Roasted pumpkin seeds (to beyond the golden brown eating stage) also have a "coffee like" flavor...Getting ready to enjoy a special cup of Costa Rican finest bean. We roast our own. Buy it in 50# bags direct. But just to see what it taste like we roasted wheat berries. Surprisingly it tasted like coffee without caffeine. Not the better beans but still tasted like coffee.

Terrazu is the bean of the day. It is not the only bean we use but I like the Central and South American beans. Never touch the stuff from Africa.
