ALERT Ukranian hackers!

I just received an email from Microsoft that someone from Ukraine was trying to hack my Microsoft account. You may want to review your security settings on Microsoft site or other websites where you may have payment or personnel information. - BG

I'd be real careful of a scam on that one. Someone may be phishing.

No, it was from Microsoft.com, no redirects or cross links. They (Ukrainian hacker) were trying to access my TechNet account. The IP address was from Ukraine, which Microsoft furnished. If they have compromised Microsoft's DNS entries, all is lost! . - BG

NOT SURE IF IT'S THE SAME THING: We had an e-mail from a long time "friend" supposedly from Ukraine who needed cash and we were their last hope.........blah blah blah.........instead of Nigeria.......the current scam says send the $$$ to Ukraine..............

I would be extremely wary of that email. I'd bet the headers on that are from somewhere in China or Africa.

It's phishing, everyone I know on FB got one this morning as well.
