmenting decision-making, physique, and motivation. … The US’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has set out an aspiration to create a non-invasive neural interface for possibilities such as “immersive training, new forms of interaction with AI systems, improved situational awareness and intelligence analysis, and distributed task management”.
It may seem cruel, but this techno arms race may require turning human beings into radio-controlled super soldiers:
In research, sharks, beetles and pigeons have been implanted with devices that can control their movements. Other technologies could provide personnel with infrared sensing capabilities to detect other people in darkness—or enable their actions to be stimulated by a remote controller.
Whether one fixates on the threat of international rivals or artificial superintelligence, a primary incentive for becoming a cyborg is evolutionary competition. In a shifting landscape, organisms must adapt and overcome.

If your enemies build a superior warship, you’d better do the same. And if your enemies create a Super Computer God and connect their brains to this entity, by God, you’d better do the same.

Whaddaya got to lose?

“Brain-Computer Interfaces: US Military Applications and Implications” — RAND Corp. (2020)
By Joe Allen/Singularity Weekly

January 21, 2022

Download PDF here
[h/t @Truth_Cker and @ChrisHigey]

Power corrupts. The wires woven into your brain corrupt absolutely. And if those don’t corrupt you, the resulting brain infection will.

Repeating a conspicuous pattern, the RAND Corporation can barely contain their excitement about brain-computer interfaces. The dream of hooking the embodied soul directly into a god-machine is too tempting to resist:
The 86 billion neurons of the human brain represent humankind’s primary evolutionary advantage and, perhaps, an area of untapped potential. … What will happen when human brains are freed of their corporeal confines and can control machines directly? …
The technical means for this brain-body bypass are BCIs, defined as methods and systems for providing a direct communication pathway between an enhanced or wired brain and an external device, with bidirectional information flow (between the brain and a device).
We’re talkin’ about using thoughts to control drone swarms, machine-gun turrets, and robotic dogs.

We’re talkin’ about WiFi-enabled telepathy:
A natural extension from research that aims to read brain signals, and to send or implant information in the brain, is brain-to-brain communication.
At the next level, we’re talkin’ about true communion with artificial intelligence. Before long, we’ll talk about it using nothing but the iTrodes in our brains:
Data (or information) from a human brain can be used not only to inform assessment tools or to drive systems but also to inform software with cortically coupled AI. … This information can then potentially help train an AI system. …
This use of BCI represents a heightened level of human-machine teaming, allowing a human to think with a machine (or a computer) or, more specifically, integrate human thoughts or data into a process conducted by machine. … Such teaming is of particular interest to members of the AI community who are exploring methods and approaches for managing and “controlling” AI.
BCI may be able to provide this tool. Elon Musk, the founder of Neuralink, a relatively new company focused on integrating humans with AI, suggests, “Some high bandwidth interface to the brain will be something that helps achieve a symbiosis between human and machine intelligence and maybe solves the control problem and the usefulness problem.”
We’re talkin’ about humans merging their minds with what Musk calls “the demon”—using tax-payer money:
The DARPA Neural Engineering System Design (NESD) program is developing invasive systems that can communicate clearly and individually with any of up to one million neurons in a given region of the brain, and this includes the ability both to transmit to the brain and read from the brain with some neurons.
While current invasive devices may incorporate something on the order of 100 channels, this project strives to read 106 neurons, write to neurons, and interact with 103 neurons full-duplex, a far greater scale than is possible with existing neurotechnology.

Another DARPA program, the Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program involves a noninvasive system capable of reading from and writing to multiple points in the brain at once.
We’re talking about trans super soldiers using cyber-psychokinesis to rain hell down upon the earth. Naturally, the top brass are stoked.

In the Age of AI, a meager meat-head is lunch for the dogs of war:
Regarding the potential application of BCI, the future warfighter is likely to have increased requirements to:
• digest and synthesize large amounts of data from an extensive network of humans and machines
• make decisions more rapidly due to advances in AI, enhanced connectivity, and autonomous weaponry
• oversee a greater number and types of robotics, including swarms.
The solution? Jam a trode into their cerebral cortex. Victory will go to Humanity 2.0.

NOTE: This framework was used to support game play [simulation] but does not reflect a technical maturity assessment | Page 17

There’s only one roadblock to this “inevitable” progress. No one in their right mind wants a trode in their head:
[W]e recommend that DoD [US Department of Defense] address the trust deficit.

[C]ultural barriers to BCI, particularly among infantry service members, are likely to be high. Trust barriers could be mitigated through heavy vetting and testing in noncombat scenarios…and an initial focus on noninvasive measures and medical applications. …

Acceptance of BCI may also be complicated by a general phenomenon referred to in the bioethics community as the “yuck factor,” in which a negative emotional response is provoked by new advances in biotechnology. Lack of trust would likely be more acute for invasive BCI, which requires alterations to the human body and poses health risks, such as infection.

Trust could also be influenced by the scope of the information accessed by BCI technologies. Service members may not want to provide the U.S. government, or its machines, with access to the inner workings of their minds.
I mean, if you can’t trust your own military-industrial complex, who can you trust?

COVID Won't Stop Global Elites From Hobnobbing In Davos As Economic Forum Set For May

FRIDAY, JAN 21, 2022 - 07:20 PM

We doubt anybody was surprised when the "climate-conscious" organizers of the World Economic Forum postponed the annual gathering in Davos for the second year in a row (last year's event was ultimately canceled after an unsuccessful attempt at moving it).

And in a sign of just how important the Alpine confab is for the business and political elites who actually run the world to see each other face-to-face (instead of virtually in the metaverse like they're doing this week), the WEF has just released a statement affirming that this year's event will eventually take place...so long as all safety precautions can be taken.
Right now, the tentative dates are May 22-26, according to a statement emailed to members that was obtained by Bloomberg.

Though we can't say for sure what the COVID numbers will look like then, the fact that it's only a few months away suggests the elites are ready to return to "normally" living their lives - even if some of their restrictions on businesses and socializing remain intact.

However, while the letter focused on the "safety" factor, there's also the more important question of optics. After all, last year's event was canceled because politicians and billionaires couldn't be seen hob-nobbing without masks and social distancing. As two year's worth of scandals featuring a rotating cast of politicians, public servants and even the chairman of a certain Swiss bank, can attest: the elites have largely ignored the restrictions they found unpalatable (even if they tried to hide that fact). But clearly that has grown tiring, so they're ready to return to doing it all out in the open.

With the likes of Bill Gates and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla already trumpeting the notion that life will likely return to "normal" after the omicron wave subsides, the justification for holding the event in Singapore or some other emerging metropolis has already been laid.

But why must Davos go on? We're pretty sure if you ask "the elites" who attend every year, they would be more than happy to tell you (for better or worse).

View: https://twitter.com/i/status/1484355983082094598
.27 min

Professor Ngaire Woods of Oxford University (which regards itself as an "elite" institution of higher learning) offers a surprisingly candid explanation of this dynamic in a viral clip from a few years back.
"At Davos a few years ago, the Edelman Survey showed us that the good news is that the elite across the world trust each other more and more, so we can come together and design and do beautiful things together. The bad news is that in every single country they were polling, the majority of the people trusted the elite less."
If there was ever an example of 'saying the quiet part out loud', this is it. In just a couple of sentences, Woods manages to aptly convey the "elites" mindset in a way that the proles can understand.

Unfortunately for "the elites", the 2021 version of the survey Woods is referencing shows that not much has changed. In fact, public trust in "elite" institutions has only continued to deteriorate during the pandemic, as the 2021 survey shows.

Maybe now you can understand why they're all just itching to get together and hash this out behind the scenes - no matter how much carbon dioxide their private jets spew into the atmosphere.

This Is Your Last Chance, Part 2

FRIDAY, JAN 21, 2022 - 07:00 PM

Authored by Robert Gore via Straight Line Logic,
Read Part 1 here...

Supposedly collectivists will reap the rewards of the only things they produce—destruction and death. After the collapse, a global collectivist government will replace the current multiplicity of collectivist governments. Most of the collapse’s survivors will become slaves living on subsistence doled out by the small aristocracy that will rule the planet. The real work will be done by artificially intelligent machines. The slaves will be pacified chemically and electronically through ubiquitous virtual reality technologies and monitored ceaselessly while the aristocrats live in unimaginable splendor. Those who resist pacification and enslavement will be “corrected,” or if that fails, murdered.

This is simply a straight line projection of the present and recent past that ignores a fully evident counter-trend still gathering steam. After a centuries-long, bull-market run, government as an institution has topped out. The plans and predictions of the global totalitarians are the overconfident rationalizations of newly minted millionaires at the top of bull markets—the “permanently high plateau” in 1929, the “new economy” in 2000, “house prices only go up” in 2007, and “the Fed’s got our backs” now.

We already have shining examples of totalitarian collectivist failure in really big countries with lots of people—the Soviet Union and Communist China. The former collapsed after tens of millions died, the latter made a mid-course correction towards more freedom after tens of millions died.

Blithering idiots attribute those failures to incomplete control by the totalitarians or claim collectivism can only work when the whole world is completely enslaved. They ignore the core quandary of collectivist control—it produces nothing. Collectivist governments steal, they don’t produce. A global collectivist government will produce exactly what the current multiplicity of collectivist governments produce: nothing. Yet, this government will supposedly build the world back better from the ashes of financial, economic, and political collapse.

Collectivists have perfected a demand management technique that obscures but does not solve the productive inability of the economic systems over which they presided: murder a lot of people. People are producers so production shrinks faster than populations, exacerbated by the collectivists’ unerring ability to kill the most productive people. Today’s collectivist killers plan to use the same demand management technique, but this time AI machines will make up the shortfall.

Current AI technology isn’t there yet but somehow a slave society will produce the innovations necessary to get it up to snuff. The absurdity of this presumption is captured in the contradiction in terms that will supposedly fill the gap: state science. State science is the approved propaganda of the moment propagated by state functionaries and cohorts mislabelled as scientists—for instance the rampant convolutions, contortions, corrections, and prevarications that characterize the Covid travesty, climate change, and green energy.

As for slavery, Alexis de Tocqueville had the last word on its economics in 1835.
It is true that in Kentucky the planters are not obliged to pay the slaves whom they employ, but the derive small profits from their labor, while the wages paid to free workmen would be returned with interest in the value of their services. The free workman is paid but he does his work quicker than the the slave; and rapidity of execution is one of the great elements of economy. The white sells his services, but they are purchased only when they may be useful; the black can claim no remuneration for his toil, but the expense of his maintenance is perpetual; he must be supported in his old age as well as in manhood, in his profitless infancy as well as in the productive years of youth, in sickness as well as in health. Payment must equally be made in order to obtain the services of either class of men: the free workman receives his wages in money; the slave in education, in food, in care, and in clothing. The money which a master spends in the maintenance of his slaves goes gradually and in detail, so that it is scarcely perceived; the salary of the free workman is paid in a round sum and appears to enrich only him who receives it; but in the end the slave has cost more than the free servant, and his labor is less productive.
Alexis de Tocqueville, Democracy in America, Volume One, 1835
The slaves will own nothing because they’ll produce next to nothing. It’s doubtful they’ll be any happier with that state of affairs than slaves have been in the past.

Turning again to the historical record, the accomplishments of state science and industry are an almost undetectable molehill compared to the Everest of innovations and wealth flowing from free scientific inquiry and production. Picking through this meager molehill, one finds that many state “accomplishments” are merely new and improved ways to kill people.

Setting aside straight line projections, what’s actually coming is a history’s greatest trend change: total financial, economic, intellectual, and moral collapse. The staggering sum of global debt, unfunded liabilities, and derivatives is in the quadrillions, a double-digit multiple of global production. The numbers are so large and opaque that a more precise estimate for that multiple cannot be derived. Every asset and stream of income is already pledged as collateral—often several times—or will be de facto collateral as governments’ bankruptcies and rapacity mount; they’ll steal whatever they can get their hands on. What most of the world reckons as wealth is somebody’s debt or equity, so insolvency will quickly work its way through the daisy chain. So much for financialization.

Like financial and economic collapse, intellectual and moral collapse will center on governments. Billions of people indoctrinated in some version of statist dogma will look to governments as the solution for the government-created apocalypse. Courtier intellectuals, media lights, corporate shills, and other minions and toadies will be scurrying like cockroaches in a filthy kitchen when the lights are turned on. Their voluminous output of putrid, state worshipping dreck will have the same value as fiat debt and currencies.

Today’s “thought leaders” are circling the drain. They’re on the wrong side of history and they’ll take billions of devout believers in government omniscience and omnipotence with them. Fat cat crony collectivist corporations all the way down to those subsisting on some form of state-granted transfer payments will find the government teat withered and barren. The delusory notion that bankrupt governments can provide universal basic incomes will be treated with the universal derision it deserves.

Government has been collapsing under its own weight for decades. If one were to graph its overall strength, the U.S. government at the end of World War II was peak government—the U.S. empire was at its unchallenged economic, political, and military apex. Vietnam, Nixon’s abandonment of the gold standard, the fall of the USSR, the war on terror, the Patriot Act, and the Covid insanity would mark some of the downward inflection points since.

History will probably look back on the Biden camarilla’s fraudulent ascension to power as the final sharp break, the demarcation of the vertiginous crash. It’s hard to imagine that the institution that plays such a huge part in all our lives will simply be rubble amidst the chaos and ruins, but few people foresaw the end of the Soviet state either. Straight line projections don’t yield such predictions.

To those who rule and are trying to implement their global consolidation: This is your last chance to save your own skins. Nothing will stop the collapse, but you can at least abandon your nefarious project and its totalitarian blueprint. It’s your only chance to avoid the Sarlacc pit, and that’s a slim chance indeed. Collapse will focus your victims’ attention on their ruination and your responsibility for it. You’ll be lucky to escape their retribution. Your odious class has always hid your failures and tried to shift the blame, but that game is up.

