I was watching the livesteam of that BLM march that went through PA the last couple of days and people in the comments were saying that that there are protesters in front of the white house right now and "DC is about to get LIT". The marchers are in their cars now hoping to make it to DC tonight.

Two HMX-1 Ospreys are sitting on the alert end of the runway at Andrews this evening. AND an E-4B came in around 2pm. A USAF lear jet left at 3pm, and MDW choppers have been in and out all day. A C-17 came in around 1pm. Was working near the end of the runway today, got in about 45 minutes ago. Andrews AFB seemed pretty busy.

It's not illegal that I'm aware of. But, the security details, WH media people and security details are probably being paid by the RNC rather than the .gov though. When he flies to rallies on AF1, RNC pays for the plane rather than the .gov
