I wonder what O Really will think when the helicopters start flying off the embassy roof tonight, eh Danielboon? Next week, means by the end of the weekend methinks.

The poor, ignorant, naive ukies are going to pay dearly for trusting biden/Obama/hellary to cover their six. Seriously, this ukraine thing may light off by Monday.

So, Mongo, are you expecting an uber doober emergency reaction order muy pronto?:shd:

As I face death, I am still stunned utterly at the amount of damage the biden/obama, hellary presidency has done in one year. It is mind boggling just what they have done.

To paraphrase Churchill. " Never have so few, screwed things up so much, so rapidly, and with such lethal impacts on so many."

It has been a wild ride here on Timebomb over the last two decades or so, but I think it is coming to the end here. SYOTOS amigos, my gut is telling me the NUKES are coming out. If Jesus Christ is only a curse word to you, I suggest you readjust your attitude immediately.

Putin is what Putin is, but the one thing Putin isn't is a man who will allow Russia to be the victim of the West, NOT ON HIS WATCH.

As the Roman Gladiators used to say: "We who are about to die Salute You."

The US Navy publicizes guided missile submarine in the Mediterranean.

The U.S. Navy’s Sixth Fleet has offered an unusual public disclosure of the location of USS Georgia (SSGN 729), one of four of the service’s converted Ohio class nuclear-powered guided-missile submarines, or SSGNs, as it conducted a brief stop near the island of Cyprus. These rare disclosures tend to occur at times of heightened international tensions. With the situation in Ukraine quickly approaching an outright crisis, it’s likely that the Navy intended for this glimpse at Georgia to serve as a signal to both allies and Russia that the United States has a highly capable presence in the region that can reach out and strike over long distances with little risk to itself.

Spain sends two warships to Black Sea for NATO exercise

Spain is sending two warships to the Black Sea earlier than planned for a NATO exercise, Defense Minister Margarita Robles announced Thursday.

Robles told reporters that the Blas de Lezo and Meteoro will arrive within three or four days.
She said Spain is also considering deploying fighter jets to Bulgaria as part of NATO plans to deter Russia from invading Ukraine.

Robles stressed that Spain prefers the use of diplomacy to resolve the conflict between the two countries.

The United States is also considering military measures, in addition to economic ones, against Russia in the event of an escalation around Ukraine, Qazet.az informs that US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield said this in an interview with the Moldovan television channel Jurnal TV.
The host recalled US President Jo Biden's threat of serious economic consequences for Russia in the event of an invasion of Ukraine and asked if "military countermeasures are also taken into account".
"Absolutely. We have indicated that we do not rule out anything in terms of our response," Thomas-Greenfield said.
At the same time, she recalled that Washington has been working with Kiev since 2014.
"We have provided them with almost $2.7 billion to support their military. Most recently, during Secretary Blinken's visit to Ukraine, we announced additional funding and will continue to provide equipment to the Ukrainians," she said.
The permanent representative stated that the United States, among other things, provides Ukraine with advisory support.

GOP Leader Predicts Russia Will Invade Ukraine 'in the Next Month'
GOP Leader Predicts Russia Will Invade Ukraine 'in the Next Month'

Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, predicted on Friday that Russian forces would move into Ukraine within the next month, citing U.S. intelligence indicating President Vladimir Putin is eyeing a "very aggressive timetable," Fox News reported.

McCaul, the ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said in a statement to the network that he was unimpressed with the Biden administration's current response to Russian aggression in the region.

"The key to addressing Russian aggression is deterrence," McCaul said. "This administration has done far too little to deter Russia from further invading Ukraine, which is why I introduced the GUARD Act. This bill expedites significant additional lethal assistance to Ukraine and immediately sanctions Putin's malign influence project, the Nord Stream 2 pipeline."

"Slow rolling this type of assistance and support as Kyiv sits at the epicenter of what could be the biggest conflict since World War II is absolutely unacceptable," he added.

The House is currently advancing legislation, authored by Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Gregory Meeks, D-N.Y., to sanction Russia and authorize $500 million in supplemental emergency security assistance to Ukraine, according to Fox News.

"Russia's continued troop buildup, both on the border of Ukraine and in Belarus, is an act of aggression that is as reckless as it is alarming," Meeks said in a statement on Friday.

