What kind of religious service is Trump attending this morning?

If I remeber correctly didn't Obama skip this ritual when he was inaugurated? Pretty sure he did. Just shows Trump has class.

The music was excellent and I enjoyed it all......especially "How Great Thou Art" which got a standing ovation.

Pres. Trump was doing the same thing when he had his hand over his heart on Friday at the big party......his fingers kept tapping a bit to the Anthem and he was moving to the music and really getting into it. He wasn't looking for reactions from others, he was just doing his own thing and being part of it.

This morning, same thing - but you could see he might have preferred to be in the Oval Office signing documents,, getting down to work.

No harm, no foul. It was a political / photo op / happy feels event with no real deeper meaning or reflection on Trump's personal faith.
It's healthy to celebrate the good in different faiths. Especially from the standpoint of unification of a diverse nation. I would have enjoyed attending from an educational standpoint, and I'm sure the music was excellent.

Well which is it, damn that he attended a religious service or damned that he didn't? I don't ever recall the Obamas attending any church services. If they did, they laid low. I just heard Trump on Fox quote the Bible, never heard that from Obama. so, what difference does it make what day Trump attends a church service? I feel more comfortable with a person holding the Office of the Presidency believing in God than someone who doesn't believe. Saturday is the seventh day not Sunday.

Yes, this^^^ I am glad that I didn't tune in to watch the "one world church" service...though it is of great interest to read about it.
