I really hate to be an azzhole, but I logged in and my account shows that my order has been fulfilled... however the product has not been shipped. I have sent an email stating such and have asked for a refund. No response.Supplies still tight on bacon.. but we hear its close .. We will update as soon as we get it in stock

I ended up having to open a dispute with Paypal due to lack of response or refund for a product ordered almost three months ago.
I don't want to say 'buyer beware', but I am less than happy about being out over $200 dollars for almost three months, web site showing order fulfilled, and no product shipped.
Come on guys. Either fulfill the order after three months or issue a refund. Don't skate and show order fulfilled when you only shipped a couple of Mountain House packets as a conciliatory effort for products not being in stock... and then showing the order fulfilled due to the shipment of the conciliatory product.

We found your order and you are right the bacon order is still unshipped due to massive demand for this product the supplier will be back in stock in the next 2-3 weeks and the prices are also getting increased.
So if you want we can still ship the order as soon as we received the stock or we can refund the full order value also.
We did call you on the same day i.e. 17the dec and left a voicemail and sent you an email with the status of your order, and as a token of apology, we sent you a few Mountain house pouches also.
But somehow we didn't receive a reply after that and today we received your email and our team was working on your case.
So please let us know if we should refund you in full because we didn't receive the PayPal claim yet.
