Okay, she just had her dictator powers stripped by the state SC, she lost her bid to stymie the recall effort, and she knows she's in real trouble. With her narcissism, I'm actually almost certain she staged it, for "sympathy" in the upcoming recall election.

Her dictator powers were. She just shifted most of them to the Department of Health and Human Services instead. I'm not sure where THEY got the power to alter the state Constitution, but apparently they did somehow.
What I can't quite pin down, though, is what happens with the state of emergency. Theoretically that should be canceled. But some think it's still going. She's made a hash of the whole state's operations.