As always happens after cataclysms, the survivors will rebuild. The human race is a hardy bunch. With previous equity, debt and its corresponding credit assets wiped out, and many real assets destroyed in the mayhem and chaos, there will be little capital to fund their efforts. Capital will be earned and rebuilt the old fashioned way—consumption less than production generating savings invested in enterprises whose returns compound the savings.

With governments either broke or wiped out, emergent groups in smaller geographic areas will have to look to their own resources for protection. On the other hand, they’ll be unencumbered by the confiscatory taxes, stifling laws and regulations, rampant corruption, Big Brother surveillance, perpetual violence, and general idiocy we now take for granted among governments.

There will be a decentralized multiplicity of new political arrangements and subdivisions, from chaotic black holes to well-ordered enclaves. The success of the latter will be due to the freedom they embrace, the individual rights they protect, and their ability to defend their enclaves. New industries, technologies, modes of commerce, and ways of life will emerge. This will be the true great reset, not the Klaus Schwab version, which only recycles failed concepts of centralized power and collective subjugation on a larger scale.

Brace for impact, the collapse is well underway and will soon hit its inflection point, if it hasn’t already. It will be a test of character unlike anything we’ve faced before. It was Jabba the Hut and his creepy cohorts—Planet Tatooine’s establishment—who were blown to smithereens and cast into the Sarlacc Pit. Our enemies’ greatest weakness: the arrogant stupidity of evil and the crumbling bulwark of lies behind which it hides. These are the allies of Samuel Adams’, “irate, tireless minority keen to set brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.” Our greatest weapon: the magnificently defiant human spirit that stands on the plank above the abyss and shouts: “Jabba, this is your last chance, free us or die!”

Biden Wanted To Spend $30 Billion On A Civilian Climate Corp In 'Build Back Better'

FRIDAY, JAN 21, 2022 - 05:40 PM
Authored by Adam Andrzejewski via RealClearPolicy.com,

On January 27, 2021, President Biden signed an Executive Order (EO) to combat climate change. The EO officially began research into the creation of a Civilian Climate Corps.

The Corps “shall aim to conserve and restore public lands and waters, bolster community resilience, increase reforestation, increase carbon sequestration in the agricultural sector, protect biodiversity, improve access to recreation, and address the changing climate.”

In 1933, Franklin D Roosevelt created a similar program called the Civilian Conservation Corps. They cut trails, built roads, and solidified infrastructure, and had about 500,000 annual members at its height.

The CCC lasted until 1942, built 100,000 miles of roads and trails, 318,000 dams, and tens of thousands of bridges, and employed over 3 million citizens over its lifetime. Since then, there have been various smaller decentralized programs like the Corps Network and AmeriCorps, all which received some federal funding, but nothing at the scale of the CCC. President Obama tried to expand AmeriCorps to 100,000 members, but ultimately failed, and its membership was about 75,000.

In Biden’s Build Back Better proposal, he calls for hiring 300,000 Americans at a cost of anywhere from $10 to $30 billion for his Climate Corps, at a cost of between $40,000 to $70,000 per member.

That’s low for some Congressional Democrats. Sen. Ed Markey and Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez have introduced the Civilian Climate Corps for Jobs and Justice Act, asking for $132 billion for a corps of 1.5 million members.

The CCC is currently in Biden’s Build Back Better proposal that passed the House of Representatives on November 19, 2021, and includes about $7 billion for staffing the CCC.

The bill stalled in the Senate after Sen. Joe Manchin announced he wouldn’t vote for it, but Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has vowed to call a vote on it again.

Why There Won't Be Another Shale Renaissance Thanks To ESG

FRIDAY, JAN 21, 2022 - 05:45 AM

This week, oil prices soared to a seven-year high as Goldman Sachs hiked its brent price target to $96 in 2022 and $105 in 2023.

The oil and gas industry revival comes nearly two years after the virus pandemic triggered one of the worst crashes ever in the industry. Now there's hope America's energy industry will enter a new age of optimism as higher prices could drive investments.

However, not so fast. It's unlikely a renaissance is coming to the shale patch for one straightforward reason: Wall Street's commitment to financing ESG projects will put a damper on emission-heavy projects.

Citigroup released a report earlier this week outlining its commitment to achieving net-zero emissions associated with its financing by 2050. To do this, the report said the bank's Energy and Power loan portfolio will aim to achieve an "absolute reduction" in emissions from companies across its energy loan portfolio of 29% by 2030. It expects financed emissions for the Power sector to be reduced by a 63% reduction in portfolio emissions intensity by the end of the decade. It stressed that clients who don't meet their targets would be dropped.
"We will need to actively engage with our clients across all relevant sectors to map out what decarbonization pathways look like for each industry. And in our efforts, we want to ensure we're supporting a responsible transition for all," the report said.
Other Wall Street banks have begun to request decarbonization roadmaps from their clients. If clients cannot provide one, their ability to raise capital will become much more challenging.

For oil and gas companies operating in the world's largest producing oilfield, the Permian Basin, a massive crude-bearing area that stretches from West Texas and eastern New Mexico, the ability to raise money is going to get harder as Wall Street's megabanks are fully committed to a "green new world."

The lack of funding could have significant implications for Permian output as dwindling investment capital could hinder future production. So far, Permian output has risen above 2019 levels. However, a new shale renaissance is not in the cards without proper funding

Wall Street's move to selectively fund deals based on carbon emissions will smother any chance of a shale renaissance.

Visualizing The Power Of The World's Supercomputers

FRIDAY, JAN 21, 2022 - 04:15 AM

A supercomputer is a machine that is built to handle billions, if not trillions of calculations at once. Each supercomputer is actually made up of many individual computers (known as nodes) that work together in parallel.

A common metric for measuring the performance of these machines is flops, or floating point operations per second.

In this visualization, Visual Capitalist's Marcus Lu uses November 2021 data from TOP500 to visualize the computing power of the world’s top five supercomputers. For added context, a number of modern consumer devices were included in the comparison.

Ranking by Teraflops
Because supercomputers can achieve over one quadrillion flops, and consumer devices are much less powerful, we’ve used teraflops as our comparison metric.

1 teraflop = 1,000,000,000,000 (1 trillion) flops.

Supercomputer Fugaku was completed in March 2021, and is officially the world’s most powerful supercomputer. It’s used for various applications, including weather simulations and innovative drug discovery.

Sunway Taihulight is officially China’s top supercomputer and fourth most powerful in the world. That said, some experts believe that the country is already operating two much more powerful systems, based on data from anonymous sources.

As you can see, the most advanced consumer devices do not come close to supercomputing power. For example, it would take the combined power of 4,000 Nvidia Titan RTX graphics cards (the most powerful consumer card available) to measure up to the Fugaku.

Upcoming Supercomputers
One of China’s unrevealed supercomputers is supposedly named Oceanlite, and is a successor to Sunway Taihulight. It’s believed to have reached 1.3 exaflops, or 1.3 quintillion flops. The following table makes it easier to follow all of these big numbers.

In the U.S., rival chipmakers AMD and Intel have both won contracts from the U.S. Department of Energy to build exascale supercomputers. On the AMD side, there’s Frontier and El Capitan, while on the Intel side, there’s Aurora.

Also involved in the EL Capitan project is Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), which claims the supercomputer will be able to reach 2 exaflops upon its completion in 2023. All of this power will be used to support several exciting endeavors:
  • Enable advanced simulation and modeling to support the U.S. nuclear stockpile and ensure its reliability and security.
  • Accelerate cancer drug discovery from six years to one year through a partnership with pharmaceutical company, GlaxoSmithKline
  • Understand the dynamic and mutations of RAS proteins that are linked to 30% of human cancers
Altogether, exascale computing represents the ability to conduct complex analysis in a matter of seconds, rather than hours. This could unlock an even faster pace of innovation.

World Economic Forum Davos Agenda Day 5

A Conversation with Janet L. Yellen, Secretary of the Treasury of the United States of America
Speakers: Janet L. Yellen, Klaus Schwab 34:04 min

5 things to know about what happened at The Davos Agenda
That's The Davos Agenda done. We've heard from leaders from government, business and civil society on topics from COVID-19 to trade, trust and climate change.
But if you missed it, here are 5 things you might like to takeaway.

Part 1

1. What we need to do to end the pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic underpinned many conversations this week and we heard from experts including Dr Anthony Fauci, Dr Mike Ryan and Professor Annelies Wilder-Smith.

The message? Vaccination and vaccine equity are the central pillars of ending the pandemic.

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VozXG5b1pEM
.39 min

But what comes next? Richard Hatchett's long-term view was that COVID-19 will begin the behave more like flu.

History tells us what this 'endemicity' might look like, explained Dr Fauci. However, Dr Ryan offered a sober reminder that 'endemic does not mean good.'

  • Global leaders have been looking at what 2022 might hold for the COVID-19 pandemic at The Davos Agenda.
  • Speakers addressed questions around vaccine equity, the impact on society and economics and whether it might become endemic.
  • Below are some of the key talking points.
We're heading towards the third year of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has disrupted lives and livelihoods across the planet and led to at least 5.5 million deaths around the world.

As the Omicron COVID-19 variant surges in many countries - and indeed saw the deferral of an in-person meeting in Davos - the pandemic has been front of mind for many at The Davos Agenda.

So, where is the virus headed? Here's what speakers from different sectors have said so far this week.
Have you read?

Tackling the COVID-19 pandemic
Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China, opened this week by reminding us of the work that's already been done.

"The international community has fought a tenacious battle," he said.

Endemic or pandemic?
The history of infectious diseases can tell us something about the next stages of the pandemic, Anthony Fauci, the Director of the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, explained.

Endemicity would mean 'a non-disruptive presence without elimination', he said. Similar to other cold-weather upper respiratory infections or parainfluenzas, he explained.
We're not going to eliminate this virus, he said.

View: https://youtu.be/obiA3kSHbN0

Richard Hatchett said his long-term view is that we should anticipate COVID-19 will behave more like flu.

"It will continue to circulate, it will be around, people will get sick and there will be continual evolution of the virus."

View: https://youtu.be/Ha9W8Nk8n_4
1:15 min

Mike Ryan, the Executive Director of the WHO's Health Emergencies Programme, struck a cautionary tone though in the Meeting the Challenge of Vaccine Equity session.

"We won't end the virus this year," he said. "We may never end the virus. Pandemic viruses end up becoming part of the ecosystem. What we can end is the public health emergency."

And, in terms of endemic versus pandemic, he was clear. "Endemic does not mean good," he said, citing the examples of endemic malaria or endemic HIV which kill 100,000s of people. "Endemic just means it's here forever."

"What we need to do is get to low-levels of disease incidence, with maximum vaccination of our populations, so nobody has to die." That's the end of the emergency, that's the end of the pandemic, he concluded.

COVID-19 vaccine coverage and equity
As Dr Ryan explained, COVID-19 vaccines are key to ending the public health emergency. But we must do better to distribute these equitably, he stressed.

View: https://youtu.be/VozXG5b1pEM
.39 min

"We need vaccine equity now," urged UN Secretary-General António Guterres on Monday. This will allow us to find a way out of the pandemic, he said.

If we fail, we'll "run out of letters in the Greek alphabet for new variants", Olaf Scholz, Federal Chancellor of Germany, warned.

And what of the vaccines themselves? The vaccines are holding up very well against Omicron, Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel said. And manufacturers are working on developing COVID-19 vaccines for the northern hemisphere autumn.

Moderna is working towards a single shot that would contain a booster for COVID-19 and for flu, he said.

Social and economic change

Beyond the health impact, the pandemic has also had significant economic and social impacts. So what next for jobs, for economies, for growth?

Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio looked towards the future of capitalism on Tuesday. He called for a new form of liberal democratic capitalism, balancing economic growth and distribution.

Inequalities in the labour market will need to be addressed, too, explained Jonas Prising, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ManpowerGroup.

And Svein Tore Holsether, President and Chief Executive Officer, Yara International ASA, told us that a move from shareholder to stakeholder capitalism isn't just needed, it's expected, he said.

And, sustainability and environmental concerns will remain paramount - particularly in light of COP26.

Our lifestyles and our throwaway culture have exacerbated the climate challenge, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Monday. It's essential we move towards a circular economy, he explained.

The next steps
The path is unlikely to be smooth though. Beyond the health challenges discussed above - vaccine equity, for example - hurdles need to be overcome in areas from trust to reform in global systems.

Sharan Burrow, General Secretary of the International Trade Union Confederation, explained more about the issue of trust.

Part 2 Davos Day 5

What Davos Agenda had to say about the global economy
Two clear trends shaping the future of the global economy have surfaced this week at The Davos Agenda.

Top of mind for many speakers was the economic recovery from COVID-19 and making sure it's inclusive and works for everyone.

And, linked, but distinct, are the forces shaping the way we do business - most notably sustainability.

The economic recovery from COVID-19

The economic damage caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has been significant. The pandemic has reversed gains in poverty reduction, hit incomes and seen global GDP slump - as this chart from the OECD shows.

1642845538256.png

And as Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China, said on Monday, it's disrupted progress on human development.

The recovery has been stronger than we expected, said Christine Lagarde, the President of the ECB, but warned about divergence.

.38 min

It was a sentiment echoed by Janet Yellen, Secretary of the Treasury of the United States of America.

View: https://youtu.be/EcDAYY0EJZM
1:16 min

So, what are the next steps in the global economic recovery from the pandemic?

Macro policy coordination is key to turning the world economy from crisis to recovery, President Xi said. "Major economies should see the world as one community," he said.

