I thought I'd post the most Awesome and easy Hot Buffalo Wing Dip that several of my friends who are retired Seahawk players have requested of me for this sunday's game.

They all said to make two batches because one was not enough last Christmas Eve...

This is soooo easy to make and tastes so good, you'll want to eat it til you pop!

No matter which team you favor, this dip is always a hit.

SERVINGS: 4 cups dip
PREP TIME: 5
COOK TIME: 20
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or your favorite shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
COMBINE all ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish.
BAKE 20 min. or until mixture is heated through; stir. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

I just soften the cream cheese by putting it into the microwave til its really nice and gooey, I use blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing and two 12.5 oz. cans of white chicken breast meat, Costco's Kirkland brand canned chicken is the best and I keep it always in stock in my pantry. Any brand will do really.

I serve this dip with crakers and celery sticks (for those who are watching their carbs).

And yep, they all said, "Hey Vee, could you Please make two bowls this time?" I caught one of them licking the rest out of the dip bowl last Christmas. He said he was 'helping me clean up'. :D

Anyway, it's a nice easy dip to make at a moment's notice!

Now all I need to do is make my Seahawk M&M cookies.

I use the Toll House chocolate chip recipe that's on the bag and just replace the chocolate chips with blue and green M&M's.

The real secret to this recipe is that I add 1/2 cup of Carnation's brand Malted Milk powder (it will be creamy coloured and say Original on the container) to the wet part of the mix which is the sugar/butter/vanilla bowl. I always add 1 tablespoon of Vanilla instead of the 1 teaspoon the recipe always calls for.

Bronco fans can use the orange, blue and white M&M's. V

Sounds delicious, vessie! I always make about 16 pounds of wings (traditional Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan) for my crew.

Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Thanks Berta, this is an awesome dip and it is less messy to eat than the wings which I always make but is more work to make and clean up.

The men always want their wings! V

I make this a lot, and the whole family likes it. I make it with Ranch, and my home canned chicken. There are a lot of times that I actually make a meal out it.