"While I remain hopeful that diplomacy can de-escalate tensions on the Ukrainian border, it is necessary that the United States, together with our transatlantic allies, make clear that any activities constituting an invasion by the Russian army into sovereign territory will be met with significant repercussions." Update: The American side asked the Russian side not to publish its response to security assurance projects. (Washington Post). WP also says America will reject some demands but will include a private detailed letter to President Putin.
Whatever is in this letter the U.S. is asking Russia to keep out of the media.
If it's a private deal that means some ally is getting screwed

Some more on this absolutely ridiculous request. what are they in kindergarden? Pretty please with a cherry on top don't tell anyone what I'm going to tell you now and I'll be your best friend? And do they really expect the Russians not to publish it? Apparently, according to this article, they're putting it in a letter so that they can make sure Putin gets it and that it isn't rejected by the diplomats at the meeting. AS IF Putin doesn't know what's going on every step of the way and he'll react better to their nicely worded letter because they asked so nicely, and also, don't tell anyone what we're telling you because we will look even more pathetic on the world stage and if you keep our secret we'll sit with you at recess. UNBELIEVABLE.

(fair use applies)

Washington asks Russia to keep US response on security guarantees secret - paper
Department of State sources also The Washington Post that the written US response will include US proposals in the security domain and will demonstrate the country’s interest in maintaining the dialogue with Moscow.
21 Jan, 22:58

WASHINGTON, January 22. /TASS/. US officials have asked their Russian colleagues not to publish Washington’s written response to Moscow’s proposal on security guarantees, The Washignton Post has reported.

However, according to the paper, "a senior State Department official acknowledged that the Kremlin may decide to publish it after the United States sends it next week."

Department of State sources also told The Washington Post that the written US response will include US proposals in the security domain and will demonstrate the country’s interest in maintaining the dialogue with Moscow. At the same time, the document will not contain any commitments regarding NATO’s open-door policy and accession of new members.

However, the US administration believes that providing a written response is important, because in this case the document can be read directly by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"There‘s one decision-maker in Russia and it’s President Putin," the paper quoted another Biden administration official as saying. "If this then allows the ultimate decision-maker in Russia to looks at these ideas and decide whether to move forward, it’s in our interest."

"We don’t want to be the ones who foreclose a potential diplomatic solution," he added.

Following Friday’s meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in Geneva, Washington agreed to provide written responses to Moscow’s proposals on security guarantees. After that, the US Secretary of State and the Russian top diplomat plan to hold the next meeting. At a news conference after the meeting, Lavrov told reporters that, in his opinion, publishing the US response would be a right thing to do. However, Russia will request Blinken’s consent to do so, he added.

On December 17, 2021, the Russian Foreign Ministry released a draft agreement on security guarantees between Russia and the United States, and a draft agreement on ensuring the security of Russia and NATO member states. The proposed measures include guarantees that NATO will not advance eastward, including the accession of Ukraine and other countries into the alliance. They also impose restrictions on deployment of serious offensive weapons, including nuclear ones.

Consultations on the issue took place in Geneva on January 10, followed by a meeting of the Russia-NATO Council in Brussels on January 12 and a session of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Permanent Council in Vienna on January 13.

This is a 747-400 cargo plane owned by National Airlines. It flew from Travis AFB to Frankfurt then to Kiev.

Saw a video clip on FOX this morning of a National plane. They said it had brought ammo and "defensive weapons" into the Ukraine.

No mention of what or who it did, or will, carry out on it's departure.

Who poses for these pictures ?

Who takes these pictures ?

Who clears the release of these pictures ?

Not just in the immediate unfolding, but, say......of the Chinese in bio suits, smiling and giving the thumbs-up, back before “covid” supposedly even hit our shores ?

What is the dialogue, between subject matter and photographer ?

How scorchingly belittling of the intended target(s) of the image propaganda might that private dialogue be ?

Just random questions that come to mind....

When I saw it was a cargo plane I figured it was weapons but then seeing that it went thru Germany I was wondering. Thanks for the update!!

Excellent points. Yes, those early reports out of China were masterfully done, weren’t they? It would be a shame if the alternative media is doing to us what CNN is doing to the libtards, you know, forming our opinions apart from our individual critical thinking.

Thanks for the reminder.

This has been going since last October and no nickels dropped. Russia has not idea how to start a war but they do know how to train to defend their border against a foreign enemy.