Indonesia will use its presidency of the G20 as a catalyst for the global economic recovery, President Joko Widodo said.

And the global community needs to work together to ensure the recovery is fast and equitable, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said.

It's vital to get the recovery right, agreed Nadia Calviño Santamaría, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Economy and Digitalization of Spain.

View: https://youtu.be/wyw-ynzmE7Y

And to do this, reform of the global financial system is needed, said UN Secretary-General António Guterres on Monday. "We're setting in stone a lopsided recovery," he warned.

Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio also called for change - a 'new form of capitalism' to revive the country's economy.

But, the economic recovery is dependent on containing the pandemic - in particular the vaccine rollout - explained Yemi Osinbajo, the Vice-President of Nigeria.

And the recovery is losing momentum, Kristalina Georgieva, the Managing Director of the IMF warned on Friday.

Better business
Tied to the economic recovery is the role of business - as President Joko Widodo made clear.

And for business leaders, the role of business in the economic recovery and, in particular, tackling climate change was clear.

There is a tendency to underestimate the risk of not changing when the world around you is changing, Anna Borg, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vattenfall, told the Accelerating and Scaling Up Climate Innovation session on Wednesday.

Putin’s Real Puppet – After Killing XL Pipeline, Biden Regime Imports Oil from Russia at Record Levels

By Joe Hoft
Published January 22, 2022 at 7:45am
Russian-Oil-Ship.jpg

As a result of his insane move to kill the Keystone XL pipeline, Biden is now importing a record amount of oil from Russia. We all knew this would happen. Really, why would Biden do this?

Energynow.com reports:

One year since President Joe Biden cancelled approval for the Keystone XL pipeline from Canada, and the United States’ thirst for oil is as strong as ever and rising.

U.S. oil imports from Saudi Arabia and Russia have increased, and gasoline prices are higher than they have been in the last five years.

“[Keystone XL] was a missed opportunity to increase North American energy security, lower costs for American consumers and reduce dependence on foreign energy sources that are hostile to U.S. interests,” says Frank Macchiarola, senior vice-president with the American Petroleum Institute…
…Renewable energy in the U.S. is growing, and demand for oil continues to surge.
Consumption in 2023 is expected to reach 17.2 million barrels per day, higher than before the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration.

Before President Biden’s cancellation in January 2021, Canadian oil producers remained committed to Keystone XL despite waiting nearly 12 years for the project to go ahead.

In 2018, a decade after the first regulatory application, Keystone XL had 20-year shipping commitments for about 60 per cent of its capacity. In 2020, that increased to nearly 70 per cent…

…The U.S. Gulf Coast is the world’s largest processing region for what is known as “heavy oil,” and Alberta is the world’s largest heavy oil producer.

“Keystone XL was probably one of the largest pipeline projects proposed that would have tied Canadian supply to the U.S. Gulf coast as a bullet train express,” says Kevin Birn, chief analyst, Canadian crude oil markets with consultancy IHS Markit…

…At peak construction, Keystone XL would have employed approximately 13,000 people in Canada and the U.S., including 2,800 in Alberta and Saskatchewan and 10,200 in Montana, South Dakota, and Nebraska.

Since cancelling the pipeline, President Biden has repeatedly asked OPEC+ nations like Saudi Arabia and Russia to increase oil production to help lower U.S. gasoline prices.

Meanwhile, a report published by the American Petroleum Institute shows that importing “heavy oil” from Canada’s oil sands has reduced costs for American consumers.
The US Energy Department and far-left Politifact agree on this one:
The most recent data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration shows that in May, the U.S. imported 844,000 barrels per day of crude oil and petroleum products from Russia. That’s almost 10% of all the U.S. imports for that month.

Historically speaking, this is a large amount, setting a new monthly record for Russian oil imports.
As a result of Biden’s energy policies, gasoline in the US is nearly twice as much as a year ago. Did Biden do this for money or blackmail? It looks like he is the real ‘Putin Puppet.’

Democrats called President Trump this, but then again, they always project their sins on others.

Dark Side Of Metaverse Exposed: Why Your Kids Need To Stay Away From VRChat

SATURDAY, JAN 22, 2022 - 08:45 AM

Parents who bought their children the Oculus Quest 2 for Christmas could be in for a surprise as there have been several instances of child grooming within one of the virtual reality headset's most popular chatroom services VRChat.

VRChat is an online virtual world platform where users get their first taste of the metaverse and use full-body avatars to conceal their identity. There have been instances of child abuse, harassment, racism, and pornography on the popular chatroom service.

One clip shared by the YouTuber "VSF Studios" shares several instances of a massive problem in VRChat: child exploitation and sexualization.

VSF Studios said VRChat is "not a place for children."

The first example that "really shook" the YouTuber was seeing an underaged girl in a 12yo's body dancing for a 40yo Japanese man. He said it was "disgusting, to say the least."

Maybe there's a dark side to the metaverse that needs to be discussed, and that is how easily it connects users to predators.

If You Liked Covid Censorship, You’ll Love The Latest “Climate Change” Censorship Push

Advance Democracy activist group “investigates entities undermining the global consensus on climate change”

Posted by Fuzzy Slippers Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 07:30pm 11 Comments

Climate-Change.jpg

Big Tech spent two years censoring much-needed debate about covid-related measures like lockdowns and masking; anyone who didn’t parrot the “approved science” was banned, shut down, locked out. Now that the CDC is saying the same thing the “disinformation spreaders” and wrongthinkers have been saying all along, it’s suddenly okay to question the efficacy of cloth masks, etc.

Climate alarmists apparently got thrills up their legs at the censorship potential for their pet cause and have been calling for information sharing and public debate to be censored just as aggressively as the truth was censored during the height of the pandemic fear porn onslaught.

The targets for this latest call for censorship are the usual suspects: Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter (Tik Tok is also included).

USA Today “reports” (archive link):
Climate change falsehoods, hoaxes and conspiracy theories are still prevalent on Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube despite pledges to crack down, a new report says.
Social media posts and videos denying climate change, disputing its causes, or underplaying its effects not only can still be found on these platforms, they are often missing warning labels or links to credible information, according to Advance Democracy, a research organization that studies misinformation.
Climate scientists say they’re frustrated by the lack of progress in stemming the tide of climate change misinformation. For years, they’ve urged social media companies to identify, flag and take down the misinformation and the accounts that spread it.

GREAT RESET – Federal Reserve Taking Next Step Towards Launching Digital Dollar

by Eric Thompsonabout 10 hours agoupdated about 10 hours ago

large-758x379.jpeg

For most of my adult life, globalists and futurists have promoted and envisioned the use of digital currencies and even microchip implants.

Though exciting for those who want to simplify their lives, some of the technology is alarming to Christians, those opposed to The Great Reset, and various anti-government groups.

On Thursday The Federal Reserve released its long-awaited study of a digital dollar, exploring the pros and cons of the much-debated issue and soliciting public comment.

Billed as “the first step in a public discussion between the Federal Reserve and *stakeholders about central bank digital currencies,” the 40-page paper shies away from any conclusions about a central bank digital currency, or CBDC. The report originally was expected in the summer of 2021 but had been delayed.

*Stakeholder owner is a globalist’s concept of moving Capitalism away from shareholders investing in corporations, expecting to receive a return on their money, to an attempt to ensure “equity” for everyone involved with the product or service, including the global family.

The report provides an exhaustive look at benefits such as speeding up the electronic payments system at a time when financial transactions around the world already are highly digitized.

Some of the downside issues the report discusses are financial stability risks and privacy protection while guarding against fraud and other illegal issues.

“We look forward to engaging with the public, elected representatives, and a broad range of stakeholders as we examine the positives and negatives of a central bank digital currency in the United States,” Federal Reserve Chair Jerome H. Powell said in a statement accompanying the report.

Top Fed officials appear divided on the matter as the privacy risks, via government ability to track the movement of the money between parties, is sure to cause a lot of public outcries.

Powell last year said the project would need to demonstrate “clear and tangible benefits that outweigh any costs and risks.”

Lael Brainard, a member of the central bank’s Board of Governors who was recently nominated by President Biden to become the Fed’s No. 2 official, has signaled more interest. She has framed the issue both as a competitive imperative for the U.S. internationally — China adopted its own central bank digital currency last year — and an opportunity to extend benefits to lower-income Americans who struggle to access the financial system.

Liberal advocates have focused on its potential to get cash quickly to Americans in financial straits who don’t have bank accounts, a need highlighted by the challenge the federal government faced distributing relief money during the pandemic.

A government-issued digital dollar could eventually lead to the end of private banks as it opens the door to the Fed offering banking services to consumers has drawn objections from the banking industry.

Commercial banks have raised alarms that the move could drain their deposits and destabilize financial markets. And while the Fed, in the Thursday paper, avoids firm conclusions about how it would proceed, it suggested it does not favor offering accounts directly to consumers.

“Such accounts would represent a significant expansion of the Federal Reserve’s role in the financial system and the economy,” according to the report. Instead, the central bank indicated it would favor letting private companies offer digital wallets that would let consumers hold and spend the currency.

The report comes amid an explosion in the market for stablecoins, cryptocurrencies whose prices are pegged to an external asset such as the dollar. The private companies issuing those tokens market them as a safer alternative to other, better-known cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin and Ether, that have experienced wild price gyrations.

Top regulators say stablecoin issuers lack adequate controls on the size and quality of their reserve holdings, inviting the risk of a sort of bank run if there’s a sudden demand for redemptions. A group of regulators led by the Treasury Department in November for imposing bank-like rules on stablecoin companies.

Powell has said a U.S. digital currency and stablecoins can coexist. The Fed’s report said a U.S. digital currency could “spur innovation by banks and other actors and would be a safer deposit substitute than many other products, including stablecoins and other types of nonbank money.”

The central bank also noted that it would not expect a Fed-backed digital currency to replace physical cash. “The Federal Reserve is committed to ensuring the continued safety and availability of cash,” the report said, adding the bank would view a digital currency “as a means to expand safe payment options, not to reduce or replace them.”

As the saying goes though, you can’t stop technology from advancing and the chip implants are here. A Russian doctor has injected microchip implants into his hands to make life easier.

The rise of microchipping: are we ready for technology to get under the skin?

To those who believe the chip is part of the global government’s control of the world, as warned in the Bible, the idea of allowing a mark of any sort for commerce is a nogo.

“And the second beast required all people small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their forehead so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark—the name of the beast or the number of its name.” Revelation 13:16-17)

With the winds of change behind everything going digital and with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service wanting to track all transactions in their pursuit for collecting trillions in new taxes for the bankrupt treasury, the odds of this progression from taking place in highly plausible.

11 things you can do to help stop the Great Reset

JANUARY 21, 2022

GLENN BECK AND JUSTIN HASKINS

The foundation of the American way of life is freedom from tyranny, which can only exist in a nation that defends the rights, powers, and property of individuals and families. Over the past two centuries, the greatest threats to liberty have come from governments, both foreign and domestic. And from the beaches of Normandy to the civil rights movement of the 1960s, Americans have repeatedly conquered the challenges placed before them by those seeking to extinguish or limit individual rights.

However, over the past few years, a new, potentially catastrophic danger has emerged, but not primarily from the halls of Congress or state capitols. This threat to freedom has largely emanated from the board rooms of the world’s wealthiest, most powerful corporations, large financial institutions, central banks, and international organizations such as the United Nations and World Economic Forum.

In an attempt to secure vast amounts of wealth and influence over society, corporate CEOs, bankers, and investors, working closely with key government officials, have launched a unified effort to impose environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards on most of the industrialized global economy. ESG standards are also referred to as “sustainable investment” or “stakeholder capitalism.” According to a report by KPMG, thousands of companies, located in more than 50 countries, already have ESG systems in place, including 82 percent of large companies in the United States.

ESG standards are designed to create a “great reset of capitalism” and to “revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions.” ESG supporters plan to enact these radical changes by using ESG schemes to alter how businesses and investments are evaluated, so that instead of focusing on the quality of goods and services, profits, and other traditional economic metrics, companies — including financial institutions — are evaluated largely on their commitment to social justice and environmental causes and then assigned scores so that companies can be compared, rewarded, or potentially punished.

Supporters of the movement for a Great Reset also plan on using technology to limit free speech and privacy rights, and they support creating vast new government programs that are designed to transform the Western economy via the Green New Deal, European Green Deal, a federal jobs guarantee, and basic income programs.

Together, the proposals that make up the Great Reset represent the most serious threat to freedom in the West since the fall of the Soviet Union and perhaps since World War II. But there is hope. We can stop the Great Reset, but only if we act quickly and with great conviction.

Below are 11 steps you can take to push back against the Great Reset. These steps represent a powerful bottom-up, grassroots approach to the Great Reset’s top-down plan to remake the world. Although many of these steps won’t be easy for everyone to take, they are essential for ensuring that our children and grandchildren will grow up in a world that protects the rights of individuals and empowers families, rather than wealthy special interests, financial institutions, and large corporations.

1. Live Not by Lies: The time for remaining quiet is over. When you hear or see something that you know to be false, speak up. Be kind, generous, and compassionate, but do not, under any circumstances, allow lies to infect your life. Further, do not support organizations, publications, politicians, schools, or any other institutions that regularly promote false claims.

2. Buy Local: The reason the Great Reset is so powerful is because so many of us have become totally dependent on large multinational corporations. They can be easily manipulated in a way that small, local businesses cannot. Learn to buy local, whenever possible, even if it means spending more money on your purchases. Yes, big corporations offer conveniences and low prices that many small businesses can’t compete with, but those benefits come with a great cost: your freedom.

