It's hard to sore with the eagles when all you have is turkeys around you.

So I've learned to "talk turkey" the BBC had a great piece where this guy raises a few in the woods. It was a hour long piece at least and highly recommend it. I learned alot.

Yes same as a chicken.Most people scald. We tried scalding when we were kids. Couldn't stand it and plucked dry all our lives.
