I haven't tried this yet but will post after using it in a cream pie recipe today. Worth a try. :shr:

1 1/3 cup Nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup splenda
In glass measuring cup stir together milk powder & water till it's a paste. Cover and microwave on high for 45 seconds or until hot but not boiling.

Stir in Splenda.

Cover and store in fridge. Chill at least 2 hrs before using.

Keeps for 2 weeks and makes 12 oz.

I used it in a pie recipe and it tasted fine. I let it set in the fridge for a few days. I heat 4 oz of unsweetened chocolate with the milk in microwave and stir until blended, let it cool. Then add whipped cream made with Splenda and let it chill for a few hours. It makes the best chocolate cream pie filling or pudding!