3. Bank Local: Big financial institutions and banks are driving much of the Great Reset movement. They have started to use their incredible wealth and power to alter society by financing only those businesses who agree to the terms of the Great Reset. This problem is going to get worse, so it’s important to find local banks and credit unions you can trust and who refuse to utilize ESG scores and other discriminatory schemes.

4. Support Local Farms: If you live in an area that has local farms and farmer’s markets, consider buying as many of your groceries as possible from farmers. In the future, food production and distribution are going to change dramatically. It’s important that you support local farmers and build relationships with individuals who can provide you with the goods you need in a time of crisis. One of our main goals must be to make local communities as self-sufficient as possible, and that cannot happen unless we support local farms.

5. Be Vocal: After starting to shop and bank locally, be sure to tell big financial institutions and corporations why they have lost your business. They need to know that their decisions have serious consequences.

6. Run for Local Government: Local and state governments will soon be our most important defense against the Great Reset. Consider running for your local school board, zoning board, or even for a state legislative office. If you don’t feel qualified for these positions, find someone who shares your values and help them run for office. If we don’t have control of our local governments, we won’t be able to halt the Great Reset.

7. Demand That Your State Pass Laws Against ESG Scores: In America, states have a tremendous amount of power to slow the Great Reset and protect their citizens from abuses by large corporations, banks, and international institutions. They can do this by passing laws that make the use of ESG metrics and other, similar systems by financial institutions illegal, when used as a precondition for banking services, financing, investment, etc. ESG scores are, by definition, discriminatory and should be made illegal by state lawmakers who care about protecting their citizens’ rights.

8. Make Responsible Spending a Key Issue for Politicians: In recent years, politicians on the ideological left and right have totally abandoned responsible fiscal policy in favor of vast money printing and loose monetary policies. The many trillions of dollars that have been “printed” in recent years put our economy at risk and are being used to fuel the Great Reset. Without these trillions of dollars of printed money, it would be exceptionally difficult for governments and financial institutions to buy off corporations.

9. Organize Anti-Great Reset Groups: No matter where you live, there are Americans in your community who do not support the Great Reset — Republicans, Democrats, and independents alike. Find like-minded neighbors and organize a local, peaceful resistance. Find people you can trust and agree to support one another when times get tough. Now, more than ever, we need to develop dependable communities.

10. Buy Property and Diversify: Property ownership is going to become increasingly more difficult in the months and years to come. It’s important that you work with a qualified financial adviser to help you figure out the best way to buy property and diversify your investments. Buying hard assets, including real estate and precious metals, could be a good way for you to protect against the Great Reset and a possible financial collapse. If you already own property, resist selling it to large corporations and financial institutions, whenever possible. (This is not financial advice, and I’m not a financial adviser. Talk to an expert you trust before taking action!)

11. Make the Great Reset a Litmus Test for Politicians: Before supporting politicians, find out if they know what the Great Reset is and what they plan to do to stop it. If they aren’t familiar with the Great Reset or don’t have a plan to halt it, then demand that they learn about the Great Reset and develop a proposal to prevent it. Political leaders who refuse to take the Great Reset seriously do not deserve your support. This is the key issue of our generation.

"Human Augmentation – The Dawn of a New Paradigm"
A strategic implications project

The report: Human Augmentation – The Dawn of a New Paradigm. A strategic implications projectwas published jointly by the UK Ministry of Defense, and German Federal Ministry of Defense in 2021. Reading this document is frankly chilling as the the idea of using human augmentation for warfare is considered a fait accompli by the authors. That planning for human augmentation must start now.

We can assume that although this report is coming from the UK Ministry of Defense, and German Federal Ministry of Defense, parallel efforts are being made by most large governments around the world.

To begin this report highlights the important and benefits of human augmentation. From the report:
Human augmentation will become increasingly relevant, partly because it can directly enhance human capability and behavior and partly because it is the binding agent between people and machines. Future wars will be won, not by those with the most advanced technology, but by those who can most effectively integrate the unique capabilities of both people and machines. The importance of human-machine teaming is widely acknowledged but it has been viewed from a techno-centric perspective. Human augmentation is the missing part of this puzzle.
Of course, one of the first questions that must be asked when reading this report is what is human augmentation. An image from the report lists the technologies. The back of the report details these technologies in great detail:

The document goes on to write that the role of ethics and public perception in the use of human augmentation are not the deciding factors in developing human augmentation. The general consensus of the report is that human augmentation is critical for natural security for the future development of warfare. It will be the military industrial complex (national interests) the ultimately decides what is developed.
Feasibility assessment
We cannot wait for the ethics of human augmentation to be decided for us, we
must be part of the conversation now. The ethical implications are significant but not insurmountable; early and regular engagement will be essential to remain at the forefront of this field. Ethical perspectives on human augmentation will change and this could happen quickly. There may be a moral obligation to augment people, particularly in cases where it promotes well-being or protects us from novel threats. It could be argued that treatments involving novel vaccination processes and gene and cell therapies are examples of human augmentation already in the pipeline.
The need to use human augmentation may ultimately be dictated by national interest.
Countries may need to develop and use human augmentation or risk surrendering influence, prosperity and security to those who will. National regulations dictating the pace and scope of scientific research reflect societal views, particularly in democracies that are more sensitive to public opinion. The future of human augmentation should not, however, be decided by ethicists or public opinion, although both will be important voices; rather, governments will need to develop a clear policy position that maximises the use of human augmentation in support of prosperity, safety and security, without undermining our values.
The report goes on:
Human augmentation is our first insight of what lies beyond today’s Information

Age – the coming of the Biotech age.
The Biotech age will see focus on the human grow. No longer will it be adequate to regard people merely as the means to operate
the machine. The interdisciplinary nature of human augmentation will render our current Industrial Age model of Defense ineffective. Defense must consider how it reorganizes to meet a future that will demand a human-centric approach to warfare where the person is armed with the capabilities to integrate fully into a single platform.

Differences in national, cultural and legal approaches will lead to an uneven uptake
of human augmentation within international alliances. This will further complicate interoperability, integration and deconfliction. Overcoming these challenges will demand closer cooperation between allies. Alliances must therefore start work now to understand how and where to prepare for the use of human augmentation.
In reading this report, if it important to understand how military complexes around the world view the human augmentation model for warfare.
Human augmentation may lead to fundamentally new concepts of warfare. In the next 30 years, increasing use of autonomous and unmanned systems – from the tactical to strategic level – could significantly increase the combat effect that an individual can bring to bear, but to realize this potential the interfaces between people and machines will need to be significantly enhanced. Human augmentation will play an important part in enabling this interface and, if done effectively, it will significantly alter our force structure, equipment program and doctrine. It is important to realize that the more human augmentation is embedded into Defense planning and practice, the more likely it is to become a target itself for an adversary; thus, counter-human augmentation measures need to be considered in parallel with the adoption of human augmentation.

Human augmentation will play a key role in reducing the risk of cognitive overload as warfare becomes faster, more complex and more congested. Bioinformatics are likely to play a key role in identifying commanders and staff with the right cognitive and adaptive potential for command and control roles. Brain interfaces linked to machine learning algorithms have the potential to rapidly accelerate the speed and quality of decision-making.

Today’s rehabilitation tools: tomorrow’s enhancements – physical and mental rehabilitation may, in the near term, prove to be the front line of human augmentation in Defense. Advanced prosthetics to rehabilitate wounded personnel represent the cutting edge of robotics and the latest neurostimulation devices and pharmaceuticals have been used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder. Further development of these treatments will not only help to rehabilitate injured personnel, but they could also pave the way for future enhancements.
The report make the point that warfare models must conceptualize human beings as a platform “technology,” one that comprises physical, psychological and social performance. This is summarized in the following image:

Now read the caption from the report written below image at the top of the page, it states,
six million years of evolution to where we are today and now we have the tools in our hands to decide how our continued evolution should be shaped.”
It is important to understand that the development of human augmentation being presented goes beyond warfare, it suggests that humans will now control our own evolution via genetic engineering.

The arrogance and hubris in this point of view is enormous. That in one or two generations, the military industrial complex will pivot to controlling human evolution via genetic engineering and human augmentation is not only naive, ethically corrupt but fundamentally dangerous.
Another image from the report:

The report goes on to discusses the advantages of genetic engineering:

Another aspect of the report delves into personal information and the need to supersede such issues:
The key to developing effective human augmentation is an improved understanding of how both the body and technology work and how they work together. This will require access to, and analysis of, personal data: whether it is psychophysiological variables, collection of personal reference data, analysis of medical markers, or supervision of training routines. Only if these building blocks are put in place, will there be enough understanding to ensure that human augmentations can be made precisely and with certainty that the desired effect will be achieved. Only when (or if) this happens will the science of human augmentation arrive.
To end, this 110 page report is detailed and complex. It documents the ways humans can be augmented in great detail. I ask all of you to please read this report. Absorb this information and get ready for the coming battle.

We need to work to control and regulate the development of human augmentation now, before it truly is a fait accompli.

Consider The Possibility That This Is Already The Dystopia You Fear

SUNDAY, JAN 23, 2022 - 11:35 PM
Authored by Caitlin Johnstone via Medium.com,

Consider the possibility that the Orwellian dystopia you fear is already here and has been in place for many years, you just haven’t noticed because you’re still allowed to watch Netflix or buy a gun or say whatever you want to say within a small impotent online echo chamber.

Consider the possibility that the powerful are already getting everything they want from you, right now, exactly as things are, and that any suspicious action you see them taking isn’t them constructing a cage for you but them tightening the bolts on a cage that was quietly built around you some time ago.

Consider the possibility that while they’ve been training you to watch out for communism and microchips and overt totalitarianism, they’ve been covertly transforming us all into mindless gears in a machine constructed to serve their interests which challenges them in no way, shape or form.

Consider the possibility that tyrants have evolved an understanding that you can exert a lot more control over a population with mass-scale psychological manipulation than you can with overt force, and that they have been developing the science of that mass-scale psychological manipulation for over a century.

Consider the possibility that we’re like a woman who always feared winding up in a physically abusive relationship like the kind depicted on television, and then wound up in a psychologically abusive relationship where her very mind is bent to the will of her abuser in every way.

Consider the possibility that just like in a psychologically abusive relationship, we’re manipulated into believing things are fine and that we give our abuser everything he wants of our own free will and that any problems that arise come from us and not our abuser, and that we are so well-trained at this that we’ve even learned to gaslight ourselves.

Consider the possibility that governments forcefully seizing control of all media and transforming them into official state propaganda outlets would actually be far less efficient at mass brainwashing than our current system in which people believe they are getting accurate information from a free and honest press.

Consider the possibility that if the powerful were able to surgically implant microchips in our brains and control everything we think and do, what they’d make us think and do would not be significantly different from what the overwhelming majority of us already think and do.

Consider the possibility that the dystopia we’ve been worried about has already been ushered in, not from any of the directions we’ve been conditioned to anticipate, but through the simple fact that the human mind is far more hackable than we’ve been conditioned to believe.

Consider the possibility that while we’ve been trained to fear communist authoritarians taking over and forcing us to obey their will, capitalist authoritarians have had us marching to the exact drumbeat they desire for generations. And we only think this is freedom because we’ve been trained to think that.

Consider the possibility that you’ve been trained to believe freedom looks like being able to buy a gun which we all know you’ll never use against the powerful, or choose from 197 kinds of potato chip at the grocery store, when really that mindless consumption is just you turning the gears of your own prison.

Consider the possibility that real freedom isn’t being able to consume whatever advertisers have convinced you to consume, it’s being able to think with a mind that has not been molded by the powerful, to educate yourself in an information ecosystem that is not locked down by those who rule over you, and to speak the truth without having your speech stifled by oppressive dominators.

Consider the possibility that the only thing keeping us from creating heaven on earth is our inability to clearly see what’s going on in our world and thus strategize a truth-based path out of this mess, and that the powerful know this, and that that’s why they work so hard to keep us from seeing clearly.

Consider the possibility that the real obstacle to terrestrial harmony is not so much opposing ideologies as the fact that all attempts to see clearly what’s really going on in our world are being actively obstructed by propaganda, by Silicon Valley manipulation, and by government secrecy.

Consider the possibility that the bastards succeed not by overtly quashing dissent but by covertly quashing all will towards dissent, and that we succeed not by trying to ward off a dystopia that’s already here but by working to awaken the giant within our brothers and sisters from its propaganda-induced coma.

Consider the possibility that real freedom means all of humanity awakening from our dehumanizing role as brainwashed gear-turners for the capitalist machine and uncorking the wild unpredictable brilliance within us that our oppressors have worked so hard to keep bottled up.

Consider the possibility that there is so much more to us than we’ve been permitted to know, and that the only thing keeping us from achieving our true potential as a species at this point in history is a propaganda-induced misunderstanding of what is freedom and what is slavery.

New Energy Regulations Will Make Every Room In Your House More Expensive

SUNDAY, JAN 23, 2022 - 02:30 PM
Authored by Mike Shedlock via MishTalk.com,

The Biden administration moves to make appliances more expensive and less effective...

How to Make Every Room in Your House More Expensive
Ben Lieberman, a former staff member on House Energy and Commerce Committee, has an interesting Op-Ed in the Wall Street Journal on Biden's regulatory overreach.

