The more the .gov ramps up the pressure, and the more I have prayed about it, the more sure I become that I'm doing the right thing by refusing their poison. That reassurance gives me strength for what will surely be a bigger fight to come. They're not going to get me. As someone else wrote recently, I also feel pretty cool about the fact that I survived the biggest psyop in world history.
No offense but I don't need prayer to figure out this is the wrong thing to do. I guess I reserve prayer requests for guidance on more soulful topics. Like praying for people to redeem themselves (myself included). This vaxx thing is a slam dunk wrong thing to do in my eyes.

Others may think .gov is always looking out for the citizenry which couldn't be further from the truth. We are soooo far away from a Constitutional Republic we may as well be on Mars.

I feel for you, Meadowlark. Our son took the wretched shot, ( J&J) feeling that he had no choice. He's working for a company that works with the Navy, so I don't know if this will change anything for them or not. I wish he'd waited. He thought he'd better take it while he was still living at home, should he get sick, rather than be far from home, alone, in an apartment. ( and there was a deadline, November 8th I think it was) He did have a rough couple of days but so far so good. Meanwhile, I've been a wreck over it. Keep checking the calendar and counting the weeks since he had it. So many people seem to develop problems a couple of months post vax.

Challenges to Joe Biden’s OSHA vax mandate was assigned to the conservative-leaning 6th US Circuit Court of Appeals after a ping-pong lottery.
In September the Biden Regime targeted the private sector and mandated all employees get jabbed or tested weekly for Covid… OR ELSE.
In addition to telling all 2.1 million federal employees to get jabbed or face firing, the Biden regime mandated all companies with 100+ employees to either test workers or prove they are vaccinated.
Small businesses that do not comply with the Biden Regime’s new Covid mandates will face hefty fines.

The mandate was supposed to go into effect January 4, 2022.
However the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on Friday evening upheld its decision to put a halt on Biden’s vax mandate for businesses with 100 employees.
Challenges to the Fifth Circuit’s ruling landed in the 6th Circuit after a ping-pong ball lottery.
“The DC-based Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation conducted the lottery. Under the unusual system mandated by Congress, officials will the name of each of the judicial circuits with an active challenge on a ping pong ball which was then placed in a solid wood raffle drum. Panel clerk John Nichols drew the ball, with an operations supervisor as the signed witness, according to court records.” CNN reported.
Although the 6th Circuit has twice as many judges appointed by Republican presidents, the three-judge panel (which has yet to be determined) could still be stacked with liberals.

While that is true, they can. However to a lot of employers, to enforce a mandate on their own, would mean go woke, go broke. Employees walking off the job.

One of the things appearing now in our local paper is employment notices with the added line "No Vaccine Required."

That’s the way contracts work.” This applies in other situations, such as government shutdowns, in which “just because the customer isn't open doesn't mean you stop working on your contract.”

Spineless beaurocrate. Regarding payments for medicare and withholding payments to medical facilities if employees are not vaccinated. All it will take is a few healthcare organizations to refuse the mandate and if payments for medicare services are withheld, suddenly no care. Do you think the medicare subscribers will be silent? Massive revolt and that is what is needed.

The Biden administration told federal agencies on Monday that although the president’s mandate that all federal employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 allows for some religious and medical exemptions, agencies may still fire employees with otherwise valid exemptions if the employees are in certain types of jobs where no other safety protocol would be sufficient.

The news comes in updated guidance from the White House Safer Federal Workforce Task Force, which provides more detailed information about what qualifies as a valid medical exemption and safety requirements for employees who successfully obtain an exemption from the vaccine mandate.

The task force wrote that while in most cases, unvaccinated employees would need to wear masks, continue to maintain a physical distance from coworkers and submit to regular testing, agencies may require additional measures in certain cases.

“There may be circumstances in which an agency determines that the nature of an employee’s job responsibilities requires heightened safety protocols if they are provided with a legally required exception,” the guidance states. “In some cases, the nature of the employee’s job may be such that an agency determines that no safety protocol other than vaccination is adequate. In such circumstances, the agency may deny the requested accommodation.”

The task force recommended that agencies establish a soft deadline for employees to inform them that they are pursuing requests for a religious or medical exemption, so that officials may plan both to evaluate those requests as well as to understand their potential impact on agency operations. The guidance also provided agencies with template forms that employees can fill out to request an exemption.

In some cases, agencies may provide a temporary exemption to the vaccine mandate, such as if an employee has received monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma to treat COVID-19 within the last 90 days.

“Agencies that receive documented medical reasons that may not qualify as a disability but that necessitate a delay in vaccination should grant extensions but specify, consistent with the nature of the medical necessity, by what date the employee must be fully vaccinated,” the task force wrote. “Agencies should take note that an individual’s medical need should be considered on a case-by-case basis, including any medical evaluation that addresses the individual’s particular circumstance.”

The task force also sought to drill down on what medical reasons may and may not qualify an employee for an exemption from the vaccine mandate. Among the conditions that could qualify an employee for an exemption or delay the requirement are a “severe” or “immediate” allergic reaction to a component of the vaccine, a recent diagnosis of multisystem inflammatory syndrome in adults, as well as active cases of myocarditis or pericarditis, including cases developed following a dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

People who are pregnant or trying to get pregnant will not be eligible for an exemption, as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends those individuals be vaccinated, although in some specific cases, a delay could be approved, the task force wrote. And the task force stressed that employees who have had a prior COVID-19 infection, as well as those who provide a recent antibody test, must still receive the vaccine to comply with the mandate

Given that it's demonstrably NOT a true "vaccine", but rather a medium of GENE THERAPY---

the question arises as to WHY they would want to conduct a massive GMO experiment on HUMANS?

