I am not a Doctor - what I'm about to post is from my own research, and is not medical advice. You must do your own research and be comfortable with the information you find before implementing any change.
Understand? What follows isn't medical advice!
A number of studies have indicated that Hydroxychloroquine is only effective, if at all, early in the infection. If a person has proceeded to multi-symptom stage, I would be concerned it's getting late in the game for it to work.
Vit. D3 (the supplement) takes two weeks to metabolize into the usable form; which is 25-hydroxycholecalcipherol. The 25-Hydroxy version is available by prescription, if a physician is up on the research and willing to provide it; I believe it requires IV or injection. The prescribed version would be essentially immediately bio-available. It is appearing from medical studies that sufficient D in your system is a clear indicator for better likely outcomes.
Zinc and Quercetin are over the counter supplements and could be taken immediately if available locally and your health permit it. Quercetin acts as a Zinc Ionophore, which is theorized to be the mechanism that Hydroxychloroquine is effective through (if you believe it's effective at all.)
Selenium has been mentioned as a possible aid. Available as a supplement, I've been eating Brazil nuts (high in Selenium - 1 or 2 a day) for the boost.
I would purchase a finger pulse oximeter either locally or through amazon for immediate delivery. When I purchased mine, it was about $15 with free delivery through Prime.
The Finger Pulse Oximeter allows you to easily monitor O2 Saturations in the bloodstream - which should give an early warning if things are taking a turn for the worse... 98-99% are normal for healthy young folk. If I were watching my O2 sats and saw them drop below 92, I'd be headed to the emergency room.
This is the short version of the info that has been shared for months on the long CV thread. Much more info is there if you are willing to take the time to peruse or search it.
Again, I am not a Doctor; I am not giving medical advice, and you must decide with care what you will do in your own situation. I highly recommend that you and your partner seek competent medical care if you think you have been exposed to the CV19 virus, as a medical professional would likely have a far better understanding of your particular situations than any member of a internet forum.
OK, now that's out of the way, Here's my medical advice: SEE A DOCTOR.
