I can't imagine being able to do so many things! I used to quilt when I was young, but just couldn't stick with it. I always wanted to try to make soap, but figured I would burn myself using lye.

Wow, a gal after my own heart. For those of you who call it talent............it's called hard work and determination to do for yourself and have everything in your lives pass through your hands so that you know how it's made, what it was made of, when it was made and what's in it. Yes, it does take a good eye but even that develops with alot of practice. Try it!

I cannot imagine the hundreds of thousands of hours that went into these few items you've been so kind as to share with us. The love you put into your work shows.

I can and preserve, crochet, paint, garden, sew, make soap, and am a cake decorator and baker by trade but I would love to learn to quilt. I'm currently teaching myself to knit but mine doesn't look like your wooden loom type rack. I'm using two knitting needles to start.

Keep up the great work.

Thank you all so much for the kind comments. I had my dear hubby build the knitting board for me :) easier on my hands then knitting needles. I also can, dry foods, help butcher, love to take pictures, make things like our solar oven, bead, crochet, cross stitch, been teaching myself to make socks with knitting needles lol.
I have been writing and doing the self publishing thing since i am a nobody and cant get published any other way lol.
