OP-ED Promises & Words and What Real Results???? How Fed Up Are You????

Texican

Live Free & Die Free.... God Freedom Country....
For President Trump's time in office, the following has been repeatedly stated:

Arrests will be made of the deep state criminals.... None yet....

The southern border wall will be built.... No wall....

Over 22,000,000 illegals, criminals and terrorists are in America.... How many will enter that should be stopped and sent back???? A few here and there while more Americans are murdered, raped and harmed....

An invading force that is estimated at over 10,000 which includes criminals and terrorists is headed to our southern border, which Mexico was to stop.... And 800 support troops being sent to the southern border....

President Trump, when will you take real action and fulfill your promises????

It is getting late in the game....

President Trump, you are our President and Patriotic Americans are ready to step up, but action by you is required, not words and promises....

President Trump, it is your duty to protect Americans and America.... Do your job....

So, how feed up are you????

Texican....

I'm amazed at the promises that THE PRESIDENT HAS KEPT.....so far.

The game isn't over yet....let's let the President do his thing. :D

BTW, he's gotten much further down the road to affecting/slowing down the deep state than I ever imagined he'd get....

So far, in my personal "History Book"...Trump is the greatest President in the entire history of AMERICA!!!!

"He's not Hillary" is about the same thing I've been saying all along. He's Trump, and anything is negotiable.

I am stating fact about President Trump's lack of action in protecting America and Americans....

The American troops on our southern border are there for logistical support... WTF....

As I have stated, I love President Trump and what he has accomplished so far, but the harder decisions have to be made and the longer President Trump waits to take decisive action, the worse the outcome will be....

What has President Trump done to secure our southern border???? Sent troops to provide logistical support and yet illegals, criminals, terrorists and drugs still cross our southern border.... Ineffective....

As Americans, we have the right to be protected in America from the continued invasions of America by our American troops.... Put armed American troops on our borders with the right to use what ever force that is needed to stop the invasions of America....

President Trump was elected to secure our borders and drain the swamp.... So far, President Trumps actions are failing....

Yes, it is hard to accomplish anything in DC with all of the push back, but President Trump has a pen and lots of paper and President Trump can issue Executive Orders and will have the backing of Patriotic Americans....

Actions, not words are needed to secure America....

And the speed at which PDJT has been dismantling DC is really astonishing.

So is the speed with which DC has been ablating Trump in the process.

Nothing much else needs to be said. I'm only fed up with what the left is doing, they have flung everything at Trump to get him out of office and nothing sticks. Trump is our Teflon President, no oil needed.

considering the obstruction and push back that he has been working against, from both parties, he has accomplished a great deal--but not all that he has spoken of

the mid terms could be a make or break moment for his "causes"----if the dhims come out big he will have an excuse --if the repubs win big it will be expected for the pace to pick up

I am not a yuge trumper but I do like much of what he has done and have certain expectations of his future performance and try to remember that he is somewhat hobbled by his own party

Trump is a president, not an emperor or king. He has to work with Congress and many are obstructionist or treasonous. He can't do everything with executive orders--that was one of the things we hated about Obama. I don't know if he can deploy the military within the continental US unless it is an military invasion. Is your intention (Texican) to discourage people from supporting Trump? Do you think any of the people that ran against Trump would be doing better? Do you understand how entrenched the progressives are and how every intelligence organization and the DOJ are full of people who are obstructing everything Trump does? I'm not a cheerleader, but I'm not going to discourage people from supporting Trump and other Republicans at this point in time close to the midterms. We need more support from the people of America to continue restoring the rule of law and the culture.

Whatever President Trump does to restore this country, I am thankful to God for putting him there.
However I believe it will all be temporary and this Nation will fall. As will every man-made government.
I am grateful and frightened both, for seeing theses days.

Ya know, I thank God every day that Hillary is NOT president. That said, I'm fed up with the cloak and dagger feel that seems to have stricken the folks who voted Trump in. The great plan, the chess game, etc. Yep, I'm fed up with it.
Our country is being overrun by illegals and downright terrorists. But because it is an election year, he can't do anything. Really? Why not? Bad optics or gotta get those republicans back in office or some other crap like that.
He ran on not being a politician but he has fast acquired the traits of the rat bastards. He needs to say what he means and mean what he says.
I'm tired of the bullshit.

