Unless it is in the zoning codes which usually have to be voted on and passed by that city’s elected councils the woke mayor means squat in a court of law.

Hopefully some large developer will take them to court.

I still cannot make my mind understand how banning fossil fuel achieves radical Justice. My only conclusion is shit for brains and those that listen to this crap.

I usually translate that nonsense to mean those former white companies got to do business with one another, with all the sweet deals, kick backs etc for the contracts, now we want our piece of the pie, so we need to upset the applecart so it can be re-invented and reward we petty tyrants who now have stolen the reins to the reign.

Oh you are right on that! I live in a predominately red county and saw a post on FB about a resident out here was told by code enforcement to get rid of her chickens!! According to their rule book me, with my 4 acres, surrounded by over 250 acres of woods, am only allowed 4 hens and no rooster! Come and get em.

I wonder if she knows that asphalt and concrete both have some 'fossil fuels' in them?
Or that nylon is petroleum based? That plastic is made from oil?
If the building can not have any 'fossil fuels' in them, then what about the power used to make the metal supports, or the door knobs, or the Linoleum flooring? Wil she require that these have to be manufacture using solar power?

So will all electrons entering the building be coded with a new green deal only stamp? All other electrons will be prohibited? I can see them needing to put signs up outside the building. No fossil fuel created electrons allowed in building.
