On 60 Minutes tonight: Sovereign Wealth funds. These are foreign funds/capital buying American assets, etc. Anyone interested in seeing this will have to check local listings for time and channels. I've often wondered why American Indians did not employ this tactic with the capital gained from casinos etc.?