The 289 accomplishments that is repeatedly put out there is not covering what is going on right NOW in this country. I want him to accomplish what he promised that he would do.
All of those things are well and good but he ran on 3 to 5 specific things that got him the votes. I want those accomplished.

I voted for Trump and even donated to the campaign, not because I had high hopes for him as President but because I wanted to send DC a giant FU and screw with their machine. I have to say that I have been more than a little impressed with all that he has accomplished so far and he has done a far better job than I ever expected even with all of the road blocks that have been thrown in his way.

I can say that in a couple of years I will be voting for him again only this time it won't be just to send a FU to DC but because for all of his shortcomings he has done better than any president in my lifetime at promoting America and real American values. And for those that are complaining that he hasn't done enough, remember he is only I part of the equation and the legislative branch and the judicial branch have quite an effect on what he can or can't do.

I'm not fed up at all-in fact I'm ecstatic as what he's accomplished.
As for the items you list; he's working on it. He's a president working within the limits of that oh so novel concept called rule of law. He isn't signing one executive order/ king's decree after another to circumvent the law like our chocolate messiah did. You do remember Barak Osama and the fun he had with executive orders, right?

President Trump is the best president in a generation-I'd say be patient. DC got turned on upside down on it's ears when he got elected, and he is cleaning house and making things happen faster than any president in modern history. He will do as he says, be patient.

When you walk down 14th st here during lunch time and overhear govt. employees worrying about their jobs if they don't produce-then yes, our president is doing his job and doing it well. He's got the DC swamp quaking in their boots.

His slogan, "Promises made, promises kept" isn't idle rhetoric. He will get it done.

Texican....

President Trump has been successful by almost any standard, except maybe if you are a leftist liberal. I hope and pray that GOD will shield him and grant us four more years of his leadership and that more of these objectives can be accomplished and he is definately leading our nation in a way that it hasn't gone in quite sometime and I am thankful for this change. Leaders lead not like our last joke in the office.

He ran on not being a politician but he has fast acquired the traits of the rat bastards. He needs to say what he means and mean what he says.

Your statement shows how shallow your understanding of realpolitik is. Trump has to not piss off the voters so his party has a chance of keeping power. He has to not piss off the arrogant bastards of his own party in Congress, so he has some chance of getting things done that actually benefit the country. This all consists entirely of backroom dealmaking and compromise. I have been shocked that he’s gotten so many judges into the court system. That’s where the REAL legacy is. There hasn’t been time for cases to go through the various courts where Trump-appointed judges now hold sway.

ETA: There are many people, both on TB and IRL, who expected that Trump would LITERALLY take a flamethrower to Congress. They cannot get past the fact that he really does try to follow the law. You people need to stop your g*ddamn pearl-clutching. If you don’t like it, get off your asses and run for the office yourselves.

I keep hearing excuses. I'm guessing people are listening to "Q" and waiting for the hammer to drop. Watching the 'game' play out and such.
You have your opinions, I have mine.
I'm not seeing what I thought I would see by now.

I was just thinking about that poll that someone put up not long after Trump was elected. Something about how long do you give him to get things done, I think. If I knew the name of it, I'd try a search. I wonder how that would go at this point?

ETA: "he really does try to follow the law"? When will he start following the Constitution? We all know that laws are often not constitutional nor right. And to abide by an Obama judge's ruling is the insane route.

Be Well

may all be well
I'm not fed up at all-in fact I'm ecstatic as what he's accomplished.

Blacknarwhal

Let's Go Brandon!
The 289 accomplishments that is repeatedly put out there is not covering what is going on right NOW in this country. I want him to accomplish what he promised that he would do.
All of those things are well and good but he ran on 3 to 5 specific things that got him the votes. I want those accomplished.

"What have you done for me LATELY?", eh?

Frankly, considering what he's already done, in the environment he's in, you should be GRATEFUL we've got Trump.

He's done better than anyone else in that situation could have done. Be content with that much, if nothing else.

If that's not enough, just go here

https://www.promiseskept.com/

and get on the mailing list so they'll keep you updated when he keeps yet another promise.

Well. I was going to say best president in history but I thought I'd be humble, like our president.
I'm still thrilled he is our president. The "new ain't wore off him yet".

A generation? Longer than that.

When the hammer of justice starts to fall, a lot of people here are going to need How to Cook Crow cookbooks.

