That was awesome Stan. Please tell your wife thank you. It's so nice to see a fruitful place while I'm still stuck in 30 degree weather. I do plan on starting some seed tomorrow and have gathered my soils and such already. Peppers, Eggplant and Tomatoes are on my mind too so thank you for sharing.

We have a few planters where we are trying to treat them like mini - green houses. Worked well the first year with 2nd year plants with very decent yields. About 1100 peppers ( various sizes from small to large ) with 34 square feet of garden. We didn't carry them over to a third year due to my failures. I didn't cover them well enough and the frost got them.
Some of the plants got over 5 ft tall.
This year's crop is doing really well. We just got our first peppers.
