Recipe what to do with baby mustard greens?

I have two bags, about 8 ounces each, from our CSA share, of baby mustard greens. I'm interested in ways of using them other than cooking them with bacon and onion. I tried a couple of them raw, and wow is the flavor incredible. these greens are about three to four inches in length, about the same size as our spring salad mix we also got today.

My absolute favorite is putting them in a vegetable beef soup.

Sauté them in a nonstick pan with a little coconut oil.

It makes it easier to rake them off into the trash.

Put them in a mixed green salad or a stir-fry. Use them on a sandwich - egg salad would be good.
