simply the commercial/institutional size can >>>

practical for the dry goods type foods for a long term food storage program - also - can be a $$$$ saver for any of the canned foods if the prepper group involved is large enough to consume in one meal or has SHTF frig/freezer or canning preservation means available .....

*** a hand operated #10 can opener in the prepper supply inventory is not the worst idea - be readily able to open any SHTF salvaged food cans from an institutional size kitchen .....
