I'm internet stumped again. I've had on ABC.com and there has been nice music and a ton of people milling around. Concert is fine, but sure, I'd like to see what Melania is wearing...LOL! What am I missing? I thought they were supposed to go to three different balls. And, maybe...actually dance? I guess maybe I've never watched an inaugural ball. And I still don't make my way around the internet so well, searched for inaugural balls streaming but just the same one concert thing. So am I missing something, or is this all there is?
So is anyone watching the inaugural balls?

I've been watching the ongoing riots all around DC, especially when the people going to one of the gala ball had to run a gauntlet of screaming, violent Snowflakes. Yep, Obama and his pet NG Traitor General set up the security collapse perfectly to throw DC into chaos and change the meme from Trump's triumph, to chaos in the American capital. They are doing a pretty good job of it too.

I'm watching the balls, I wanted to see the dresses too. Melania's is not as spectacular as I expected. Not sure about the streamer stuck on the front but it is an elegant dress.
It was the white band sticking out from the front and going down that I didn't like so much, only because it reminded me of a clear racetrack my grandson has that mounts to the wall. It makes it look like the cars are racing thru the air.
PRAISE GOD THAT ADULTS ARE RUNNING THE COUNTRY AGAIN.

All day starting at about 8:00 am, but took a break for about 3 hours to just get out of the house. Back watching. I broke down with the parade, I'm a sucker for marching bands, I saw the West Monroe High School band, The San Marcos side steppers and the Tuscalosa (badly spelled) College Marching Band. I stood with my hand over my heart in my bedroom when they said the pledge of allegance. I was in the Navy so this kind of thing gets to me.
I was so scared he would get assignated before he was sworn in. I have to put him in God's hands and quit worrying myself half crazy about him.
As for Meliana's dress, its lovely and prudent of her not to change for each ball. Mrs. Pence looked nice too, but she's a bit frumpy, although who wouldn't be next to our new first lady.

That was my least favorite part of it, too. I said to hubby that it looked like some sort of tubing. If that were taken off, I'd like it. But, she definitely looked good in it. I LOVED her Jackie O inspired blue outfit for the rest of the day, though.
This says it all! For too long we've had a bunch of petulant children running the country. It's time the adults put us back on the right track.
It was lovely. The piece down the front added a softening and movement to the whole effect, otherwise, it would have been a pretty dull presentation.
All of the Trump ladies looked great. But one of the big reasons is that they were all either professional models themselves, or were raised by professional models. They learned how to carry themselves, and to do it elegantly. Really, if you look at her critically, Melania is big-boned and has good strong, well sprung child-bearing hips and big shoulders. Most models do. And she is tall. But the main difference between her and Michelle Obama (definitely built like an Amazon or an athlete) is that she never learned to carry herself. Poor posture and clunky. That and about 30-40 lbs. But mostly, it's carriage.

I liked the organza pleated part of her dress, it gave it additional lines and it takes some talent to get it to stay proud of the dress body like that and not have it just flop over. Anyway, I loved the simplicity of the dress. The fact that she wore the same dress for all three balls shows some common sense.

Watched the pre-inauguration celebration, the inauguration, most of the parade (about had a heart attack when they got out to walk) and the balls. It all was done well and with taste. Nothing over the top but just enough. And might I add, I did not miss the 60 or so cry baby democrats that didn't attend nor did I miss the Hollyweird elite that proclaimed to the world that THEY would not be performing (even though a lot of them weren't even asked). It opened my horizons to some totally different performers that I may not have ever had the opportunity to see. And as for the fashion designers that proudly proclaimed they wouldn't dress Melania...first off were you even asked? Secondly, too bad for you! She has the ability to make your worst design look like a million bucks. Women will be knocking down the doors of the designers that dressed her or will dress her. Now who looks like a total jackass?

At the Armed Services Ball it looks like Melania is singing the chorus "I will always love you.". as they dance.
The Trump ladies are outstanding. It was a joy to see them all so beautifully dressed and poised. Mrs. Pence looked wonderful too. Your new First Lady is such a knockout in everyway. It's impossible to get enough of her. Her demeanor is also exemplary. President Trump is truly blessed.
It's been so long since I allowed any emotional response to patriotism.........have been so jaded and cynical...........but I too stood and put my hand over heart as Evancho sang and am so glad to see lovely women and manly men!!!!!!!!!!! I pray God grants counsel/guidance/courage/truth/strength/protection/blessings/favor to all who truly love our land........May God forgive America and bless His people and all who desire peace, prosperity, and civility...........

That is fantastic and I can bet line unit soldiers all over the world were cheering when they saw this. The visuals of enlisted soldiers not only mingling, but DANCING with their commander in chief and his wife is a HUGE morale booster. President Trump just proved to the dogfaces all over the world he cares for THEM.
