Wanted Vanilla Cake using powdered eggs, butter???

Have some Auguson Farms powdered eggs and butter close to expiration. Does anyone have a tried and true pound cake or other vanilla cake recipe using powdered preps?

I'm thinking mix the powders with other dry ingredients, then add appropriate amounts of water for rehydration along with the other liquids.

I think i would let the batter set overnight to rehydrate well, then add the leavening agents.

Good point. I was trying to go the easy way by mixing dry but maybe I should rehydrate each separately.