A vaccine---per the CDC's original definition (and EVERYTHING WE ALL LEARNED IN SCHOOL, up until Covid came on the scene) is made from the weakened or killed components of the ORIGINAL disease-causing agent, which are injected into your system (bloodstream--NOT into the cells) and then your own as-originally-designed immune system is left alone to take it from there and RESPOND, as it was made to respond, by identifying this foreign agent in the bloodstream and reacting to it by creating multiple white blood cells and antibodies to counter / kill the invading disease agent. In cases where that disease-causing agent doesn't constantly morph (mutate) into new forms, this process confers longtime immunity--often lasting for years (as opposed to natural immunity to catching the disease itself, which is usually life-long).

The below picture shows how much the CDC (our new "ministry of Truth") has changed the definitions of this truth over the past several years:

But what this so-called vaccine does is entirely different from a traditional vaccine.

If it does not confer immunity, it is NOT a "vaccine"! Saying that it IS, is like saying, "We have created a 'new' type of dog---it has webbed feet to aid it in swimming (though it really makes it waddle when it walks), has feathers that shed water, and makes a much less jarring sound than the old barking sound--more like a gentle 'wack! wack!' sound." Ever heard the old saying--"If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck....then IT'S A....(fill in the blank)"--NOT a "dog" any more!

In this case, we have the OPPOSITE---"It DOESN'T confer long-term (as in, years) immunity like a vaccine, it ISN'T made from weakened or killed components of the original disease-agent like a vaccine (instead it re-wires your own cells to MAKE--yes, to MANUFACTURE--the virus! That is how it is designed to work--by creating the virus inside your own body, using your own mRNA to tell the ribosomes to do so--and THEN releasing it into the body for your immune system to react to), it DOESN'T allow your own immune system to work as originally designed like a vaccine (but instead genetically changes the mRNA in your immune cells to act in a totally new way that the human body was NOT designed to act)---then it is NOT a "vaccine" -- but instead is GENE THERAPY being used on your body.

Hell, they pulled the ONLY medication that allowed me to carry a baby to term- I suffered from severe hyperemesis gravidarum, and Bendectin (a combo of vitamin B6 and an antihistamine) was the only thing that let me eat enough to survive and have a healthy baby. There was NEVER a single proven injury to an infant from the stuff, but since it was given to millions of women for morning sickness, it became a convenient scapegoat. The company pulled it to avoid the constant unfounded lawsuits.

But this experimental bioweapon? Safe for everyone! Ignore all those miscarriages and stillbirths! Globull warming caused those!

This is correct. This is exactly what I was told when I tried to apply for a medical exemption. (.mil)

But they aren't, really. The vaxx is an unknown. So, you can't say to a person, "Get the vax and die or don't get the vax and lose your job." The vaxx is a moving target so to speak. It can be anything the .gov determines it to be. Right now .gov is saying it's perfectly safe. That's all you need to know.

OSHA NEVER had enforcement power on this and couldn't legally mandate squat. Glad the court called them out on it.

Our company lawyers made it clear that OSHA only suspended / delayed implementation to the rule.

They said if the courts don’t resolve the issue before December4th then the implementation date will be pushed back. For every day delay after December 4th is a ONE day implementation delay. If they decide before December 4th then the January 5th still sticks.

oSHA only delayed because the courts made them.

No, I will not get the jab. My employer can fire me, but I bet he can't replace me. So, I will become a subcontractor. OK, more pay, no taxes taken out. Works for me.

Personally I sincerely believe that this shot was developed before the COVID was released from the lab in China. If you go back and read all about Fauci's work in that lab and that Gates was developing the vax at the same time.

Like you, I saw this day coming 50 years ago. Can’t hardly believe it took so long to get here...
I would suggest, however, that Ultimately even though you (and I too) banked on being able to raise my own food on my own land, after the Mark is instituted, clearly a form of currency is going to be required to pay property taxes, which those without the Mark are not going to be able to acquire or pay with. At that point, we become the hunted, living by hiding....

For example, the folks at my church. Most of them are in their 60's and 70's but in BAD shape physically. If I can help them get through these next few years, that will satisfy me.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott moved Tuesday to ban COVID vaccine mandates in the Lone Star State, making the announcement just hours after a federal court blocked the President’s injection requirement for federal contractors.
“A federal court in Georgia has entered a nationwide injunction against the federal-contractor vaccine mandate. Now ALL of the Biden Administration vaccine mandates have been halted. Now, under my Order, vaccine mandates are not allowed in Texas,” posted Abbott on Twitter.



A US District Court in Georgia moved Tuesday to temporarily block President Biden’s COVID vaccine mandate for federal contractors; an order that applies to millions of workers across the country.
“The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia said the Associated Builders and Contractors, a trade group that represents the construction industry, are likely correct that President Joe Biden exceeded his authority under the Procurement Act when he issued the mandate,” reports CNBC.
“In its practical application, it operates as a regulation of public health,” District Judge R. Stan Baker wrote in the order. “It will also have a major impact on the economy at large, as it limits contractors’ and members of the workforce’s ability to perform work on federal contracts. Accordingly, it appears to have vast economic and political significance,” Baker wrote.