Please consider a a Regulatory Burden for Every Room of Your House by Ben Lieberman. That is a copy-free link, not behind the WSJ paywall.
  • The Kitchen. The Trump administration took steps to fix the Energy Department’s efficiency standards for dishwashers that had the unintended consequence of increasing the time to clean a load of dishes from an hour or less in older models to well over two in new ones.
  • The Bathroom. In one of several agency measures that limit freedom of choice, the DOE has tightened water-use limits for certain types of showers. In addition, for those who prefer incandescent light bulbs surrounding their bathroom mirror (or anywhere else), the DOE is targeting these bulbs with energy-efficiency standards likely to boost their price to $7 each, leaving LEDs as the only viable option.
  • The Laundry Room. Washing machines have been hit with multiple rounds of energy and water-efficiency regulations that have compromised performance and even forced some owners to buy and use special products to eliminate the stink that accumulates in the new models. Compliant dryers, like the new dishwashers, take longer to do the job.
  • The Basement. Your next new furnace may be significantly more expensive, thanks to regulatory changes percolating through the Biden DOE bureaucracy. Furnaces are currently available in natural-gas or electric versions, but the DOE is all-in on the war against gas, which environmentalists hate because it’s a fossil fuel and thus a contributor to climate change.
  • Any Air-Conditioned Room. The Environmental Protection Agency, under authority granted by Congress in 2020, just rolled out tough new quotas on several refrigerants blamed as contributors to climate change. The price for the one used in most home air conditioners has already quadrupled, so don’t be surprised if your next repair bill is hundreds of dollars higher than you expected.
  • The Garage. Your car’s there. Need I say more?
  • The Kitchen Sink: Specifically, the DOE is reconsidering the method for testing compliance with water-use limits for faucets, and a change could result in tighter restrictions, with some currently available models declared illegal.
All-Out Assault On Common Sense
Biden makes the preposterous claim Build Back Better will not add to inflation.

The claim is absurd. A push to electrify everything cannot possibly do anything but make make things more expensive.

Since the bill will not pass as-is, Biden resorted to mandates.

"Free" college would make costs soar, and someone will have to pay that price.

Free college won't pass but Progressives seek $10,000 in student loan writeoffs by executive order.

Meanwhile, by executive order, Biden is hell bent on making every room in your house more expensive, even the kitchen sink.

Liars, Propagandists and The Great Reset

by Dr. Joseph Mercola

Fauci Collins

STORY AT-A-GLANCE
  • In January 2022, House Oversight Committee Republicans released National Institutes of Health emails that show Drs. Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins led the effort to bury the lab leak theory, even though the consensus in early February 2020 was that the virus likely leaked from the Wuhan lab
  • Fauci and Collins appear to have participated in the creation of a Nature Medicine article that denied the possibility of a lab leak in Wuhan, arguing instead for a natural origin of the virus
  • The Nature Medicine article is a glaring example of propaganda being promoted as science, and of science in turn being used for political aims
  • Behavioral scientist Simon Ruda, cofounder of the British Behavioral Insights Team, unofficially known as the “Nudge Unit,” confirms that the British government has been using propaganda tactics to scare the public into complying with COVID rules
  • Using behavioral science to manipulate people to achieve political goals is fundamentally anti-democratic
January 12, 2022, “Rising” cohost Ryan Grim reviewed the content of the National Institutes of Health emails released by the House Oversight Committee Republicans. According to Grim, the emails:
“… paint a damning picture of U.S. government officials wrestling with whether the novel coronavirus may have leaked out of a lab they were funding, deciding that it may very well have, and then actively suppressing those questions.”
What this latest cache of emails reveal is that February 1, 2020, Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), his boss, then-NIH director Dr. Francis Collins and at least 11 other scientists joined a conference call, during which they were told the SARS-CoV-2 virus might have leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China, and that it might have been genetically engineered.

What Was Said During the Secret Conference Call?
The next day, Dr. Jeremy Farrar, director of the Wellcome Trust, circulated a set of notes, summarizing the discussion. Mike Farzan, the scientist who discovered the SARS receptor, had reportedly stated that while the receptor binding domain (RBD) did not look engineered to him, he was bothered by the furin site.

According to Farrar’s note, Farzan “has a hard time explain[ing] that as an event outside the lab.” Farrar’s summary goes on to state that:
“… the likely explanation could be something as simple as passage SARS-live CoVs in tissue culture on human cell lines (under BSL-2) for an extended period of time, accidentally creating a virus that would be primed for rapid transmission between humans via gain of furin site (from tissue culture) and adoption to human ACE2 receptor via repeated passage …
So, I think it becomes a question of how do you put all this together, whether you believe in this series of coincidences, what you know of the lab in Wuhan, how much could be in nature — accidental release or natural event? I am 70:30 or 60:40.”
A note from professor and microbiologist Robert (Bob) Garry, Ph.D.,1 reads:
“Before I left the office for the ball, I aligned the nCoV with the 96% bat CoV sequenced at WIV. Except for the RBD the S proteins are essential identical at the amino acid level — well all but the perfect insertion of 12 nucleotides that adds [sic] the furin site.
S2 is over its whole length essentially identical. I really can’t think of a plausible natural scenario where you get from the bat virus or one very similar to it to nCoV where you insert exactly 4 amino acids 12 nucleotide [sic] that all have to be added at the exact same time to gain this function — that and you don’t change any other amino acids in S2?
I just can’t figure out how this gets accomplished in nature. Do the alignment of the spikes at the amino acid level — its [sic] stunning. Of course, in the lab it would be easy to generate the perfect 12 base insert that you wanted.
Another scenario is that the progenitor of nCoV was a bat virus with the perfect furin cleavage site generated over evolutionary times. In this scenario RaTG13 the WIV virus was generated by a perfect deletion of 12 nucleotides while essentially not changing any other S2 amino acid [sic]. Even more implausible IMO. That is the big if.”
Politics Overrode Scientific Consensus
So, in the earliest days of February 2020, the general consensus was that a WIV lab leak was a plausible scenario, and perhaps the most likely. However, politics rapidly entered the scene.

In a February 2, 2020, email, Collins stated that he was “coming around to the view that a natural origin is more likely,” and warned that “voices of conspiracy will quickly dominate” lest they convene a panel of experts to address the matter, and that such conspiracies could do “great potential harm to science and international harmony.”

Two days later, Fauci and Collins received a draft of the article, “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2,” later published in Nature Medicine.2 As noted by Grim, the actual draft is secret. All we have is an email reply from Fauci, in which he appears to flag or object to the inclusion of serial passage through humanized mice. Serial passaging is only briefly touched upon in the published article, which states:
“Furthermore, a hypothetical generation of SARS-CoV-2 by cell culture or animal passage would have required prior isolation of a progenitor virus with very high genetic similarity, which has not been described.
Subsequent generation of a polybasic cleavage site would have then required repeated passage in cell culture or animals with ACE2 receptors similar to those of humans, but such work has also not previously been described.”
If Fauci and Collins edited this article, “this is where they put the pressure of their pen the heaviest,” Grim says. Essentially, the issue of animal passage is raised, but then immediately dismissed.

Overall, the Nature Medicine article roundly dismissed the idea that the virus originated in a lab, proposing instead that, despite a dearth of evidence, it must have evolved naturally. The article didn’t stem the flow of questions, though. In a mid-April 2020 email to Fauci, Collins decried the continuation of the lab leak theory:
“Wondering if there is something NIH can do to help put down this very destructive conspiracy, with what seems to be growing momentum … I hoped the Nature Medicine article on the genomic sequence of SARS-CoV-2 would settle this. But probably didn’t get much visibility. Anything more we can do? Ask the National Academy to weigh in?”
Fauci replied, “I would not do anything about this right now. It is a shiny object that will go away in times [sic].” He was wrong, of course, and the reason questions didn’t go away was because emerging evidence kept strengthening the lab leak theory, while there is nothing with which to support natural evolution.

The COVID Propaganda Wars
The Nature Medicine article is a glaring example of propaganda being promoted as science, and of science in turn being used for political aims. There’s really nothing scientific about dismissing a valid origin hypothesis in order to maintain “international harmony.”

Of course, the entire COVID pandemic has been plagued by propaganda.

Behavioral scientist Simon Ruda, cofounder of the British Behavioral Insights Team, unofficially known as the “Nudge Unit,” confirms that the British government has been using propaganda tactics to scare the public into complying with COVID rules.
Nudging made subtle state influence palatable, but mixed with a state of emergency, have we inadvertently sanctioned state propaganda? ~ Simon Ruda
According to Ruda, fear tactics such as an overemphasis on flawed models were initially deployed to secure compliance during the first lockdown. However, it then never ended. “That fear seems to have subsequently driven policy decisions in a worrying feed-back loop,” he wrote in a January 13, 2022, Unherd article.3

He goes on to state:
“I remain a supporter of the use of behavioral science in public policy, and of the Behavioral Insights Team, more commonly known as the Nudge Unit. However, witnessing how the UK and other governments have responded to the pandemic, I can now appreciate the vulnerabilities of well-intentioned, democratic regimes, and the potential for behavioral science to be used inappropriately …
In 2010, the Nudge Unit was the first and only government unit dedicated to behavioral science in public policy. By 2021, there were over 400 globally …
We advocated two new dimensions to policy making: behavior-focused models describing what drives human decision making; and the priority of empirical research over all other sources of information.
I believe this contribution has — and can — continue to serve governments well. But it must be used appropriately. For me, it means seeing the bigger picture: recognizing what you can and can’t measure, and seeing the potential for unintended consequences …
nvoking different emotions to convince people to stay at home during the pandemic4 is less appropriate. It could have negative consequences that are missed in the typical RCT evaluation.

This is because metrics will focus on proxies for behavior, but they probably can’t capture the potential longer-term effects of these campaigns beyond what is immediately measurable — such as worse inter-societal relations and reduced trust in institutions, the consequences of which could be significant …
In my mind, the most egregious and far-reaching mistake made in responding to the pandemic has been the level of fear willingly conveyed on the public …
Though I don’t think it’s fair to blame behavioral scientists for propagating fear (I suspect that this was more to do with Government communicators and the incentives of news broadcasters), it may be worth reflecting on where we need to draw the line between the choice-maximizing nudges of libertarian paternalism, and the creeping acceptance among policy makers that the state should use its heft to influence our lives without the accountability of legislative and parliamentary scrutiny.
Nudging made subtle state influence palatable, but mixed with a state of emergency, have we inadvertently sanctioned state propaganda?”
As noted by Ruda, it’s become quite clear over the past two years that we cannot rely on science or data alone in a pandemic. We also need “reflection, reason and debate … multidisciplinary teams” and “a strong culture of intellectual humility and designed-in cognitive diversity.”

Part 2 of 2

Behavioral Science Has No Place in a Democracy
In his piece, Ruda acknowledges some of the criticism the Nudge Unit has received since its inception in 2010. But while Ruda still believes there’s a place for behavioral science in government, others say no way. In a January 14, 2022, Spiked article,5 Professor Emeritus of sociology Frank Furedi insists that “government’s use of behavioral science violates our freedom to judge and act for ourselves.”

“Ruda’s admission is … striking,” Furedi writes, adding that Ruda “even expressed concern about the state’s willingness ‘to use its heft to influence our lives without the accountability of legislative and parliamentary scrutiny.’”

Furedi goes on to cite a March 2020 paper by the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Behavior Advisory Committee, written on behalf of the U.K. government’s Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE), in which they stated that the people were “too relaxed about the pandemic.” Furedi writes:6
“‘A substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened,’ it stated, adding that too many ‘are reassured by the low death rate in their demographic group.’
It then urged the government to increase ‘the perceived level of personal threat… among those who are complacent, using hard-hitting emotional messaging.’ Some members of SAGE have since reported feeling ’embarrassed’ by the nature of SPI-B’s advice. As one regular SAGE attendee put it last year:
‘The British people have been subjected to an unevaluated psychological experiment without being told that is what’s happening.’
It is to be welcomed that at least some behavioral scientists are now questioning the political use of their discipline. But the problem goes deeper than fear-mongering during the pandemic. We need to address the corrosive influence of behavioral science on public life in general.”
Furedi stresses that the principal problem with “nudging” is that this kind of behavioral science is “fundamentally anti-democratic.” It’s based on the assumption that people “cannot be trusted to make rational choices,” and therefore must be subject to management by bureaucrats.
“They treat people’s emotional lives, lifestyles and relationships as legitimate objects of policymaking and professional intervention,” Furedi writes, adding that “This politics of behavior has given rise to a new form of technocratic governance.”
Indeed, over the past two years, subliminal psychological manipulation has near-universally replaced debate and discussion. The problem is that you cannot have a democracy without open debate. What we have now is, in fact, a technocratic form of governance, whether people realize it or not, and unless we pull the plug, there soon won’t be such a thing as democracy anywhere in the world.

‘Nudging’ Is Fundamentally Anti-Democratic
“When Britain’s then deputy prime minister, Nick Clegg, casually remarked in 2010 that the Nudge Unit could change the way citizens think, he spoke like a totalitarian ruler. Since when was it within a democratic government’s mandate to try to manipulate and change its citizens’ thoughts?” Furedi asks.

He points to a report called “Mindspace: Influencing Behavior Through Public Policy,”7 written by the U.K. Cabinet Office and the Institute for Government and published in 2010, in which they reveal and basically admit that the use of behavioral psychology in policymaking “deprives people of the power to democratically determine their future,” Furedi says.

The report actually presents this kind of government activity as a form of “surrogate willpower,” which on its face shows that individual freedom is not honored or even taken seriously. Instead, government is actively trying to make our decisions for us, in large part by indoctrinating us with certain “values” and ideas that we might not naturally share or agree with.

At the end of the day, whether behavioral psychologists get things “right” or “wrong,” they are violating people’s freedom to make their own decisions all the same, and as noted by Furedi:8
“This threatens the very pre-condition for a flourishing, democratic public life — namely, the existence of morally autonomous individuals. After all, it is only through the making of choices that people develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and for others in society.
As our experience of the pandemic shows, we need to respect the common sense of citizens and allow them to make choices in line with their circumstances … Our minds must be a no-go area for these self-appointed high priests of the soul.”
Weaponizing Behavioral Science
The danger of behavioral science is also in full display when we look at how it’s being weaponized against the very public it claims to serve. It started with people who refused to buy into the propaganda being labeled as “anti-science conspiracy theorists” and “anti-vaxxers.” Now, those same people are being labeled as terrorists and targeted by national security agencies.

