This happened months ago. A holes had rt95 in the middle of Philly shut down to jerk off and drive cars in circles.
Kid ****ed around and found out that the state police will shoot your ass if you try and run them over.

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The parents of an 18-year-old Delaware County driver have filed a lawsuit, claiming Pennsylvania State Troopers used excessive force in shooting him to death in 2023, as vehicles were drag racing and doing burnouts on I-95 near Penn's Landing.

The parents of Anthony Allegrini Jr. and the three passengers who were in his Audi S4 the night he died allege in the lawsuit that State Police used excessive force when they shot the teen in the chest and then deliberately denied him life-saving medical help. Joseph Oxman, one of the family’s attorneys, says the teen was left lying on the ground for “over an hour.”

“We allege that not only was Anthony shot, but he was left to bleed to death on the side of the road,” he said.

Authorities say as their troopers walked toward the vehicle, they say Allegrini “failed to yield,” and drove his vehicle toward two state troopers, hitting them. This led to one trooper firing a shot through the front windshield of the car. The office of District Attorney Larry Krasner opened a separate investigation into Allegrini’s death.
According to the other family attorney Enrique Latoison, a seeming lack of new information from the DA and State Police is why the lawsuit is proceeding from the family.

“Nothing has happened at this point, and we no longer wanted to wait any longer,” he said. ”The bottom line is, the family is going to get justice in this matter one way or another.”
KYW contacted the PA State Police and the Office of District Attorney Larry Krasner. Both declined to comment given the ongoing investigation.

I hope it never gets to a Philadelphia Jury. I can't imagine they are any less corrupt than a DC jury.

Even in the late 80s, illegals and newly imported Mongs would have illegal car meets/drag races, blocking traffic and gang fights near Fresno Ca. city limits. But since most where not American citizens or people with assets, they just let them do their things. Sometimes for show they crackdown, but all the cops can do is impound cars, because you can't fine a illegal or new citizens that have nothing (in the bank, etc..) they simply get off easy.

Plus when cops use their time on illegals they don't get their progress reports filed correctly. Because only a valid state issued license (citizen ID) will cross reference to the S.S.# that completes the progress reports. And homeless or brand new citizen have nothing to pay the fines, and don't really mind free room and board for a few days.

The OP is sad, but I bet if they was illegals or alike, the local cops would of stood down as usual.

I wonder who owned the Audi the kid was driving. The troopers that were run over should sue the parents.