He made a lot of promises. He has delivered on a fair number so far. He can't do it all at once. There are many he will never be able to deliver. Such is the world of poitics. But at least he's trying! What he has done and whatever he does in the future is one HELL of a lot better than Hitlery would have done!!

If nothing else we should all thank God for our supreme court due to his appointmens. This alone will shape our country for decades.

No one will ever make me question our President!!! I’m so proud of him, and honestly he’s probably going to be marked by history as one of the best Presidents we’ve ever had.

That’s the way I feel for now, at least.

I do know president Trump is a very considerate president, in addition to being a man that gets things done.

Here's a little thing those in other parts of the country might not be aware of.

When we had Osama he would take a motorcade to seemingly everywhere in DC. ALL. The . TIME.
A presidential motorcade to Ben's Chili Bowl for God's sake. 10 blocks from the WH and it's a 20 car motorcade. Do you know what traffic is like when your'e held up for a motorcade? During rush hour?? An extra hour to get home, that's what it is. That bastard liked to ride in that limo-not thinking about us working stiffs sitting in traffic for an hour because he wanted to go get a Slurpee..............

President Trump is very considerate by comparison-his motorcades are far less frequent than Osama's-and they generally take place AFTER rush hour. He uses HMX-1 choppers to get around if he needs to go somewhere in DC during the day. The choppers are on call 24/7 and budgeted (unlike the motorcade on a whim, which shoots up overtime costs for the officers stuck working it) and it's safer anyway.

Our president thinks about, and is considerate of us working stiffs. Osama would probably look at us deplorables and say, "let them eat cake".

The end times are here.

Buncha whiny assholes...

That pretty much sums it up!

Let's Go Brandon!
I do know president Trump is a very considerate president, in addition to being a man that gets things done.

Here's a little thing those in other parts of the country might not be aware of.

When we had Osama he would take a motorcade to seemingly everywhere in DC. ALL. The . TIME.

And you never hear about this kind of thing from the MSM. There's plenty of points like this, too; that woman who sent him the quilt, he sent a thank you note. The nine year old who sent Trump $3 after hearing Trump's salary was just $1, he got a signed photo and a personal letter. That's Trump all over.

Be Well

may all be well
Well. I was going to say best president in history but I thought I'd be humble, like our president.
I'm still thrilled he is our president. The "new ain't wore off him yet".

I'm actually amazed he's done so well considering the media is against him, the dems are against him, Rinos are against him and Never Trumpers are against him.

Just wait until after the elections when a lot of Rinos and weak sisters in Congress are replaced with real good guys and gals, and Rs still have a majority in the House and bigger majority in the Senate. (AND McInsane is GONE YIPPEEEE!)

What I'm sick of is puerile whiners with no grasp of reality.

Bingo. I am grateful EVERY SINGLE DAY for this man. I can't thank God enough.

You know, one word in the alleged armed forces purpose hit me - "infrastructure." How long would it take the military with chopper support to put up some sort of wall? (of course some of this is private land, but it could be symbolic like a line in the sand.)

Sunny, get off your ass and run for the office instead of bitching.

No, I'm not that stupid. Nor am I as power hungry and whatever else politicians are who run for office.

Now, why is it that y'all have to turn this personal instead of address the points that have been brought up?
I am not satisfied with the situation on the border. Mexico was supposed to pay for the wall. Now, we are waiting on congress to give him the money to do it with.
The fact that he admitted that the reason he would say "Lock her up!" at his rallies was to get elected. THAT is a sign of a politician. I, for one, want her locked up.
There are things he ran on that are still in limbo. Isn't there?

"What have you done for me LATELY?", eh?

Frankly, considering what he's already done, in the environment he's in, you should be GRATEFUL we've got Trump.

He's done better than anyone else in that situation could have done. Be content with that much, if nothing else.

If that's not enough, just go here

and get on the mailing list so they'll keep you updated when he keeps yet another promise.

No, thank you. I don't want to be on a government list.
And, no, the things I want have nothing to do with me. The border, locking Hillary up and getting rid of obamacare. Don't you agree that those are some of the major things he ran on?

Texican....

We must remember that some of what the Prez wants to do is at the mercy of Congress authorizing the necessary funds. The wall is a great example of this problem.

He is not a dictator shouting orders. He IS the President atop a multi tiered FedGov...executive, legislative and judicial. Some things must work through the system.