“Concern for U.K. Security as Anti-Vaxxer Groups Evolve Toward U.S.-Style Militias,” a headline in The Guardian9 declared in mid-January 2022. “Counter-terrorism officials are monitoring movement amid military-style training and lurch towards violent extremism.” According to this report, such individuals might “undermine national health security.”

In other words, “health” itself has now been weaponized. The national vaccination program equates to “national security,” and sharing information that might cause vaccine hesitancy equates to an act of domestic terrorism. It’s ridiculous, of course, but that doesn’t make it any less serious.

The Davos Agenda

Between January 17 and 21, 2022, the World Economic Forum hosted its annual meeting in Davos, where the top technocrats in the world meet to hatch and share the next steps in the technocratic takeover of the world.

WEF founder Klaus Schwab opened the Forum’s virtual Davos agenda by introducing Chinese dictator Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party since 2012 and president of the People’s Republic of China since 2013.

Schwab’s short introduction makes it clear that this dictatorship is being looked to for inspiration and leadership as The Great Reset moves forward. Perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised that Fauci and Collins were more concerned about “international harmony” than getting to the bottom of where SARS-CoV-2 came from.

Using the Chinese model of behavior modification and social engineering through technological surveillance and coercion, the WEF and its global allies aim to:
  • Continue the building of a global biosecurity state in the name of fighting the COVID pandemic
  • “Revitalize the global economy and accelerate its transition to net zero”
  • “Preserve biodiversity by deploying nature-based solutions”
  • “Narrow the gap between the rich and the poor to achieve more sustainable global development”
Anyone familiar with technocracy will recognize what a pile of manure this is.

Without understanding what these goals entail, they might sound good, but in reality, this agenda is a call to war against humanity as we know it.

Social Credit Score, The New Divisive Tool

by Ray Cardello
January 23, 2022

credit score, social credit score, New Hampshire, Republican, Democrat, Mike Lindell,

Concord, NH — As if we were not already a critically divisive society, banks, lenders, schools, and employers are now using a Social Credit Score to rate your worthiness for loans, mortgages, enrollment, and employment. To make the explanation simple, these tests measure your wokeness.

A Credit Score is an objective appraisal. You are assigned a score based on your ability to secure credit, manage your credit ratio, and repay your debts. That score is blind to your color, sex, ethnicity, education. It is purely about your creditworthiness. A Social Credit Score is subjective and is a method of discrimination. It is wrong, and it needs to be eliminated.

An example of the use of a Social Credit Score surfaced this past week when two of the central banks that worked with Mike Lindell of My Pillow severed their relationship with the Minnesota-based company. This decision was not based on any financial measuring sticks but on the perception that doing business with My Pillow was damaging their brand.

They were casting Mike Lindell and his company aside because of Mike’s outspoken political leanings. They made a social judgment of Lindell and his company, which did not fit their own. Mike Lindell has shown he is one rugged individual and has weathered many storms. This latest is unnecessary, and he will persevere because the right is on his side.

China has been using a form of Social Testing for some time. All Chinese citizens start with the same score and lose points for different social behaviors designated by the Chinese government. A person’s score determines their spot in the community. The fact that a government like China uses this method of ranking people should say all you need to know. Like Covid, China has sent this tool to America.

Some recognize the dangers of a Social Credit Score and are taking steps to stop its implementation. Here in New Hampshire, our state legislature is leading the way to legally prohibit the use of Social Scoring in bank and business decisions. J.D. Bernardy, a member of the NH House, recently discussed with Glenn Beck the purpose of HB1469.

NH House Bill 1469 will prevent banks and financial institutions from discriminating against people and businesses based on ESG scores. This bill will make it illegal to judge a person by their political party, membership in social organizations, social media posts, union affiliation, or any other subjective Environmental, Social, or Governance statistic. There will be significant fines and possible criminal charges levied on any bank or business found guilty of using such ESG or Social Scoring criteria.

This proposal by Bernardy, supported by other members of the NH House, deserves our applause and support. Though New Hampshire is represented by four Democrat members of Congress in Washington, we have a Republican-controlled state government. Since we cannot count on our Federal government to protect our rights, we look to our state government to carry the burden.

Our New Hampshire elected officials are coming through for us. This is not unnoticed and is why we feel confident that our two Representatives and Senator will probably be replaced in November with Republicans. The Blue Experiment that has lasted for four decades in the Granite State is coming to an end. It has proven not to work, and Granite Staters are ready to take back control of their government and education system.

Crumbling Narratives Leave the Ruling Class with Everything to Fear

by J.B. Shurk
January 23, 2022

Reset

Here’s what our COVID-1984 authoritarians want: they seek to use pandemics, wars, uncontrolled immigration, doomsday climate predictions, and “woke” cultural Marxism to keep people in a constant state of fear, divided among themselves, and willing to hand over their freedoms for evaporative promises of protection. “Protection” in this racket means survival but not life, equity but not fairness, financial handouts but not prosperity, and politically correct narratives but no truth.

This last point deserves emphasis. The powers that be — the central bankers, global financial elites, corporate propagandists, and political aristocrats — have given up on any notion of truth. They neither pursue it objectively nor desire to discover it for philosophical or spiritual elevation. Truth, to them, is too dangerous because it cannot be controlled by men with power. So they murdered it and molded a monster out of clay they affectionately call their narrative. Then, having no respect for the dead or remorse for their deed, they chose to disguise their monstrous narratives with masks made from truth’s likeness.

Science is venerated as the apotheosis of objectivity, even as those with power dictate what official science can say, expunging dissenting scientific opinions from the public domain by either starving grant-dependent scientists into submission or outright censoring their work. Like a tribe of Paleolithic hunter-gatherers dancing around a fire and praying to the moon, the powers that be pretend to be obedient and humble disciples of science’s objective purity by chanting together, “We must follow the science wherever it goes.”

In practice, however, they know exactly where the science will go because they are the ones paying for it to dance to the beat they alone provide. If science is controlled by a global oligarchy using it for personal wealth and power, then “trust the science” really means “trust the authoritarians.” It really is that simple.

With neither truth nor the objective pursuit of science playing any part in their scheming, the political and financial 1% of the 1% are beholden to no one and nothing — not to God, reason, rationality, logic, or principle — leaving them to become their own highest powers entitled to create and destroy the world as they see fit.

We do not have to wait for the rollout of augmented and virtual realities being created by technocrats to further enslave the masses to understand that the “elites” who have controlled our reality since WWII play deadly games all the time — against each other, among nation-states, among whole continents, but most importantly between themselves and everybody else on planet Earth.

Can Russia hawks start a war in Europe over Ukraine? Can the ruling Uniparty in America effectively flood the United States with so much unlawful immigration and unchecked voter fraud that the voices of individual Americans become drowned out? Can the “free-traders” continue three decades of middle-class wealth destruction and blue-collar job offshoring by further selling to the destitute the wondrous benefits of their snake oil made from cheap Chinese imports and middle-American poverty? What’s at stake?

Oh, only lives — those of soldiers who will be tasked to fight wars abroad triggered for the wrong reasons; those of innocent civilians who become collateral damage to an illegal U.S. policy that has aided and abetted the exponential rise of narco-terrorism, sex trafficking, and other society-killing crimes flowing effortlessly across an unprotected southern border; and, of course, those of entire generations of lost Americans, whose happiness and stability were sacrificed for the swelling stock portfolios of globalist “free-traders,” as well as the crumbling towns across America those generations still call home today.

What are lives, though, to a ruling class that celebrates the narrative and wears truth as Buffalo Bill would a skin suit? For them, it’s all just a game. For the people who have fallen victim to these über-1% games, however, it has all become quite personal.

I think it is no exaggeration to say that a growing number of people in America, the West, and around the globe, generally, are looking around at what the “elite” have wrought these last seventy-five years and do not like what they see. The distinction between “free” and “controlled” countries is disappearing as governments expand their powers at the expense of individual rights and liberties.

Regulation, central banking, and crony capitalism have worked together to concentrate wealth into the hands of ever fewer people and companies while preventing the unadulterated operation of truly free markets. National histories and cultures are being destroyed so globalists can reorder the world according to a “Great Reset” that gives them absolute power and total control. And political “leaders” are all parroting the same “build back better” nonsense when what they mean to build back is a planet where the 1% of the 1% can tighten its grip around everyone else.

If any of their members espoused truth instead of narrative, they would admit that they are building a great machine, whereby all of humanity except for the “elite” can be treated as nothing more than 1s and 0s; inputs and outputs; expendable, exchangeable, nameless, and meaningless resources, widgets, or cogs.

This much is clear: government debt and central bank money-printing cannot continue much longer. System breakdown, triggered by runaway inflation, the implosion of asset values, or the death knell for fiat currency, means that a political and social construct built by “elites” for their own wealth, power, and amusement will spiral wildly beyond their control. Revolutions begin this way.

Entire epochs in human history begin this way. New ideas, paradigms, and civilizations arise as the old ones corrode, cavitate, and collapse.

I have no sympathy for the 1% of the 1% or the numerous lies they tell daily in order to build back a totalitarian system that enfeebles us while deifying them, but I will say this: if you were part of such a small part of the world’s population, and you understood that drastic social change lay just ahead, perhaps you, too, would do everything you could to shackle the 99.99% with the chains of division, economic subsistence, rolling pandemics of fear, and bio-digital enslavement before the many awaken to the reality that the few long ago swapped truth for nothing more than control.

I think Patrick Rothfuss got it right when he warned, “There are three things all wise men fear: the sea in storm, a night with no moon, and the anger of a gentle man.” What happens as more and more people discover that all of the elites’ dancing under the light of the moon these last few decades has really been about worshiping narratives for control and nothing more? What happens when that light, like all their other “noble lies,” dies out?

I think then we will experience what comes when all three great fears are unleashed at once — a monumental storm washing away “elite” corruption and power, the rage of long quiet and civilized men, and a period of unavoidable darkness that must exist before the next new moon can rise. Considering how afraid the ruling class seems to be of losing power over the world, somebody with a little wisdom has surely been whispering in their ears about the future.

One certainty is now irrefutable: far from being at the end of history, we are witnessing what can only be described as the beginning of history’s next chapter.

Critics agree globalist plan to reinvent capitalism is not a secret

As awareness of the globalist "Great Reset" agenda grows, the worldwide news wire Reuters has decided to publish "fact checks" to dismiss concerns about a secret plot to increasingly shift sovereignty from nation states to global entities and "reset capitalism."

It turns out that any Reuters "fact check" must take into account the fact that the news wire has an official partnership with the purveyors of the "Great Reset," the World Economic Forum.

WEF is known for hosting the prestigious Davos conference in Switzerland, featuring the world's most powerful figures in business, finance and politics.

klaus-schwab-world-economic-forum-wef-davos-300x151.jpg

In January 2021, Reuters announced "a partnership with the World Economic Forum for exclusive content distribution unit’s award-winning digital content marketplace, Reuters Connect."

A Reuters fact check in December missed the core concern about the "Great Reset" when it pointed out that it is not a secret plot. Its critics, in fact, agree that it's an open plot to "reset capitalism," with its own web page.

The fact check focused on invitations for Dutch politicians to the WEF virtual summit that was held this past week.

Reuters said the invitations "have been misrepresented online to claim they are 'leaked' letters and evidence of secret collusion between the Swiss organization and the Dutch government to push 'The Great Reset,' a proposed economic plan at the centre of widespread conspiracy theories."

Earlier this week, another Reuters fact check addressed an hour-long documentary that suggests "world leaders and society’s elite are working together to create a world with 'harsh tyrannical rules governed by a centralised totalitarian state.'"

Reuters describes the Great Reset initiative benignly as "a sustainability plan proposed by the World Economic Forum."

However, WEF founder and Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab made it clear in June 2020 that the COVID-19 pandemic should be exploited as an opportunity to advance the globalist agenda promoted by his Davos conferences, which have pushed for numerous proposals, such as a worldwide carbon tax, to redistribute wealth and shift sovereignty from nation states to global entities. Schwab wrote that "the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions" and bring about a "'Great Reset' of capitalism."

Schwab has given a prominent place in recent Davos events to Chinese Communist Party leader Xi Jinping, having Xi lead off the conference one year ago and again this week. In his introduction of Xi on Monday, Schwab said the world "must narrow the gap between the rich and the poor to achieve more sustainable global development."

As WND reported, kicking off WEF's Great Reset initiative in January 2021, Schwab commended China for its "many initiatives" undertaken "in the spirit of creating a world where all actors assume a responsible and responsive role."

"Mr. President, I believe this is the time to reset our policies and to work jointly for a peaceful and prosperous world," Schwab said to Xi.

'Capitalism as we have known it is dead'
At the 2021 Davos meeting, a Fortune 500 CEO affirmed WEF's assertion that "capitalism as we have known it is dead."

Marc Benoiff, the CEO of Salesforce, which is regarded as a pioneer of cloud computing, said the "obsession" with "maximizing profits for shareholders alone has led to incredible inequality and a planetary emergency."

WEF and its allies advocate "stakeholder capitalism," meaning that rather than pursuing profits, companies would "pursue the wellbeing of all people and the entire planet."

Ahead of the January meeting, Schwab published an op-ed about the need for a "Davos Manifesto" for "a better kind of capitalism."

