Misc Trump Has This

Let's Go Brandon!
There is a difference between understanding that God is in control at all times, and understanding what might be coming to this country. Remember, God was in control when the Israelites were carried off into slavery, and He was also in control when they were hunted down to be exterminated by Nazi's. God's plan isn't always warm fuzzies towards his people. Sometimes he does things to get their attention and to turn their hearts back to Him. Sometimes, for His glory to be realized, his people need to be facing the impossible and rock bottom situations to recognize it.

Course, these days, God's people are commonly much more heavily armed. That tends to change things a mite. But then, reducing the number of people to be raptured out by having them sleep instead, well, that's a different matter.

Has anyone here noticed the delicious irony of Paedo-Joe declaring himself President based on the votes cast by (one slate, at least) of electoral college members?

Yet, as he should well know, it only matters who counts them.

And, who will count them?

And, who can have them thrown out?

Trump has this.

Listening to Steve Bannon and War Room last night.

Bannon remains optimistic. He did outline a couple of "this is not for the best" but of perhaps 10 issues covered, fully 8 of them were to the President's advantage.

But then it hit me. THIS is a fight MADE for Trump.

Like the response to the Pandemic and the development of vaccines, Trump is now in a situation where he can flood people to the state level, count the votes claiming "Only legal votes count", and then one-by-one pick off each state, build a line of credibility which can be heralded publicly, and make its way to the House for the final Electoral Vote Tally. That is if the contested states don't flip before.

Trump has the where-with-all to make it happen. One of the side benefits of being well shod.

Its now an election of "logistics." Getting the goods (Truth) to the people who can best use it (State Legislatures, Congressmen, possibly the MEEDIA - for what little good that last will do. And it will probably do more than you think because everyone is wise to what the MEEDIA is trying to do.)

Its also an election of "communication" - both between Trump's field and his Re-election Group, but also between Trump and the various State Legislatures, Electors, Local GOP Party, and ultimately the Voters in each state. Look for more Trump Rallies as Trump puts pressure on the local GOP.

I hate to get my hopes up at this point - as INVAR says "hopium." I've been the whale on a nantucket sleigh ride for about three weeks now - with all the ups and downs - and "thar she blows." I'd much rather be in front of Owner's Sleigh doing a road less traveled with him. I like my sedate.

But all of THIS is what Trump is good at - excels at. Seeing a challenge, feeling out the "sensitives", addressing these, and piece by piece bit by bit taking it apart, putting it back together, making it work or changing it to all come to the objective together and on time.

Something a Democrat - who gets wrapped up in the emotion - could NEVER do or survive.

One hopes Trump can do it all in time...

From my lips to Maker's ears.

Isn't that just standard verbiage for declaring the 24th a holiday?

Optimism bias
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Optimism bias (or the optimistic bias) is a cognitive bias that causes someone to believe that they themselves are less likely to experience a negative event. It is also known as unrealistic optimism or comparative optimism.
Optimism bias is common and transcends gender, ethnicity, nationality and age. Optimistic biases are even reported in non-human animals such as rats and birds.
Four factors can cause a person to be optimistically biased: their desired end state, their cognitive mechanisms, the information they have about themselves versus others, and overall mood. The optimistic bias is seen in a number of situations. For example: people believing that they are less at risk of being a crime victim, smokers believing that they are less likely to contract lung cancer or disease than other smokers, first-time bungee jumpers believing that they are less at risk of an injury than other jumpers, or traders who think they are less exposed to potential losses in the markets.
Although the optimism bias occurs for both positive events (such as believing oneself to be more financially successful than others) and negative events (such as being less likely to have a drinking problem), there is more research and evidence suggesting that the bias is stronger for negative events (the valence effect). Different consequences result from these two types of events: positive events often lead to feelings of well being and self-esteem, while negative events lead to consequences involving more risk, such as engaging in risky behaviors and not taking precautionary measures for safety.

Special Operations forces have now been restructured to report directly to Defense Secretary Chris Miller, who replaced swamp creature Mark Esper, recently fired by Trump.

