I found this interesting page:

Does anyone see anything to disagree with, here?

The list is interesting, but radically misstates the benefits of some of the foods/herbs.

For example, the list calls garlic the "ultimate" antibiotic. It's good, but the ultimate is oregano -- in the form of oregano oil. It's an antibiotic, antiviral and antifungal agent that's at least 10 times more effective than garlic.

Turmuric, more precisely Curcumin, is a PROVEN anti-cancer agent for certain types of cancers. It not only prevents cancer formation, but will get rid of the cancer if it's present.

Cayenne pepper is the most important of the foods for heart and circulatory problems.

Use Google to look these up if you're interested.

Thanks for that information too Dean. I just ordered some oregano oil and it is sure some hot stuff even diluted.
