1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tablespoon fresh parsley flakes or 1 teaspoon dried
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups prepared Marinara sauce of choice

Mix all of the above together blending well. Shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Bake on cake racks set on top of cookie sheets in a 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned. (Makes approx. 50 meatballs)

Note: These freeze great, so make a bunch to keep for emergencies. I always triple the recipe and freeze in packages of 20 after cooking. To use after being frozen, just microwave on high for about 5-8 minutes or throw into some plain sauce your going to use on spaghetti.
