I picked up several cans of this. Haven't opened any yet and don't intend to until needed. Protein is going to be hard to come by in the future but you can take some of this and make casseroles or if you have chicken soup mix packages add some of this to it.

If this is anything like the other Mountain House offerings it is going to be quality food and very palatable no matter what it is. Even the more expensive things like the grilled chicken go on special from time to time and I try to watch when that happens and then pick some up.
