ALERT Rittenhouse Defense in court bringing up software prohibitions for the still photo the crime lab created.

Prosecution and Defense called in because the Jury has a question about viewing videos. Defense is stating they don't want the video that they were provided the lower resolution copy seen by the Jury. They also stated the length of the video has been altered. Then they went further stated the software that the crime lab used to create the image that brought in Provocation as a second count has a disclaimer that an enhanced image cannot be used as forensic evidence in court.
