Wearing a RED shirt on election

I was reading somewhere that they were suggesting people to wear a red shirt to vote. This way they could get a quick head count at the exits on who voted for Trump. Anyone heard this??

Interesting idea. I wonder how safe it would be if not very many others were also wearing red, or in the big cities.
