As DH and I age we are getting forgetful. I hate it. I want to stop it before it gets worse. I take cod liver oil and I just started taking Royal Camu 2 weeks ago. What are you doing?

I do new activities with my body and brain. Memorizing things is good too. Reading is great. Word puzzles. Anything to exercise the brain. Dang. I have to do all kinds of exercises. I was not this high-maintence 10 years ago. Gotta do the girly exercise, exercise my eyes, really funny face exercises to ward off wrinkles, my back, keep my fingers limber, and stomach isometrics. How I would love to just let it all go but then in the mirror, Im my worst critic.

Ditto what Herb said…
Received a World Health Newsletter this morning and the following article was in it.

Su Doku keeps brain younger 9/8/05

I take vitamin E - 1000 units a day. I was told to take as much as your body could stand daily. You'll know your body has too much if you need to go #2 all the time. Crossword puzzles; there are a bunch of great online ones. Regular puzzles also, good online ones as well. For my mom who has Alzheimers the Dr.'s told us ANYTHING that she needs to use her brain would be good for her.

Agree, stimulate the mind/brain...also, essential oil of rosemary would be a good scent to keep around you...rosemary is suppose to help memory.
