Super rare planetary alignment from April 17; Saturn, Mars, Venus and Jupiter to line up in a rare celestial spectacle Planet are aligning themselves in a straight line, find out why does this happen and how can you see this rare celestial spectacle Stargazers and astronomers and others will soon be able to witness a super rare celestial spectacle from the last week of April onwards. Five planets are aligning themselves and can be seen from Earth, in a phenomenon known as the “Planetary Parade”. The term Planetary Parade is widely used in astronomy to denote a celestial event that takes place when planets in the solar system line up in a row in the same area of the sky, as seen from earth. The alignment or lining up of planets is about visual perspective, as all planets have different orbits and will never be in a straight line when viewed from the top of the solar system. However, from the perspective of Earth, the planet will be visible in a row starting April 20th The three planets Venus, Saturn, and Mars are clustering together from Earth's northern hemisphere since March 2022. On April 17, Jupiter will align with the other three planets, making this a rare four-planet alignment. Mercury will join in, in mid-June, followed by the Moon on June 17. On June 24, all of the other planets of the Solar System–Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus – will join together in an even grander planetary alignment.
