Help Refridgerator Thermometer

I am looking for a way to monitor the temps in the refidgerator in my fifth wheel.

I've seen all different types online - wireless with sensors, a display board with a wired probe and even one where you drill a hole through the door and mount the thermometer on the outside.

So what works?

I just use the kind that hangs on a shelf. Works for me to keep with fridg and freezer temps. And they are not expensive.
