Thank you again, everyone, for your prayers. I have no doubt they saved me.

Saying that, I'm gonna take a couple days away and just rest. I think I should do some "normal" stuff (TB2K IS normal for me), maybe do some cooking or play Scrabble with my kids. If you don't see me on for a few days, don't worry, someone will post if anything is wrong, which I don't expect there to be.

I'm doing a little better today, but still shaky. I expect to be fine in the end.

To all LEOs--there has been no press release on my incident issued yet, (copycat issues I was told) so please keep this incident in mind when you hit the street. I expect a bulletin will go out to departments probably tomorrow, but it still looks like I was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

That means you could be, too. Do a double back before you park anywhere for a meal or coffee or when responding to a call.

Over the weekend I've spent a lot of time thinking about you.

The end conclusion each time was to thank our gracious God for His arms of protection around you.

The horrible "what if's" that go with this scenerio only magnify His Love and Protection on you.