"Business leaders now have an incredible opportunity. By giving stakeholder capitalism concrete meaning, they can move beyond their legal obligations and uphold their duty to society," the WEF founder wrote. "They can bring the world closer to achieving shared goals, such as those outlined in the Paris climate agreement and the United Nations Sustainable Development Agenda. If they really want to leave their mark on the world, there is no alternative."

After the November 2020 election, WND reported, former Secretary of State John Kerry and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said in a WEF panel that a Joe Biden presidency would help propel the "Great Reset" plan.

"The notion of a reset is more important than ever before," Kerry said. "I personally believe ... we're at the dawn of an extremely exciting time."

Kerry, who has since been appointed Biden's climate czar, said the rejoining of the Paris Climate Accord by Biden would help drive the "Great Reset." But rejoining Paris is "not enough," Kerry said.

"The Biden administration will focus on every sector of the American economy," he said. "There will be a 2035 goal to achieve net neutrality with respect to power and production.

Kerry said the U.S. is "ready to come back in and help to lead and raise the ambition in Glasgow to accelerate this incredible capacity for a transformation in the private sector."

Last June, the White House published a statement announcing Biden was set to meet with G7 leaders "to discuss ways to forge a more fair, sustainable, and inclusive global economy that meets the unique challenges of our time." Among the White House initiatives toward that end is pushing for a "global minimum tax" on multinational corporations of at least 15%.

Something has to be done about the hollowed out currency. We need to repeal the Act that made depositors' money, the bank's. We have to eliminate the FED and have the Treasury issue a new "sound money" dollar. We need to avoid a pure digital currency, chuck the new ESG wokeness scoring, clean up the stock market so that there is real price discovery, lift MainStream, reduce the regulatory burden and wean ourselves off the Chinese tit with incentives and tariffs - working on building local supply chains instead.

Lots of systems need re-alignment back to the original intent of the Constitution - with a re-imagining of the Executive Order, regulatory freedom of the bureaucracy, terms of office, "tax and spend" power of Congress and grossly expanded "Commerce Clause."

We really will have to look at the War Powers. Biden is about to take us into a war that few, if any outside the military-industrial complex, want.

The Metaverse Will Be A Cesspool Of Perversion
By Joe Allen/Singularity Weekly
January 24, 2022

Swimming in the deluge of propaganda, one might think that virtual reality is just a cool environment to play games or hold office meetings. Advertisements show sleek wonderlands and smiling cartoons discussing profits in space. But this conceals the sordid depths of what the Metaverse will produce—a playground for demented desires, from sadism to pedophilia.

A recent YouTube video spotlights an unsettling scenario unfolding in virtual space—the avatar of a scantily clad prepubescent girl dancing on a strip club stage. She grinds on a yellow Pokemon-like cartoon, allegedly animated by a 40 year-old man. Other avatars present, apparently embodied by human beings with some decency, can be heard barking protest and condemnation of the perverse scene.

1643072391879.png
(link previously given in post 1,578)

The YouTuber goes on to explain that this sort of thing is already quite common in the emerging Metaverse. Much like the Internet in its early days, or the printing press before it, the dark side of virtual reality allows the nastiest fantasies to come to life. Due to the anonymity inherent in virtual environments, the Metaverse provides a “safe space” for deviant behavior.

ZeroHedge was right to warn, “Parents who bought their children the Oculus Quest 2 for Christmas could be in for a surprise as there have been several instances of child grooming within one of the virtual reality headset’s most popular chatroom services VRChat.”

As VR technology becomes more sophisticated and its use adopted more widely, this shadow realm will fill with everything from sexual abuse to ritual murder.

Libertarians might argue that anything that occurs in virtual reality has no consequence, but this is nonsense. Behind these virtual fantasies are real people who are cultivating the darkest elements of their souls. The outward consequences aren’t obvious—at first—but inwardly these people will rot. When they return to the wider world, they’ll take these depraved images with them.

Plato held up three Forms as essential—the True, the Beautiful, and the Good. In virtual reality, it’s possible to convey certain simulated truths, up close, such as distant planets, intricate machinery, or microscopic protein structures. Most of the rest will be cartoonish fantasy, but even in this aspect, VR will see the true nature of the human mind unfold.

Many of the fantasies conveyed in virtual reality will be profoundly ugly—games with post-apocalyptic landscapes, rotting zombies, unrelenting virtual warfare, horrific sexual sadism. But where artistic talent converges, there will also be beauty. It will be simulated beauty, accessible only through goggles and earphones, but it will be beautiful nonetheless—just as a shadow play on a cave wall captures the outlines of the human form.

What will not be present in the Metaverse, in any meaningful way, is the Good. How can real charity, real altruism, unfold in a simulated environment? How can there be real forgiveness or reconciliation

This Is The Epitome Of What's Wrong In The World Right Now

MONDAY, JAN 24, 2022 - 05:55 PM
Authored by Marty Bent via TFTC.io,
"At Davos a few years ago the Edleman survey showed us that the good news is the elite across the world trust each other more and more so we can come together and design and do beautiful things together. The bad news is that in every single country they were polling, the majority of people trusted their elite less. So... we can lead but [cut off]."
Ngaire Woods, professor of "Global Economic Governance" at the University of Oxford, had this to say at a recent gathering of the ghouls held by the World Economic Forum - a forum that no one asked for, yet seems to have an incredible amount of influence over popular coordinated political policy around the world.

WEF is responsible for the term "Build Back Better" that you've probably heard from one or many of your local politicians over the last year. Here in the ole US of A, those in power actually attempted to pass a "Build Back Better" act. Taking the phrase that is being parroted ad nauseam by collectivists and anti-human zealots who care not one bit about making the world better, but pretending like they do so that they can institute laws across the world that give them more control over the "non-elites" who seem to be catching on to the grift.

This is the epitome of what is wrong in the world right now. There is a class of people who consider themselves "elite" and also believe that this self-ordained status title gives them free reign to make decisions for the "non-elites".

Their top-down decision making in the areas of monetary policy, food production, energy policy, healthcare, and transportation, among other areas, has led to complete mayhem across the world. They are the reason for rampant inflation, an utterly unhealthy society, less reliable grids and higher energy prices, a medical industry that pushes addictive poison and untested vaccines on people, and the completely ineffective and dehumanizing TSA. They pushed all of this on the world, congratulated themselves for it, and are now perplexed as to why the "non-elites" are growing restless as the results of the policies that have been thrust upon them have made their lives materially worse off.

**** these people. They are the enemies of peace, prosperity, and liberty in our modern age. They are the roadblock that must be demolished so that us normal people can go about our lives in a more civilized fashion. These WEF reps absolutely hate you. They believe that you are lesser beings than they are. And worse yet, they think they have complete control over everything. Which, to their credit, they seem to have at the moment. But make no mistake, the tides are turning and the ghouls are about to get their comeuppance.

Most of the power they yield stems from the influence they are able to brute force on the world because of their ability to print money ex-nihilo and misallocate it toward their objectives.

Bitcoin completely rips this power from their grasp and in due time it will utterly demolish their influence. Spread the word to expedite the process of their demise.

The future is bright!

Fourth Turning 2022: Bad-Moon Rising, Part 2

MONDAY, JAN 24, 2022 - 04:24 PM
Authored by Jim Quinn via The Burning Platform blog,

Read Part 1 here...

In Part 1 of this article I laid out how the global elite have used this covid flu to manipulate the weak minded into a fear induced mass psychosis as a key element in their Great Reset plan to control the world and keep you technologically enslaved under lock and key. Now I will try to decipher how this mass hysteria might play out over the course of 2022 and beyond.
“Americans today fear that linearism (alias the American Dream) has run its course. Many would welcome some enlightenment about history’s patterns and rhythms, but today’s intellectual elites offer little that’s useful. Caught between the entropy of the chaoticists and the hubris of the linearists, the American people have lost their moorings.” Strauss & Howe – The Fourth Turning

“The most effective way to destroy people is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history.” ― George Orwell
The American Dream, where all Americans, no matter the circumstances of their birth, had a legitimate opportunity to live a better life than their parents, based upon their own intelligence, work ethic, and good fortune, is an illusion in today’s world. The ruling elite have stolen the wealth of the nation and its citizens. This was not an accident, but a plan implemented over many decades, accelerating after Nixon closed the gold window and opened the door to unlimited amounts of debt being created out of thin air and backed by nothing.

One of the Fed’s only mandates was to maintain a stable currency. Since its inception in 1913 to 2020, the USD had lost 96% of its purchasing power. The USD has lost 7.5% of its purchasing power since 2020, as Powell and his cronies have lost control of inflation.

It is not a coincidence this Fourth Turning was launched due to the Federal Reserve and Wall Street bankers blowing the largest debt bubble in history (until now), issuing fraudulent mortgage loans to millions of willing and able dupes who could never pay them back, packaging the loans into toxic derivative debt time bombs, bullying and paying off the spineless rating agencies to rate these worthless derivatives AAA, and then selling them to oblivious pension plans and innocent little old ladies. But they eventually ran out of greater fools and clueless suckers. The entire control fraud blew sky high in September 2008, representing the debt catalyst for this Fourth Turning.

For the past thirteen years of this Crisis, the puppets at the Federal Reserve have done as instructed by the Wall Street cabal and globalist billionaire oligarchs.

They have papered over an unpayable debt problem by creating $8 trillion more debt and shoveling the proceeds into the pockets of the ruling billionaire oligarchy. The billionaire oligarchs and Wall Street bankers aren’t on the hook for the $30 trillion national debt and the other $100 trillion of unfunded social welfare and pension liabilities.

You, your kids, your grandkids, and unborn generations of hard-working citizens are on the hook. Our standard of living had been in a gradual decline since the 1970s, but we have entered the suddenly stage referenced by Ernest Hemingway in The Sun Also Rises“How did you go bankrupt?” Bill asked. “Two ways,” Mike said. “Gradually, then suddenly.”

The Fed’s balance sheet stood at $800 billion at the start of this Fourth Turning, and now is $8.8 trillion and rising every day. The Repo crisis in September 2019 revealed a systemic glitch in the Fed’s well-oiled machine to pump up stock markets and guarantee unlimited profits for Wall Street. Coincidentally, a pandemic that had been simulated (Event 201) in October by Gates and his WEF cronies, conveniently struck in March 2020, with its very own multi-billion-dollar marketing campaign, and fear propaganda spouted 24/7 from the Big Pharma captured corporate media.

After a faux crash in the markets, the Fed rode to the rescue and has proceeded to print $4.8 trillion in the last two years. Meanwhile, the national debt, which stood at $9 trillion at the start of this Fourth Turning, reached $23 trillion prior to the Covid pandemic, will reach $30 trillion in the next month.

The question that might come to mind for the average person is, “how did the Fed’s actions in the last two years benefit me?”. Well, if you are a billionaire, you did fantastic. The ten richest men in America more than doubled their net worth since the March 2020 launch of their plandemic. Do you think this was an accident? Gates made $36.5 billion off the most heavily marketed flu in history, and he was the lowest among the ten. While your local family-owned hardware store went out of business, Bezos and his Amazon empire got further enriched, with Jeff’s net worth soaring by $75 billion, as his Washington Post did their darndest pumping fear porn propaganda to the ignorant masses.

These ten men added roughly $1 billion per day to their net worth. Compare that to what you earn per day at your job. When ten people rake in $736 billion during a “health crisis”, in which millions of workers were forced out of work or fired, and hundreds of thousands of small businesses were bankrupted, you know the fix was in from the beginning. The Fed’s job was to protect and enhance the wealth of the richest people on earth, while 80-year-old grandmothers got 0.1% on the money market account if they weren’t murdered by a Democratic governor in their nursing home.

America, where a multi-millionaire can achieve the dream of becoming a billionaire by just letting the Fed do their job – pumping stocks. America created 116 new billionaires in less than two years during a “terrible pandemic”, a 19% increase. The American Dream achieved by knowing the right central bankers. Are you paying attention?

If you had any doubt all this “emergency” debt being created and bought by the Fed doesn’t have one sole purpose – to enrich their oligarch benefactors and banker bosses – just take a gander at this chart comparing the S&P 500 to the increase in the Fed’s balance sheet over the last 13 months. We’ve had 13 consecutive new highs on the S&P 500, matching the 13 new highs in the Fed balance sheet. I’m sure this is just a non-correlated coincidence. Right?

And it hasn’t just been the Fed. Since this entire scamdemic was created and fostered by the Davos globalist elite as their Build Back Better Great Reset scheme to allow you to live while owning nothing, the ECB had to do their part.

While the Fed has added $5 trillion to their balance sheet since 2019, the ECB hasn’t been a slouch, as they’ve added $4.5 trillion.

They have bought mortgage bonds, junk bonds, Treasuries, and just about any crap derivative on the planet, driving interest rates to the lowest in history, and blowing bubbles in housing, the stock market, bond market, commercial real estate, collectibles, bitcoin, and NFTs (whatever the hell they are). It’s an Everything Bubble. When they all burst simultaneously, it will again be the average American worker who will get screwed.

Powell and his fellow apparatchiks at the Fed thought they could talk their way out of any predicament their massive printing created, because the Wall Street market makers and corrupt corporate media pretended debt doesn’t matter and the paper wealth creation was proof the economy was great. The illusion of recovery built on delusions of debt based faux wealth may have had something to do with the Fed creating 75% of all the money in U.S. history since the start of this Fourth Turning.

This coincides with 70% of all U.S. debt in history being created in the last fourteen years. Does any of this seem sustainable? Does any of it make sense from a fiscal perspective? Are those in control attempting to crash our economic system on purpose, in order to usher in their Great Reset plan? It sure appears so.

