Fake Rotisserie Chicken

Roll up balls out of aluminum foil (around 1 to 1 1/2 inch in size) and cover bottom of crock pot. Put a whole chicken and sit on top of balls in crock pot. Rub any seasoning or spice you like all over chicken. Add NO liquid. Cook on low all day (8 hrs.) It's so juicy and moist, wonderful.

If your chicken is too big for the crockpot just use foil to cover the pot with the chicken in it. Works great.

Ohhhhhhhh...this sounds yummy! I LOVE crock pot recipes...got pinto beans and ham in mine as we speak. Goinghome to that yummy smell and to bake some corn bread to go with...now come on 5:30!

I'll be trying this one soon, we love rotisserie chicky!
