Just a heads up for those that may be in the market for a pea-shooter.

I would expect the .40S&W version to be a bit brisk in the recoil department for a lot of shooters who might prefer a smaller platform like the Shield.

That is likely why the .40 version starts out $40 cheaper than the 9mm version. The same $75 rebate applies to both.

The .40 was linked just as an example; for anyone in the market a general browse of their daily deals may be worth while. They've got the Shields, AR's, Kits, etc. etc

Less than $250 on the Shield 9mm seems a pretty good deal. What were they originally, like $459?

This is also one place I have bought an ar15 parts kit from and been happy with it, but don't have many rounds through it.

On other sites a lot of folks are putting some rounds through em and while not "the best ever" they are more than nice for the price I feel.
