Which Shortwave Freq if TSHTF?

They've pushed the buttons,
and its TSHTF time.

as we huddle in our bunkers
twisting the dial on the SW radio I ask
is there a predetermined freq or frqs we should
listen in on for info - any info?

If not, I think it is time that private citizens choose some freqs
and spread the word via these forums.

Black Out
You will need a SW radio with LSB and USB all emergency and SHTF traffic will be on those bands. A good antenna will also be needed.

I have a few ham radio net freqs but besides those, I'll be looking for EWTN, the Catholic TV/Radio/Internet/Short Wave/Satellite broadcasting operation.

Here's the schedule:

For what it's worth, Homeland Security recently "confiscated" 3.210

Yeah, funny how almost every U.S. based shortwave broadcaster is having frequency space "confiscated" even though more than 90% of government broadcasting services are on satellite now.

But remember, there is NO "censorship".

Just jamming and sabotage.

Thanks seagull, EWTN is fast becoming one of my favorite channels (in this world gone mad............ )

I just printed your list so that I can keep it with my SW radio.

For communications, I say get a HAM radio and just don't transmit until the day when TSHTF, then, screw the license thing, but keep to the rules. Then I suppose you can talk to people elsewhere to get information and to "chat." I'm thinking this might be a useful item for coordinating movements of people in an "us vs. them" scenario.
