Thanks! I had my husband turn on the car headlights to light up the palm trees in the 2nd image.

Now THAT is an excellent use of improvised lighting!! I've used a clip-on shop light a time or two.

These are fantastic...and I love the idea for lighting up the trees...I also like that I can see what appear to be stars in the shot...most excellent!
