PRYR RQST Tribute to my dog in corkboard

I know a lot of people lose animals.

I am about to lose a beloved Great Pyr we have had for fourteen years.

My prayer request is not for my beloved Noel as she has had her allotted time, but for me to be able to handle what is coming tomorrow and the next few days.

I can barely see to type this post.

So sorry to read this re your dog! We had a Lab mix for 15 and a half years. We had her
Mother before her. It’s painful to lose them because they are family! Prayers sent !

Aww : ( She's a piece of your heart, and it is going to hurt...but you've been doing your grieving for quite a while, and the hurt of watching her decline will now stand side by side with the relief of knowing she's free, happy and ok again- and that is going to help leech some of the bitterness from the blade's bite for you. It is just different with Great Pyrs>>>>I feel in love with the breed when I first saw them and they have been EVERYTHING I hoped for and MORE!! They are such intelligent and kind creatures, so full of protectiveness and caring for others.

I know how very hard this is for you. I am sorry. It is the difficulty when we love something so much and it loves us in return, to have to say goodbye before we are ready.

If you have determined this is the step you must take then I pray you find the courage and wisdom not to allow your best friend to suffer..... remember her for the joy she had in life, for the mischief in her eyes, for the comfort she gave you and the love that she returned a thousand fold......she will not forget you.

I've lost pups literally decades ago for whom I still mourn. They truly leave a mark on our hearts and souls. We mourn your loss with you and look to the day you are with your dear pup again. God gave them to us for a reason, and He loves even better than we do <3
