<b>Fish Dinner</b>

Broiled Sea Bass in Turmeric glaze

Broccolis with cheese sauce

Creamed Onions with peas and mushrooms.

Store Bought Refrigerator Rolls

<b>Fish:</b>
Cut the fish into serving portions about 2-3 hrs before grilling
Rub fish all over with
---- Turmeric
---- Brown Sugar
---- Garlic Salt
---- Soy Sauce just enough to moisten but not be runny

<b>Broccoli:</b>
Cut the Broccoli in to long spears about 5-6” long. Discard end of broccols.
Steam the Broccolis in a water based sauce that includes:
---- Wine
---- Cloves
---- Orange Peels

Make the cheese sauce using:
---- Butter and Whole flour to make béchamel (2 tablespoons butter)
---- Cream and Milk
---- Grated Tillamook and Sharp White Cracker Barrel cheese
---- Dry Mustard
---- Sherry (very little)
---- Dill Weed

<b>Creamed Onions:</b>
Peel 2 cups of small boiling onions
Boil the onions in a very strong beef broth base

Sauté the mushrooms (about 1 cup) in butter and
2 cloves of garlic minced

Drain the onions, add to the mushrooms, add frozen peas for color.
Add Cream
Warm on medium heat till peas defrost.
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Top
