These two students have been admitted into Yale Medical Center and are in quarantine for suspected Ebola.
I do not yet have any test results.
It's been reported this is just a precaution, as they supposedly did not have any symptoms or close contact,
however there's about 150 people arriving here from from Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone daily and none are
ever put into hospital quarantine without symptoms or at least history of close contact with infected people.
How these two got here (commercial flight?) and then were transported to hospital (ambulance?) is unknown
and I've been unable to find any news more on them. Even that they are in the hospital is not in the news as
of this posting. Just that they were voluntarily going to quarantine, as a precaution, is all the news reported,
and that they'd had no contact or symptoms, which left readers thinking they might just be planning to stay
at home for three weeks catching up on their favorite missed NetFlix serials.
Somethings not right here, and if their tests are positive, it needs to be revealed what did they really know
about their potential to already have been infected before leaving Liberia and how did they get here and whom
else had contact with them all along the way before going into hospital isolation. If positive for Ebola, we might
have here a case of privileged skirting of rules for a couple Yale doctoral students, thus putting all else at risk.

Y'all need to also understand that quarantine happens to be settled Public Health Case Law, from the teens, twenties and thirties.
In the activity of protecting the greater population, the gov't can restrict your movement to your home.
Now if there are vax's available (there are none as of today) GETTING one might easily remove the quarantine order.
Understand that, given what tools we have, quarantine is THE ONLY EFFECTIVE TOOL TO PREVENT THE SPREAD of Ebola/EV-D68/Influenza/etc.
Best wrap your mind around the FACT that if you aren't ALREADY PLANNING to shelter-in-place/quarantine your self, the gov't may well need to order you to do this. PURELY in the public interest. And believe me you will agree with them.

i got no problem with that...already prepped for it. but if you try to forcibly vaccinate me against my will you'll have to kill me first and i'll take as many with me as possible before that.