Past presidents have done similar things when the holiday falls near a weekend.
Nice guy boss giving his staff a long weekend.

In 2014, Obama gave feds the day off on Friday, Dec. 26, when Christmas fell on a Thursday. In 2012, he gave employees the day off on Monday, Dec. 24. President George W. Bush gave federal workers Monday, Dec. 24 off in both 2007 and 2001.
Do they contain a phrase like this, "The heads of executive departments and agencies may determine that certain offices and installations of their organizations, or parts thereof, must remain open and that certain employees must report for duty on December 24, 2020, for reasons of national security, defense, or other public need."

President Trump has this; remember that.

Stand back, and stand by. He'll let us know if he needs us.

Once again, he has this.

So, relax. Don't get angry to the point of doing something stupid and regrettable over what you're going to see during the next few weeks.

He has this.
If, by “has this” you mean he will remain as sitting POTUS for the next term- you are wrong.

You are wrong. In fact, you are so completely wrong, it's difficult to relay how wrong you are. In the history of being wrong, you are up there with, "The Beatles are a one-hit wonder" and "Harry Potter? Kids just aren't interested in in wizards and witches anymore." Except you are even more wrong that that. They would be amateurs in wrongness compared to your statement.

Yes, exactly the same. Here is Obamas in 2012:

Obama allowed for some exceptions to the holiday, where necessary. “The heads of executive branch departments and agencies may determine that certain offices and installations of their organizations, or parts thereof, must remain open and that certain employees must report for duty on Dec. 24, 2012, for reasons of national security, defense or other public need,” the order stated.

There was a thread about this holiday declaration by Trump.

Some of the possibilities were explored there.

If I had my tinfoil on, I'd say it was a good day to do a giant round-up. Most of the country will be at home.
And why not for previous Christmas Eves? This is the only one.

Yes, they do.

On the surface, they are the same.

The reason, could be completely different, though, yes?

Honestly no. Federal installations still need to have Federal Police, the VA still needs to have staff at the hospitals, etc etc etc.

At this point I am far more likely to win both Powerball and Megamillions on the same day than Trump is to be sitting in the Oval Office after noon on Jan 20th. We are headed towards bloodshed in this country either way. Instead of frantically grasping at straws get prepped for that. There are going to be no SF raids followed by guillotines on Christmas Eve.

If you have to ask the question, then, well...there's no helping you...I for one am not buying the "just wait till X!!!" delusions anymore. And thats what all this hopium has become now...it was borderline before and I wanted to be a believer that somehow the results would be different...but now...now its delusional and almost embarrassing.

Facts:

No states election results are going to be overturned or "redone".

The Supreme Court is not hearing any cases involving election fraud.

The electoral college has voted.

You can keep this up till Jan 6...but then Pence will count >270 electoral college votes for Biden.

The Democrats have a majority in the House...so any electoral college objection would be easily overruled in the house...even IF one senator and one house member makes an objection to a state's electoral college vote. Moreover...there have been only two instances of congressional objections (1969 and 2005) and neither passed either the House or the Senate.

For the record...I'm a realist...and reality says...based on where we're at right now...all the "facets" of this "multi-faceted plan" is over. It's a bitter pill to swallow...something VERY unpleasant...but it IS reality.

I want to see either or both of: A) Texas sends in 100 Electoral votes, and/or B) when it's time to tabulate EV in the Senate, Pence just throws the ones from swing states into a waiting receptacle that has a charcoal fire going, announcing the EV totals without their EV. When asked, he would just say "Everyone with an IQ higher than a prune pit knows they're bogus", sit down with a smile, put in earplugs, and start reading a novel.

Tremendous evidence pouring in on voter fraud. There has never been anything like this in our Country!

So? No one in any institution of authority gives a shit or is going to do anything about it.

If you are going to do something about it - you better do it like yesterday, because as far as we can see, you are just bitching about it for appearance's sake, while doing nothing.

The deep state surely believes "they've got this" to be bold enough to blatantly and openly steal the presidential election in the USA.

On or before Jan. 20 we should know who's correct.

I'd throw in the towel too if it was anyone but Trump.

Fascinating time to be alive.