So far, 2022 is looking a little dicey for the markets. The millions of twenty and thirty something investment gurus have never experienced a bear market, as Uncle Jerome and the academic troll Yellen have guaranteed their unbeatable buy the dip “investment strategy” for the last decade. The markets are puking with just Fed jawboning about ending QE to infinity (until they restart it again) and possibly increasing interest rates by .25%.

NASDAQ high-fliers are tanking. Bitcoin has lost 50% in two months. The 10 Year Treasury yield has more than tripled in two years. Whenever the markets began to tank since 2009, the Fed came to the rescue with QE or slashing rates. That is why stock valuations have reached stratospheric levels exceeding the 2000 Dot.com bubble. They are now exceeding that historic bubble by 70%.

Part 1 of 2

Part 2 of 2

I’ve been expecting a market crash every year for the last twelve years, but the Fed has fended it off with their perpetual liquidity engine. But it appears they have fully shot their load and have backed themselves into a corner. There are no possible positive outcomes from any path they choose. Despite months of denying the inflationary tsunami sweeping the world is not transitory, but created by their reckless perfidy, the Fed and other central bankers around the world are trapped.

With the Biden administration wrecking the supply chain with their insane incompetence, driving energy prices sky high with their green new deal absurdities, trillions of new unfunded Federal spending, and trillions more of Covid related cash sloshing around the economic system, inflation is raging out of control.

Even the manipulated, massaged, engineered, and government sanctioned CPI is being reported as 7%, which means the savings accounts of senior citizens are providing a NEGATIVE 6.9% per year, and real wages for real people are in free-fall as food and energy costs keep surging higher. But it is far worse than official figures reveal. The Fed and government have methodically adjusted CPI downwards over the last forty years.

They created a fake calculation in order to suppress home price increases and ridiculous hedonic adjustments for car improvements that say automobile prices have barely risen over decades, even though the average price of a new car in 2000 was $22,000 versus $47,000 today.

Inflation headlines reference the highest rate in 3 or 4 decades, but the reality is if inflation was measured exactly as it was in 1980, it would be 15%, just as it was in 1980. One slight difference. Volcker had jacked the Federal Funds rate to 20% in order to crush the raging inflation. Spineless Powell still has the Federal Funds rate anchored at 0%. Our economic system is so saturated with debt, a 3% Feds Fund rate would result in a full-scale economic implosion and collapse of our financial system.

It looks like 2022 can go one of two ways – raging inflation, while markets surge higher, enriching the richest and impoverishing the middle class or a recession and market crash after the richest short the market, while the working class sees their 401ks obliterated once again. It’s almost as if this is being engineered for a crash landing, designed to produce maximum damage to the most people. Is it just part of the Great Reset master plan?

Just as the Event 201 simulation of a pandemic a few months before a pandemic was rolled out, a “war game” called Collective Strength was run by international bankers, the IMF, and BIS in Israel during December to simulate a global financial catastrophe caused by a cyber-attack. Last week the Fed issued their report on a central bank digital currency. If these two events don’t cause you concern, you aren’t paying attention.

During the pandemic, the government flogged fake coin shortage propaganda and told the ignorant masses covid lurked on their dollar bills. There are no coincidences. The ruling oligarchs are proceeding with their master plan of owning everything and enslaving you in a technological gulag controlled by the government surveillance state and policed by the social media tyrants, mega-corporation collaborators, fake news propaganda media, and crooked financial institutions.

They want every aspect of your life digitized, so they can control you, force you to get vaccinated, create your social credit score, monitor every financial transaction, and guarantee they get a piece of every transaction. If you disobey their commands, they will destroy your ability to work, buy food, enjoy entertainment, or transact any business. Sounds overly ominous, except it is already happening in New Zealand, Australia, France, Austria, and numerous other authoritarian regimes throughout the world. They really do want you to own nothing, and be happy with nothing, or else.

As we enter the fourteenth year of this Fourth Turning it appears all hell is about to break loose financially, domestically, and internationally. Will the three drivers of this Crisis – debt, civic decay, and global disorder - merge into one super-storm of destruction, destined to wipe the existing social order away and replace it with something far worse and Orwellian? Strauss and Howe perfectly captured what is happening today in their 1997 warning about an unavoidable generational Crisis.

Societal trust is imploding as the initial financial collapse catalyst is poised for a second more horrendous encore in 2022. Interconnected global financial systems, built on an unstable foundation of bad debt, will crumble as the approaching storms crash ashore. It is time to move to higher ground, batten down the hatches, deleverage, and do your best to distance yourself from this arbitraged, tentacled, corrupt financial system.
“As the Crisis catalyzes, these fears will rush to the surface, jagged and exposed. Distrustful of some things, individuals will feel that their survival requires them to distrust more things. This behavior could cascade into a sudden downward spiral, an implosion of societal trust. If so, this implosion will strike financial markets—and, with that, the economy. But as the Crisis mood congeals, people will come to the jarring realization that they have grown helplessly dependent on a teetering edifice of anonymous transactions and paper guarantees.
Many Americans won’t know where their savings are, who their employer is, what their pension is, or how their government works. The era will have left the financial world arbitraged and tentacled: Debtors won’t know who holds their notes, homeowners who owns their mortgages, and shareholders who runs their equities—and vice versa.” – Strauss & Howe – The Fourth Turning

During the fourteenth year of the last Fourth Turning, the Battle of Midway turned the tide in the Pacific and Germany’s defeat at Stalingrad by the Russians turned the tide in Europe. Italy surrendered to the Allies and plans for the D-Day invasion were already underway. By the fourteenth year of the American Revolution Crisis the Treaty of Paris ending the war had been signed and the U.S. Constitution was written. The Civil War crisis was long over, as twenty years of animosity was jammed into five years of extreme bloodshed and tragedy.

I fear when future historians document the events of this era of deception, delusion, debt, and decay, 2022 will go down as a turning point in U.S. history, for good or for bad. The forces of evil appear to have the upper hand, but threat of living under the boot of globalist totalitarians has awakened a tireless minority of patriotic citizens, willing to fight these demonic, vile quislings of humanity to the death.
“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”George Orwell, 1984
In Part Three of this article, I will examine how civic decay and global disorder will interconnect and provide the impetus for the next bloody chapter of this Fourth Turning. When your leaders are far more concerned about the border of a country 6,000 miles from U.S. shores than our own southern border, you can clearly see the plan is to create civic decay in the U.S. and further enrich the oligarchs by waging war in the Ukraine. Those pushing the Great Reset scheme are relentless and evil. The only way to defeat them is through force.

"This Sucker's Going Down..."

MONDAY, JAN 24, 2022 - 05:00 AM
Authored by MN Gordon via EconomicPrism.com, (Gold, Silver mentioned)

By now, anyone with half an inkling of curiosity about why prices and values don’t add up has traced the divide back to the money itself. It’s not hard to see.

Asset prices, like houses and the major stock market indexes, have lost all visible connection with the underlying economy. However, wage growth has stagnated; over the last 40 years low level wages have only increased by $0.32 per hour in real inflation adjusted terms. Stocks and residential real estate, at the same time, have gone to the moon.

Even with the NASDAQ’s 11.2 percent decline from its all-time closing high set on November 19, the index is still up over 110 percent from its March 2020 low.

What will it take for the NASDAQ to crash back to earth?

Something else that has gone to the moon is government debt. In 1980, the national debt was $908 billion. Today it’s over $29.8 trillion. That’s an increase of over 3,181 percent. Over this time, however, gross domestic product (GDP) has only increased 632 percent – from $2.86 trillion to $20.94 trillion.

Of course, these are merely the facts and figures. The effects to countless Americans are hard to measure. But, by and large, the last 40 years have been a great disappointment for the American worker – and an absolute boon for the political elites.

In addition to asset prices and government debt, social discontent has also gone to the moon. Here in the LA Basin, for example, some of America’s most resourceful fellows have taken to emulating the corruption found in Washington and on Wall Street. They’re looting stores and plundering freight trains as a matter of business. Daring professions like these flourish when hard work and playing by the rules no longer pays.

What’s really going on…

Spineless Money
To begin, the nation, in nearly every aspect, is failing. Such is the fate of nations who adopt spineless money. More specifically, as 20th century currency analyst Franz Pick observed:
“The fate of the nation and the fate of the currency are one and the same.”
We’ve seen that spineless money is synonymous with spineless nations. Nero’s Rome. Revolutionary France. Weimar Germany. 1980s Argentina. Zimbabwe. You name it…

Once a country’s economy and finances have been corrupted by fiat the fate of the nation is doom and disaster.

Yet it didn’t have to be this way. A balanced budget. Stable currency. Limited government. Industrious populace. Personal responsibility. Rule of law.
Commonsense. These, and similar sensibilities, would have prevented all the wild moonshots.

Instead, we got lies, corruption, teachers unions, arbitrary rules, monster debt, Anthony Fauci, fake money, woke, and a dependent populace.

Abhorrence like these, again, go back to the money…

Management of a spineless currency by central planners always falls to frequent debauchery…followed by short episodic periods of crushing austerity. The central planners never seem to get it right. Their extreme intervention lurches the economy from boom to bust.

Now they’ve done it again…

In advance of the Federal Reserve’s forthcoming rate hikes, the yield on the 10-Year Treasury note eclipsed 1.8 percent. This is the highest its been since January 2020 – two months before the federal government declared a national emergency on coronavirus.

At the same time, the 2020 and 2021 fiscal year deficits, which covered much of the coronavirus period, were a combined $5.9 trillion. Much of this was financed via printing press money from the Federal Reserve.

The Greatest Crackup the World’s Ever Known
Should it be any surprise that consumer prices, as measured by the consumer price index (CPI), are increasing at an annualized rate of 7.0 percent – or over 15 percent when using 1980s calculation methods?

More importantly, do you really think hiking the federal funds rate 50 basis points is going to cut it?

This may cause a tantrum on Wall Street, but it won’t do much to control raging consumer price inflation…

Let’s be clear, consumer price inflation has nothing to do with rising prices or greedy corporations. But it has everything to do with declining money. This can’t be said enough. When the quantity of money goes up, the value of each money unit goes down.

The systematic destruction of the dollar has been compounding for over 107 years; since the passage of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913. And it has been going on in earnest since President Richard Nixon closed the gold window in 1971.

But that’s not all that has been going on…

The plundering, corruption, and lies of public officials are criminal. Federal Reserve Presidents have been buying and selling stocks to front run their market swinging policy decisions for years. Members of Congress have long been trading off insider information related to their legislative wheeling and dealing.

Indeed, the fate of the nation and the fate of the currency are one and the same.

We’re headed for complete financial, moral, and political collapse. But it’s not all bad…

You can count your blessings. You have front row seats for the greatest crackup the world’s ever known. The dollar’s doomed. The nation is too.
…and the rush to silver and gold has only just begun.

Is an iron curtain closing around America?

Karen KatalineJanuary 21, 2022

1643091511817.png

Once upon a time in 60’s and 70’s America, public service commercials about *Radio Free Europe” filled our television airwaves.

The ads appealed for help for people who were living “behind the Iron Curtain.”

If you were a kid living in America, you couldn’t imagine how any country could stifle news and information, crush dissent or persecute dissenters simply for thinking for themselves.

Yet, in 2022 America we are seeing a tacit acceptance of exactly that. Did you think you’d ever live to see the day when America would side with Communist Cuba over freedom-fighters who finally stood up to their authoritarian government? We saw that in 2021.

Given the noble anti-Communist history of these United States, that’s a heart-breaking moment. More heart-breaking if that’s possible is that there are those who still can’t see it.

They have bought in to the notion that ideas are dangerous and must be stifled.

It is not coincidental that the same people have been desensitized to somehow accept violence and civil unrest as forms of “free expression.” Nothing could be further from the truth.

Sometimes the biggest watershed moments are lost by virtue of their sheer enormity.

We are living in an America where un-elected bureaucrats call out “anti-Authoritarian Idealogues” as “a danger to democracy.”

America was BUILT by anti-Authoritarian Ideologues and now citizens in that tradition are being called dangerous for doubting or disagreeing with the state.

Our own government is actively conditioning The People to accept censorship. –to believe that information and differences of opinion are dangerous, that it’s okay to shut others down, punish them, scapegoat them or do whatever you want to them…even forcibly remove them from society if they don’t comply with tyrannical edicts.

If the state that stands to benefit from such imposed tyranny can convince the people that some of their countrymen are dangerous, they can also get them to believe that they deserve whatever they get–maybe even get them to snitch on their neighbors. Where have we heard all this before?

It is hardly immaterial that the censoring ideology which is actively promoting hate and persecution of their political enemies is the one that is actively pushing socialism and communism on the People without their consent. Socialism and Communism always require force eventually.

Acceptance of censorship brings more censorship. Acceptance of tyranny only brings more tyranny.

Will we be looking to the former communist countries of Hungary, Czechoslovakia or Poland to get the truth of what’s going on in America? In some cases, we already are.

The curtain is hardening before our very eyes. What will we do to stop it?

*Radio Free Europe was created by the United States government in 1950 to provide information and political commentary to the people of communist eastern Europe and the Soviet Union. In the absence of unbiased media in the communist countries, Radio Free Europe provided its estimated 35 million listeners with news from around the world and, more important, from their own countries. Because of its largely successful efforts to outwit communist censors and reach its listeners on a daily basis, Radio Free Europe is credited with having contributed significantly to the demise of communist regimes throughout eastern Europe.

THESE steps will lead to a digital dollar & loss of financial CONTROL

Glenn Beck
In this clip, Glenn explains modern monetary theory, which is the FUEL world elites are using to carryout their economic takeover with The Great Reset. Plus, Glenn explains the steps powerful political organizations — like the Federal Reserve — will take to end currency competition and enact a digital dollar, which will allow for government to have total control over how we spend OUR money.
