They do this shit in Philadelphia all the time as well.

Couple of months ago they shut down south bound 95 in the middle of the night with it.
Troopers shot an killed at least one of them after he rammed a squad car.

Ya know, I like speed as much(or more) than the next guy.
That said, I cannot, for the life of me, understand destroying my vehicle like that.
Since most of my vehicles have clutches and 3-400+ horsepower, I can do that sh!t all day.
I don't. And didn't when I was a kid, either.

I am currently on a 24 hour hold on YouTube, for putting the comments, in text, exactly what the figger in the back of the squad car was calling himself and others, possibly the cop he had just nearly killed by hitting his car. So it’s OK if one of them vibrates the air molecules, but not if one of us rearranges the pixels.
